Caylee Anthony

Caylee Anthony Day by Day Since the Begining of The End

Comment from Bogart worthy of it’s own post

“The leader of the search said the group stumbled upon what he thought were raccoon bones.

Casey Anthony has told investigators that Caylee was kidnapped by a babysitter at Blanchard Park.

“The story she gave them was she went to Jay Blanchard Park, Zenaida and her older sister, Samantha, and Samantha’s three young children were there and they were driving a silver Ford whatever and one of them jumped her and the other one took the baby and took her and said, ‘Hey, this is the script. For the next 30 days, you read this to law enforcement and tell them this is what happened’ and they zoomed off,” bounty hunter Leonard Padilla said.”

Now I heard rumors down the line that there was a “script” but then nothing more for another bits of information were coming out at a fairly rapid speed.

Questions:
*Any more news on this supposed “script”?
*Hasn’t the 30 days expired by now?
*Is there any evidence of this “script” or has the *Anthony’s proclaimed it was shredded for the protection of the family & Caylee?
*Do you think this is the people the Anthony’s were supposedly watching but we as of yet to hear anything about?
* Can you make any sense out of this?????

I kid you not this “situation” is getting more & more confusing & aggrivating with each bit that comes out!
I keep saying THAT IS IT, I have to walk away from this but then something really odd comes out & I find myself sitting there pondering . . WHAT THE HEY HIDDY HEY IS GOING ON?

~ May you ALWAYS be Blessed & may you ALWAYS Bless others ~

Deputy sacked for lying about relationship with Casey Anthony

News from Nancy in Comments worthy of it’s own post.

An Orange County deputy has been sacked for lying about his relationship with Casey Anthony, the target of an investigation into the disappearance of her 3-year-old daughter Caylee.

The firing was announced Tuesday afternoon, five minutes before the agency’s office closed for the day.

Deputy Anthony Rusciano lost his job Friday after twice lying to investigators about the nature and length of his relationship with the missing child’s mother.

Rusciano joined the sheriff’s office in February. He was a probationary employee.

According to sheriff’s records, investigators received a tip that Rusciano knew Casey Anthony but upon being questioned Rusciano claimed he only met her in passing at a party. Investigators dropped the matter until last week.

On Aug 18, when the sheriff’s office was conducting a “forensic analysis of the target’s computer” investigators learned that Rusciano had not told them the truth.

On Tuesday, sheriff’s officials declined to discuss the nature of the relationship. Agency spokesman Capt. Angelo Nieves said specifics of what investigators learned from reading Anthony’s e-mail would not be released until it is disclosed in discovery if a case goes to trial.

“At the end of the day, we’re not going to tolerate anybody not providing us accurate information,” Nieves said. “And then we found out one of our own was not truthful with us.”

Rusciano could not be reached.  interoffice memo(click to read)

Now, before people start with a bunch of theories – I don’t think he was involved in what happened to Caylee – I just found it really, really interesting. (A) – because they are obviously STILL going through the computer and (B) – this girl really seems to get around!!! -Nancy

Post from Comments Tim in Colorado II

Another comment from Tim in Colorado I felt was worthy of it’s own thread.

About these items found in the woods: there’s a slight potential for confusion about the sizes involved here, because “size 5″ could conceivably be either a women’s dress/pant size or a children’s clothing size. However, I looked back at the list of items taken from Casey’s closet, and of the items mentioned as being size 5 on the search warrant list were the top three:
* “Zinc” size 5 pants;
* “Coolwear” size 5 skirt; and
* “Mossamo” [sic; probably "Mossimo"] size 5 shirt.

I did a little homework on the manufacturers of these items of clothing, and Zinc is definitely a young women’s clothier. As I recall, at issue for investigators were the pants that Cindy Anthony commented upon that “smelled like the car,” which she said she had washed after finding them there. It would make perfect sense if this pair of slacks, being the first on the list, was the clothing item in which investigators were most interested. Here’s a link to an image of a model in slacks from Zinc’s Fall/Winter ‘07 collection: http://www.originalzinc.com/new-zinc-06/ads/F07/tv-mall-2.jpg

Finding the size 5 Coolwear skirt was more of a chore than I thought it might be, because I didn’t find a manufacturer Web site for Coolwear. I found Coolwear women’s jeans on places like eBay and Amazon, and I can only assume that this must have been a women’s size 5 jean skirt. The size 5 Mossimo shirt would presumably also belong to Casey, not Caylee. (Mossimo is a brand sold by Target stores, and on their Web site, girls’ shirts appear only to be sized in XS through XL — no quasi-age designations.)

If any of the items found by bloggers near the Econ Soccer Complex on Yates Road had anything to do with the case, it would be the size 5 Express jeans — which again would not be linked directly to Caylee, but to Casey, if at all. (Express definitely designs women’s jeans only; see link, http://www.express.com/catalog/category.jsp?parentCategoryId=2&categoryId=24).

On their Web site, Local6 News (CBS affiliate, presumably) has a caption under a photo of the items discovered in the woods in Blanchard Park (so the report states), which says that among items found were “a yellow sandal, a size-five pair of pants and a small tank top.” The “size five” does mesh with this blog report, although the caption does not specify what kind of pant was found, as does this blog. Because Local6’s photos were featured as a Flash slideshow on their site, I could not easily isolate two specific images I wanted to link to here, but you’ll find the slideshow at: http://www.local6.com/slideshow/news/17213476/detail.html.

I found the picture of the small, black women’s tank top intriguing because it appears to have a dark area on it covering most of its front that might indicate that it either was wet or had been earlier. Lighter (perhaps, dryer?) areas can also be seen near the top of it, and it was piped with white piping. Evidently, Orange County investigators swooped in pretty quickly to seize the items the bloggers found, but at least there are photos and video that Local6 was able to preserve for the public’s information.
