A big hearing is expected this week in the Casey Anthony criminal case.
An Orange County judge will decide if the videotape of Anthony’s reaction to news of the discovery of her daughter’s remains will be made public.
Anthony was videotaped at the jail back in December when she was shown news coverage.
Deputies say she collapsed into her chair and started hyperventilating.
However, Anthony’s attorneys are trying to get the release of that tape blocked. They say she never should have been recorded in the first place.
A hearing on the issue is set for Thursday. (source)

If the video shows Casey collapsing into a chair what would be wrong with seeing it? If it DOESN’T show her collapsing then what? What could be damaging? Maybe if it showed her very angry. That would be pretty hard to explain.
The only reason Casey reacted to the news that a “child’’s” body had been found was because SHE KNEW EXACTLY WHERE SHE BURIED CAYLEE.
The press fails to point out that it was UNKNOWN at the time the remains were discovered that they were, in fact, those of Caylee.
This only emphasizes how guilty she really is. When other remains were found, they couldn’t care less because she already knew that they were not of Caylee because she didn’t bury her in the park, etc.

I really believe that Casey did kill Caylee! However, look at the entire Anthony family. They are all five fries short of a happy meal! I bet living in the Anthony home was and never will be happy and peaceful. I think that it should be up to the court system to try and convict Casey Anthony for the murder of Caylee! I also believe that Nancy Grace has some kind of obsession on this case, Night after night, Nancy has to talk about Casey and the Anthony’s!!! Most of the time Nancy shows and talks about the same old stuff about Casey!!! Someone needs to let Nancy Grace know that Casey and the Anthony’s like the attention she gives to them. Also, there is SO much more to report on then the Anthony’s crime against Caylee!! All of them were involved in one way or another!!!
This should be interesting tomorrow. I hope Strickland allows the video!

Notice how she always “pretends” to read what’s put in front of her. She doesn’t even really read it; she’s off in fantasyland the whole hearing. Wondering how she looks for the camera…if her hair looks ok, etc.

And, loved it when the State attorney (don’t know his name) said Bozo was attempting to make a commercial about the new DP attorney, who IMO, looks stressed out. She needs a makeover, poor woman. Then, she tried to speak and was shot down by the State. Loved it!! And didn’t Casey wear that same exact blouse in court before?? Geez, they should have picked another top for her to wear cause she was just about busting (pardon the pun) out of it.

I don’t think he was shutdown (atleast I hope not)…message I get is that it’s a database error. I know he uses Joomla as a host and they use MySQL database….which is the error message I get when I sign on.

The new attorney tried to speak today and the State shut her down. Loved it! She should have known better. Looks wise, she looks like a bag lady or something. Needs a makeover badly (& will most likely get one) and looks tired and stressed. Guess I would be, too, if I had to defend obvious killers from going to death row!!!

I’ve never posted, but I read CSO all the time. Maybe somebody should set up a free forum at http://www.forumotion.com/ where everybody can talk in case this site ends up going down. I was a member of a site that tried several different free forums over the years and forumotion is by far the most reliable.
