Anthony Private Investigator Dominic Casey who searched the woods off Suburban Drive a month prior to Caylee Anthony’s remains being found there, is now refusing to turn over all of his phone records.
Last week a judge ordered Casey to turn over his cell phone records to the Anthony defense team, but Casey claims he has yet to receive the request. Dominc Casey has said he will not release any phone records relating to his work with Anthony or her attorneys, claiming the information is confidential.
