Welcome back to our original home on the web. I have some maintenance I need to do on CrimeSearchersOnline.com, so I have put this thread here for open discussion.
Also, should there be any new developments in the case. They will be posted here.
The maintenance (shouldn’t) take long, and they’re won’t be any visible changes to CSO when I’m done, it’s just upkeep.
Cross your fingers I don’t crash the site

The last set of discovery documents were released in late November by the State Attorney’s Office.
It is not yet known what information the documents contain.
Once the information is made available to the defense, it becomes public record. The documents are expected to be released as early as Wednesday morning.

CNN reports there’s a chance Casey’s brother Lee might get immunity. Lee’s attorney Thomas Luca is reportedly concerned his client could possibly face obstruction charges or aiding and abetting charges and is trying to seek a subpoena for Lee — which, in the state of Florida, grants you instant immunity.
“If he is given this immunity,” defense attorney Hugo Rodriguez told CNN’s Nancy Grace, “He has to take the stand in the murder trial. He cannot plead the Fifth. He has to get up there, tell his story, tell exactly what he knows. If Casey did give him inside information, he has to spill it all on the stand during that murder trial.”
Lee, if subpoenaed would only be offered what’s referred to as “use immunity” which means anything he says cannot be used against him in a subsequent prosecution. He could, however, still be tried with testimony from other witnesses. That’s why it’s rumored Lee’s attorney will want what’s called “blanket immunity” or total immunity.
Make no mistake, says Judge Jeanine Pirro, “Lee has information they need or they wouldn’t want him to be subpoenaed in the first place.”
In other Casey Anthony news, Roy Kronk is very appreciative to Mark NeJame, the Anthonys’ former lawyer, for his generous gift of $5,000. Apparently, Mr. NeJame received $5,000 for his earlier involvement in the case and has decided that since Roy did find Caylee, the money should appropriately go to him.

WESH 2 has confirmed Casey Anthony’s former bodyguard gave investigators a voluntary sworn statement on Thursday that he did not know about Caylee’s death before her remains were discovered.
Two sources tell WESH 2 that private investigator Dominic Casey denied under oath any knowledge of Caylee’s remains before they were discovered Dec. 11.
Dominic Casey is still in the inner circle of the Anthony family and he has blasted reports that in November, while searching the area where Caylee’s remains were later found, he came across the remains himself.
“Had I the misfortune of stumbling across any remains the first thing I would have done is, I would have prayed,” Casey said. “The second thing I would have done is stayed at the location and called 911.”
On Nov. 15, Casey said he walked the same general wooded area where Caylee’s remains were later found. He said he was in the area to try to substantiate a sworn statement from one of Casey Anthony’s friends, which said that the area was a known hangout of Anthony’s when she was a teenager.
Casey Anthony is charged with Caylee’s murder.
Casey said he took photos of the bottles, tires and trash in the area, much of which was taken by investigators when the remains were found a month later.
Casey said he feels there is no way to tell if the remains were there at the time based on what he saw and his footage.
Casey’s walk through the woods was recorded by another private investigator, James Hoover. Casey, along with multiple other sources, said Hoover is trying to sell the forage to various media organizations as proof that Caylee’s remains were not in the area in November. Casey said Hoover’s claims are false.
A sheriff’s spokesman said this week that the sheriff’s office would like to see the tape, but he would not verify if Hoover had given it to them.
Phone calls to Hoover were not returned. Casey said he plans to pursue legal action against Hoover for making false claims.
“I find it appalling that someone would profit from a missing child. It sickens me,” Casey said. (Source)
