Caylee Anthony

Caylee Anthony Day by Day Since the Begining of The End

OCSO Lawyer: Skull Belongs To Girl

untitled2

(RED HUBER, ORLANDO SENTINEL / December 16, 2008)   George Anthony takes out the garbage Tuesday morning.

An attorney for the Orange County Sheriff’s Department confirmed for the first time that the skull found near the Anthony home was that of a little girl.

Sources said the skull had long light hair that was still intact because of the duct tape found on the skull.

Caylee Anthony was reported missing in July at the age of 2. Her mother, Casey Anthony, 22, is charged with her murder. Remains were found on Thursday in a wooded area one third of a mile from the Anthony home where Casey and Caylee Anthony had lived with the missing toddler’s grandparents.

Earlier Tuesday, an emergency hearing was held to rule on three motions filed by Casey Anthony’s attorney, Jose Baez.

Judge Stan Strickland denied all three motions.

The motions asked the Orange County Sheriff’s Office to turn over photographs, video recordings and drawings taken at the crime scene where a child’s remains were found on Thursday. The location is very near the Anthony home.

A second motion asked that the defense be allowed to conduct a second autopsy on the remains, and the final motion seeks to preserve forensic evidence and appoint a forensic expert for the court.

”I can’t assist you in interfering with a murder investigation,” Judge Stan Strickland said.

Strickland said he would consider the second autopsy after the remains are positively identified.

Baez expressed concern that Anthony will be unable to receive a fair trial.

Meanwhile, investigators continued to work to identify the remains of the child found last week.  Sources said bones are still being found at the crime scene.

Members of the FBI’s evidence response team and sheriff’s CSI technicians have sifted through mounds of debris that has been removed from the once densely wooded crime scene.

“Once they spend quite a bit of time and don’t find anything then they will call it we’ll pack up and we’ll leave,” sheriff’s office spokesman Carlos Padilla said.

For the first time, Caylee’s grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony, said they believe the toddler has died.

The FBI has taken DNA samples and fingerprints from George, Cindy and Lee Anthony. Family attorney Brad Conway said that’s to exclude them from investigation.

Conway said the Anthonys continue to support their daughter.

“Everybody wants to make sure that there are no mistakes made. Everybody wants to make sure that the person responsible for this crime is held responsible for it, and if that happens to be Casey (Anthony), a jury of her peers will have to make that decision,” Conway said.

A memorial to Caylee continued to grow on Tuesday. What started as a single cross with flowers attached to it now includes flowers, Teddy bears, balloons and other stuffed animals.

The Anthony’s neighbors said the number of onlookers in their neighborhood has grown exponentially since remains were discovered nearby.

I guess we already knew this, but seeing it in print makes it seem more real.

  2. Christine says:

Hair still in tact BECAUSE of the duct tape! With any luck that duct tape held alot more, especially anything that belongs to the bitch specifically! Maybe trying to stage her own BS story of a kidnapping is what will do her in. Along with the fact that she may have been caught by someone taking a pi$$ is especially fitting for her!

  3. Irish says:

I didn’t think they were accepting it’s her……poor people. Now if they could just see the truth…..I wish them peace, no matter how annoyed I get with their shaninigans……

  4. tamie says:

Recanted statement…….Capt. Angelo Nieves said during the hearing Tuesday, a member of the legal team misstated the skull was that of a little girl. At this point, Nieves said they still do not have definitive identification, nor a gender, of the skull or remains that were found.

  5. Charlie says:

Hey, I just had a thought. The investigators have a garbage bag from Casey. They have the garbage bag from the car to compare to this garbage bag with Caylee’s body. If it’s from the same roll, it’s a match to Casey.

  6. mikka says:

the photo from george disgusting,he dont must show everybody his bags.

  7. mikka says:

the photo from g with bags ,wait i through up i will be back soon

  8. maria says:

DNA and fingerprints from cindy george and lee… Yay !be back later… blessings….

  9. Bombshell aka Ohio says:

maybe someone had a slip of the tongue? How would they know the difference between a girl or a boy skull?

  10. kathy101 says:

light hair? I always thought of caylee’s hair as being dark not light
    thoughts????

  11. topcat08 says:

Baez doesn’t want Casey to have a fair trial……he wants her to walk!

  12. wendy says:

Does anybody remember the woman who stole the Anthony’s trash?

That might be a better chance of a match because that was only a few months after the incident. I bet that woman still has the bags.

  13. Ginger says:

Yes Wendy but, chain of custody problems would come into play if she did have it and they would never be allowed to use it. IMO

  14. mikka says:

wendy, yes the fbi must find this woman

  15. kathy101 says:

I would bet the cops took trash bags the first time the searched the home along with the duct tape

  16. Bombshell aka Ohio says:

well that makes sense….. if there was long brown hair attached to the skull, that would highly suggest it being female.

  17. Convict Her says:

I doubt the woman still has the bags..that would be insane to keep someones garbage. And I doubt they’ll be able to find the same exact bags at the anthony home since it has been 6 months.

  18. mikka says:

kathy101, yes light hair iam wondering too.maybe after decomp.the color change.i dont know.we want a doctor here.

  19. Krisam says:

As far as the garbage bag that was taken by the women a few weeks back, the SA’s Office could present it as evidence during trial, but the defense would argue the integrity of the evidence and chain of custody. The jury would likely decide if the bag is credible evidence.

  20. Convict Her says:

to me, Caylee’s hair was more light than dark.

  21. Charlie says:

Does anyone know if the bag in the back of Casey’s car was from Tony’s or Anthony’s? Casey would never buy bags, so wouldn’t the person who owned the bags have their finger prints on it?

  22. wendy says:

You never know. We buy the 100 count, hopefully they do too.

  23. Shae says:

Didn’t the man with the tow truck say that he went back to the dumpster to get out the trash bag that was in the back of casey’s car and it was gone and he found out that LE already took it? I think I remember that happening, and if it did then they have the bag already.

  24. wendy says:

That bag in the trunk was a clear bag. LE does have that bag.

  25. Ginger says:

    agree Krisam

and mikka I think the hair lightening after a while does sound possible—where’s a doctor when you need one???

  26. Shae says:

Ok. Thanks, I didn’t remember which kind it was.

  27. Rose says:

light hair? I always thought of caylee’s hair as being dark not light
    thoughts????

==============================================I was just getting ready to say the same thing. I am a hairdresser & I don’t consider Caylee’s hair being light.

  28. Kelly says:

Well I don’t know how early it shows up but men do have a more prominent brow line than women. It sounds silly but go rub your husbands’ eyebrow area then rub yours. It kinda sticks out more. It has a name but I can’t for the life of me think of what it’s called. anyway, I just felt my 3 year old sons head and you can already tell it’s more prominant.

Ok, off that subject. It’s sad. All their denial. I mean, for al us mothers out there, if our child was accused of doing this to our grandchild, we would want with all our hearts not to believe 1. our grandchild was dead. and 2. Our own flesh and blood could harm them. It would be hard to accept those terms. Extremely hard.

  29. Sal says:

why dont they wash those signs off the car?

they are outdated, dont ya think?

  30. Shelley says:

Wow. It’s looking more and more like it’s our little Caylee. Being a girl, it’s not Trenton Duckett. Sorry for his family. I know they must have kind of been hoping in a way.
For the first time the Anthonoy’s admit they think it’s the toddler. I don’t know what to say…I personally think they knew all along. In fact, I am not sure they are innocent. I won’t be till I know all the facts. Just the way I am. And they have lied. Both of them. I watched George lie on Larry King by saying the smell was rotten food. Yep. I sure heard his FBI interview and it was not the same. And Cindy, well she is just Cindy.

  31. Krisam says:

This is my take in how the trial could play out. The defense will come to see that the evidence is overwhelming and damning towards KC. The defenses new approach will be to present to the jury with expert witnesses that Caylee’s cause of death to be an accident. The duct tape was placed over Caylee’s mouth in an attempt to cover this accident and play along with the sceme of the kidnapping story. To present to the jury reasonable doubt that this was a murder, but yet an accident. I still don’t think KC would testify, all this would be presented through witness testimony. This is just my opinion with the latest developments.

  32. Rose says:

They aren’t even saying light brown hair, just long light hair.

  33. mikka says:

convict her, you are right ,on the video when she was singing, her hair was more a lighter color, the older photos the hair was darker.i getting grazy

  34. Charlie says:

I have a doctor coming to my house some time before 10pm…Should I ask? He’ll think i’m nuts. lol

  35. sim says:

no one searched the area before? and yes the trash bags from the pizza. and yes, no one even helped to look for her when she was hanging out with the guys. a nanny took my children i would file a report against her rightaway not wait around thinking oh yeah she will bring her back. no way
i think the mother was on drugs, drunk and pissed, did it in anger
but really look at the people the mother hangs out with. come one maybe they helped her. who knows huh who knows.? sorry casey i think you did it in anger, you killed her in your anger. you well, mom would not babysit huh,

  36. Bombshell aka Ohio says:

I dont know that the bag in the back of KC’s trunk was clear, but I do remember George saying it was the kind you use in a kitchen. KC was taking food from the freezer, and I think Tony said too it was a white plastic bag, the kind you use in the kitchen and not the kind you get at the store.

  37. Shelley says:

Kelly: I am a mother and a grandmother. I agree with you, but I have little sympathy for George and Cindy. I am not like them. Period. I would have handled EVERYthing differently than they have from the get go.
Having said that…No, I would not want to think that my child was capable of such a henouis crime and particularly against my grandchild. But, well, I’ll just say I’ve been following this from the beginning and they KNOW.

  38. Krisam says:

GA reported the bag in the trunk to be clear almost transparent.

  39. kathy101 says:

maybe they mean light as in thin hair not thick???
    thoughts???

  40. Shelley says:

Since they live in Florida, in the summer Auburn hair turns lighter and has lots of natural highlites. Mine used to do that when I lived down there and my son’s too

  41. mikka says:

rose thank you ,you saved me for getting grazy

  42. Shelley says:

I think they mean the color for what it’s worth

  43. Bombshell aka Ohio says:

mikka, no i think you are right. it depends on the lighting when taking a picture if it appears light or
dark. some pix my hair looks brown. others black.

  44. Charlie says:

Hey, chloroform is used to extract colour from hair…does anyone know if chloroform ingested could alter hair colour?

  45. Bombshell aka Ohio says:

Jane Mitchell on HLN… covering the case.

  46. Shelley says:

Bombshell: I think you are right that is what Tony said. I think he added white, ‘kinda clear’. I know for certain either he or George said that, and I think it was Tony

  47. Zenga says:

It was just “breaking news” on Headline News that NO sex of the child has been established as of yet. That was reported by investigators at the scene and LE. Again, no positive gender identity is what they are now saying.

  48. mikka says:

the photo from george, iam wondering what he have in the bag? cindy where are you

  49. Bombshell aka Ohio says:

and she is gonna cover the abduction of Adam Walsh

  50. Shelley says:

Interesting question Charlie, but I don’t know

  51. Krisam says:

LE has always referred to the hair in the trunk of KC’s car as being light in color. I believe LE discussed the hair as being light to distinguish between KC’s hair and Caylee’s hair. LE must be consistent when discussing the hair from the trunk and the hair at the on-going crime scene, imo.

  52. Shelley says:

    Oh my god
Casyee did a peroxide search too when she was doing the cloroform
Do you think she may have bleached Caylee’s hair so when she was identified the color would be blond and not brown or auburn???

  53. Bombshell aka Ohio says:

I think because of the long hair they are saying the skull was a girl. Also wonder if the hair was in a ponytail as it usually was.

  54. Shelley says:

    Oh my god
Casyee did a peroxide search too when she was doing the cloroform
Do you think she may have bleached Caylee’s hair so when she was identified the color would be blond and not brown or auburn???

  55. Zenga says:

Jane Velz-Mitchell also reported – no positive gender on the remains found. (Maybe LE was back-peddaling?)

  56. Krisam says:

If KC bleached Caylee’s hair before dumping her, that goes beyond sick!!! I don’t think KC had time to do that, where and when could she have done that outside of the trunk of the vehicle.

  57. meow says:

The bag in the trunk was white with yellow drawstring handles per the tow operator. He remembered this and went back to look for it thinking it would be easy to find among the black bags, but didn’t find it because LE had picked it up already.

  58. Krisam says:

Zenga- I agree, LE spoke in error. I still believe this is our Caylee

  59. Bombshell aka Ohio says:

    thx meow

  60. Charlie says:

And maybe Casey lightened Caylee’s hair as part of the staged Kidnap. I can see her doing this before the chloroform that most likely killed Caylee.

  61. Charlie says:

Does anyone know the color of the crime scene garbage bag?

  62. Bombshell aka Ohio says:

It was black Charlie… but we think she was in another bag inside the black bag.

  63. Krisam says:

I have heard the bags were black at the crime scene. But, just last night I heard on NG there are maybe two bags. So, who knows for sure as of yet.

  64. arleen says:

I was a hairdresser for 36 years … hair that is exposed to weather can change color on its own …. maybe what we think of as dark may actually be light brown now ?

  65. JoyceEllaine says:

If it was blonde they would have said that the hair was blonde.. It is light brown. In some of her pictures it looks lighter. My kids that had brown hair, lightened when they were out in the sun alot.

  66. malibu says:

I have a feeling that when they take off the find Caylee signs on the car that they will put up “find the nanny signs”.

  67. arleen says:

krissam .. wouldn’t you like to see Casey on a witness stand ?
She is such a liar, how would she keep any of it straight ?
I can just see it all now.

  68. Shelley says:

Krisam: We don’t know what time she killed her yet, so I think it is possible.

  69. Bombshell aka Ohio says:

    malibu… aka zak…
    that wasnt nice……. Awwww

  70. mikka says:

malibu, thats what i was thinking too.

  71. Shelley says:

Charlie: THank you. I agree. She was staging a kidnapping don’t forget

  72. Jessica says:

I don’t think Casey would have used peroxide to lighten her hair as part of the stage. She didnt’ have enough time. Unless it was after she was dead. But I doubt that. It would have probably been mentioned a long time ago when they analyzed the hair in the trunk. Plus, changing the color to throw them off would be silly. Seeing how many CSI shows she watched, she would know that they would test the DNA of the hair etc.
If her body was in a black bag…would her hair still have been bleached from being exposed to sunlight? It would get lighter but I don’t think it would get that light.

  73. Shelley says:

Now as far as where the kidnapping took place…let’s see. Which story do we go with? The Sawgrass Apts? or the Blanchard Park?

  74. Shelley says:

Well, I’m not trying to argue with anyone but I used to be a hairdresser. I can do a bleach job pretty quick. It depends on how light you want it to be. They didn’t say it was a toehead

  75. Shelley says:

I think we’re assumining Casyee is really smart, which to be honest with you…she is not

  76. Jessica says:

Shelley, I don’t think you are arguing here. We’re all putting our 2 cents in! It’s appreciated! I just wonder why Casey would do that? It seems unneccesary.

  77. scoobee says:

I think the “light hair” refers to the hair not being Asian- black or African Black color, just light would indicate more red tones in the hair. In my opinion.

  78. Zenga says:

Krisam, on December 16th, 2008 at 7:05 pm Said:
Zenga- I agree, LE spoke in error. I still believe this is our Caylee

Agree, Krisam. I too believe that this is little Caylee.

  79. Shelley says:

Thanks Jessica! :) Yes we are. It just feels strong feeling to me.
God, I don’t know why she did anything she did.
But we do know she ‘had a script’
(which she claims she was following for what 31 days?)
And she was staging a kidnapping, so it just makes sense to me
Caysee is a freak of nature to say the least. Her brain does not work like mine, I’ll tell ya that. So to try to think like her is like ‘ok, if I were staging a kidnapping what would I do?’

  80. Bombshell aka Ohio says:

just saw the video of Caylee singing that song…. her hair looked light in the video.

  81. Jessica says:

true Shelley. Not understanding her is a good thing! We are normal people that don’t lie to get through life. It’s not second nature to us like it is to her.

  82. arleen says:

Shelly it is hard to get a dead persons hair to bleach right . I think the LE would see it right off the bat as an attempt to alter the body for identification.

  83. DFS-PFD says:

I’ve heard that hair and fingernails continue to grow for a period of time after someone has passed away and duct tape can somewhat preserve items it is taped to.
Extreme heat can accelerate the decomp process. There are samples of the process on a web-site referencing the body farm. The decomp stages can be marked by physical inspection, maggots levels and the size of flies (sm within 2 wks or large fly 4 + wks). Did someone ever hear if the bag removed from the trash at the tow company had or did not have flies/maggots on it?
I am still having trouble emotionally grasping duct tape around the skull! That is a very cold – loveless act. Cover the eyes so she does not know WHO, cover the mouth so no words are spoken — that is the only think that I can figure for duct tape. It would have to be a long piece wrapped around for a child not to get it off.
Can you imagine the NEW lies Casey is developing with all that time to think in jail……we just don’t hear about it since only the Lawyer talks to her. Lawyer probably tells/communicates to the parents all the lies now.

  84. Shelley says:

Jessica: You are so right! Thank God.
Now we know what it is like to be an investigator where you have to put yourself in the mindset of a killer.
No wonder some of them get to be like in “gone baby gone’
    Has anyone seen that?

  85. Shelley says:

DFS: Yes, I belive Geroge and the guy at the tow company or yard said it had flies and maggots
(remeber? it was from the non existant rotting pizza)

  86. arleen says:

Hair and nails do not continue to grow. The body and skull shrink away giving the appearance of new growth. Can you tell I was an instructor LOL

  87. kittypinkwine says:

It seems that Casey may have been really jealous of Caylee. Does anyone else get that feeling?

  88. Shelley says:

So far it seems Caylee suffered terribly in her death. Looks like it anyway from what we know now.
I am having trouble emotionally from the whole thing. From the get go. I just can’t wrap my head around someone doing something so terrible to thier child. Spank them? Definitly. Abuse them Absolutly not. Kill them…..What are you kidding? It is unthinkable and yet it happens

Yeah, Caysee’s brain is probably working overtime to try to cover her tracks. I try not to think about her period. She is not worth my time

  89. Moonbeam says:

Isn’t that alot of garbage to be putting out when you were away most of the week??

  90. Shelley says:

    An instructor in what Arleen?

  91. Jessica says:

Shelley: I have not seen that movie! I did hear that if I like this case then I would like that movie. I should rent it! Thanx for reminding me.
As far as getting into the mind of a killer. Ya, I would say that would tend to wear you out. I know a guy that was in law enforcement and he quit after he was called to a scene where a baby had been dropped in a vat of boiling grease. When he told me about it he had to hold back tears. It was terrible. He couldn’t take it anymore.

  92. Bombshell aka Ohio says:

moonbeam…. I dont think that is a recent pix of George with the trash bags.

  93. kittypinkwine says:

    Good point Moonbeam.

  94. Jessica says:

I was reading something that said Chloroform is primarily used today in airconditioners, referred to as freon refrigerant.

  95. tamie says:

seeing this photo of george. taking out the trash sickens me..I just picture Cindy saying.. George take out the trash to show all that we have different trash bags.. if they were.. and George being the doormat that he is ,, said ok honey.. i have not see the anthonys take out the trash so proudly. and eariler he is crying in his car.. come on.. Anthonys .. the gig is up.. your daughter is caught.. and you are tooo.. hope they dont get immunity..

  96. tamie says:

moonbeam, that memorial that lee took down is probably in the bags.

  97. Shelley says:

Jessica: Oh my god…the things people do just makes me sick. To poor innocent children. I do belive God has a special place in hell for people like that.
I would be like your friend. I couldn’t handle the abuse and killing of children. It is so sad…

That is a great movie. Rent it. Somebody on here sent me a link but it stopped 1/2 way through so I had to wait 5 days till Netflix sent it! It was killin me! It will make you laugh, cry, and shock you

  98. Sebastian says:

Does anyone know where to find the text messages the murderer had sent to friends and boyfriend during the time poor Caylee went missing

  99. Moonbeam says:

tamie you could be right, you can almost identify the outline of a cross in the bag on the right side of the picture.

  100. Shelley says:

tamie: LOL yes, Cindy saying ‘now george go….’
I’m with you on no immunity for the freakin Anthony’s

  101. tamie says:

the anthonys are as guilty as that crazy daughter they raised

  102. Sebastian says:

Tamie, God point about the trash bags. I admit I didnt even think about that.Cindy is one big damn control freak

  103. Moonbeam says:

tamie I mean in George’s right hand.

  104. tamie says:

he was alone away from cindy crying in his car.. overcome by emotions.. then back at the psyco home, here george take out the new trash bags i just bought .. show them the bags are different.. sick… sick … sick

  105. kittypinkwine says:

The A’s should appreciate people caring, praying for and thinking about their granddaughter.

  106. Sebastian says:

    “good”

  107. arleen says:

I was a cosmetology instructor and I owned a big salon for 28 years but after only a few years as an instructor I hated it so bad I sold my salon and got out all together.
Also I meant scalp not skull I am thinking of the skull they found.
Where were you a hairdresser, do you miss it ?

  108. tamie says:

the stuffed animals are in there too. I can only hope that lee tossed his socks in there too.. the ones he had on when he took down the memorial.. it was a fashion disgrace..lol

  109. arleen says:

    That message was for Shelly.

  110. tamie says:

If I were George, I would retain my own attorney.. and let cindy have hers.. and just say.. every person for themselves.. that is his only chance.. because if you ask me.. cindy and casey would sell him down the river behind his back as they did most things.. and he would be too dumb to know it until it smacked him up side his head.

  111. Sebastian says:

Did Lee ever give a reason why he took that down? With socks like that one would figure the last thing he would want , is that caught on camera…lol

  112. tamie says:

all of us here are the voice for that litle girl.. god knows if it were left up to the family.. she would stlll be in that bag in the woods..

  113. Shelley says:

Arleene: Yes I was a hairdresser when I was younger. Sometimes I miss it, but I cut hubbys hair, my own, sometimes other peoples, color mine etc.
I remember my insturctors very well!
Back then you had to learn everything. Facials, nails etc

  114. tamie says:

lee doesnt say much, he wispered in his jailhouse videos.. the socks were for sure a DO NOT get caught on camera moment

  115. arleen says:

tamie .. I am with you I would be getting a good attorney that hated Cindy. Maybe Mr. NeJame would take him back ..

  116. Gypsy says:

Shelley, that movie was excellent!!! I hated the ending though and for the sake of posters here who haven’t seen it yet I won’t talk about it.

I guess you all will be leaving soon to watch Nancy Grace, huh? Because I don’t have television I always have to wait till the following morning to watch NG — some good soul posts it to YouTube every night.

  117. lex says:

hey mom, ( tamie) sorry to bother you again.. but is your cell on vibrate and your home phone offf>? call me

  118. tamie says:

BE back in a bit.. take care all..

  119. Bombshell aka Ohio says:

It is so easy to point fingers and say the Ant’s should have done this or that, or say they are just as guilty as KC. NO ONE is as guilty as KC. The Ant’s are going through their own hell. All of their “coulda, woulda, and shoulda’s” will not bring that little girl back.
Why are people so easy to condemn the Ant’s parenting skills? I raised 5 kids myself. I was NOT the perfect parent, far from it. I got 4 great kids out of it. One was a total black sheep. All raised in the same loving home, with the same standards.
No matter who KC’s parents were, she still had her own free agency, her own conscience. She did what she did because of her own selfishness.
I am sure the Ants made mistakes. But to crucify them along with KC… how cold and hard-hearted is that?
Believe me, they are wollowing in their own regrets.

  120. Sebastian says:

So when does the “it was the babysitter that did it…She had a key to the house and came in and got the trash bag then snuck back to dump the body and with key in hand went back to the house to put the trashbags and duct tape back” excuse start?

  121. Salem says:

I think Casey’s “Cream Team” is the biggest joke. These vultures come out for money and exposure. I realize everyone has a right to counsel. But they cannot help her. Caylee is speaking.

  122. Sebastian says:

In no way are the as guilty as Casey(not even close) The main problem I have with them is the lying.Im sure they want to protect their daughter but to wear blinders is where I disagree with what they have done

  123. artgal16 says:

NG says Lee forced to give fingerprints because he refused to give them voluntarily – had to be subpoened

  124. kittypinkwine says:

Really artgal? Now THAT is interesting!

  125. malibu says:

I was just on Rob’s new site and saw something that we have not commented on. FINGERNAILS
Caylee’s fingernails would not have decomped so quickly and should still be in the bag. Fingernails may have DNA or other material under them to tell even more tales of what happened.

  126. toni says:

Brad Conway seems like a decent guy. I think he will do right by the anthonys. However I do not think immunity should be put on the table. Thats not to say with all that has happened to this family, that the authorities would pursue any charges. Unless they found something to be deliberate or tampered with. Pizza decomposing comments etc, should not be used. But if they find they have hidden or discarded evidence absolutely.

  127. mikka says:

artgal,i saw it too.lee is a sohn of a b…..,we all see soon when he get arrestet.

  128. toni says:

I think all this immunity stuff is to get casey to confess, If she thinks her parent are going to turn on her, she might.

  129. punkinpie says:

We all have to feel for the Grandparents. None of us are in their shoes. I wouldn’t want people hanging out at my house with all of this going on. Casey sits idly by all protected while her family has to deal with it all because she won’t say anything. AAAGH

  130. Searcher says:

The Grandparents are ready to “cooperate” NOW ?

I am sorry, but it’s too late, they have lead the whole country on this hoax, false sighting’s, Zanny is Amy, Jesse or Ricardo, giving up the wrong hairbrush to police, Caylee is in California, no Caylee has been sighted in Georgia, Lies told to the detectives and the FBI, washed pants that smelled like a dead body, and I could go on and on !

What about ALL of the searchers that drove down to Orlando, footing the bill for their gas, motel, food, walking out in the hot Florida sun while they put Casey up in THEIR house and NOT ONCE made her come out with the truth ! All the while Casey KNEW Caylee was decomposing right up the street…while hundreds and later thousands walked through swamp, palmetto plants, crossed barbed wire to get into fields….ALL WHILE CASEY KNEW WHERE CAYLEE WAS. ALL WHILE, Cindy bought her story and sold it to the public every chance she got ! Cindy KNEW, George KNEW, and they lied to the world so that the deceased Caylee would not be found and their Casey would not be convicted.

They want to cooperate NOW ? It’s TOO DAMN LATE !

  131. shyloh says:

Ok Help me out here, someone just chewed my butt out saying that Ocso Lawyer could not make that statement. Is this true does it have to come from Forensic, FBI???

  132. mikka says:

searcher, yes is too late for this sickos

  133. gramdma of 16 says:

From what I have heard from other missing persons that were later found dead, the hair can change colors as the body decomposes. Hopefully they will find fingerprints on the duck tape. I don’t thind Casey had brains enough to use gloves and besides that have you ever tried to use duct tape while wearing gloves. Cindy is controlling so is it any wonder that her kids turned out the way they did. I thought Lee was the only one sane in that family until I saw him tear down the memorial. What a shameful thing to do. The whole family stinks and I won’t be surprised at anything they do. It is going to be interesting if she claims that the babysitter did it, to find out why there was a decomposing body in Casey’s car? There ought to be a book written on this whole bizarre mess. I just hope she dies for what she did and in Florida she has a chance of that happening. Rest in peace little Caylee.

  134. Gypsy says:

    Here! Here! Searcher. Well said.

Not one f*cking member of Caylee’s family have done a damn thing in her defense. They act like she was disposable. Well, it’s nothing short of a miracle that little Caylee has been found and now that she has been the little sweetheart will have a lot to tell us. Can’t wait!!!

Do I think that the manipulating weirdo Cindy or her puppet husband are as responsible as their devilish daughter? No, I don’t. But they sure as hell haven’t helped now have they?

  135. Kelly says:

Shelley, totally agree with ya. Deep down I want to think that they didn’t know. I honestly just don’t understand it. My mum calls EVERY day to check on my son and I mean, we live like 100 feet away from her. Every day she calls. Even if she’s out of the state on business meetings she’s calling to check. Why? Because she’s a grandmother. I don’t understand how Cindy had went 30 days without even hearing Caylee in the back ground or talking to her. Makes no sense.

I wanted to think that they trully didn’t know. But it doens’t make sense. George used to work for sherrif’s department right? Well, correct me if I’m wrong but wouldn’t he (secretly) know how and what to do with a dead body? I mean, people talk. I would think even the phone operators would know how to dispose of a body after working there.

And I would think cindy, being an RN, would know just the right amount of drugs to give a child to make them not wake up. But, I honestly don’t think Cindy had a thing to do with it. George….well I don’t know if he had a thing to do with it or not. I think if anything he may have just known where to have disposed of the body.

Either way, I think Casey is the main culprit here. She’s the bad person. And honestly, think about it. If you were in their position and your child had done this, wouldn’t you want to protect them no matter what? yes, she did a bad thing but that’s your child. And you love them no matter what.

I’ve followed the case from the beginning. I think they knew from the beginning that Casey killed her, but they just wanted to protect their child. It’s sad. I’ve shed many tears for that poor toddler. I just hug my lil 3 year old and smother him with kisses.

  136. meowomon says:

I know these people just want to love their daughter, but there comes a time when you have to accept their daughter’s psychopathy. They did not raise a child with morals and a sense of right and wrong and it is obvious why as they continue believing in her lies. They have allowed their monster of a daughter to kill their own grandchild because of her self centered ego and belief that her own happiness is more important than her child’s well being. How did she get that way? I blame her parents. Caylee’s own grandparents can’t even face what an evil creature their daughter is because they are blind and afraid to look at themselves.

  137. Kelly says:

I’ve been thinking of what the grandparents and Casey are going to come up with if her fingerprints are on that duct tape. (And c’mon, we’re not stupid here….it will be!)

I can see it now….Well someone must have broke into our house and stole duct tape that Casey used to duct tape something together with. There’s no way she’d do it. Yeah, that’s our story. Someone broke in and stole already used duct tape.

  138. Mary Wolf says:

What do yall think about the possibility that Cindy discovered Caylee’s body in Casey’s trunk? Then she wrapped Caylee up in trash bag, cleaned the trunk, hoping no one would find the body????
I’m thinking this could have happened when they found Casey’s car abandoned. I’m not sure of the date, nor who found the car? And why were they allowed to take it and not police?
    Mary Wolf

  139. Steph says:

I love Judge’s comment to Baez. ” I can’t assist you with interfering in a murder investigation”

    Too funny

  140. Chanda says:

Lee tore down the memorial?!! I don’t care what his beliefs are, that was for Caylee!! Boo Hoo if he is mad at some pathetic thing or another, she deserves her respects. Bless her little heart, she didn’t ask for any of this, for crying out loud there is no tomb stone for anyone to put these things, thanks to Casey. Let that baby have a proper burial!

  141. Robin says:

Hmmmmmm Lee he seems to be really obsessed with his sister. Almost as protective as a boyfriend or husband would be. Weird!!! You would think he would care more about his niece rather than his rotten ass sister!
