After reading all of the above, there is way too much speculation about this case. Why don’t you all wait and see what happens in the courtroom and stop the guessing already.

I think LE has loads of evidence. I think they have kept a lid on much of it. The clothing and bones that Mrs. Sharon found stick out as good evidence. Lots changed in the case after the date she found the Greenwood Cemetery evidence. I mean she found not only cloths but a trap, and bones, oh yeah a trash can floating in the water. I think they have the goods.

i have never addressed this site before, however, i have been an avid reader, agreeing at times and disagreeing at times. the thoughts and empathy i have observed is amazing.

i know we may not be able to physically participate in the caylee search, but the dialogue keeps this alive. i have seen so many children forgotten who have cruelly abused, hooked out by parents, left abandonded in houses, suffering from so much truama. and without getting on my soap, we must remain vigilent, people are killing our children.

We will see maggot forensics, and I believe they will be very damning. We also have not seen test results on the stain (decomposition fluid?) in the trunk yet. Nor the contents of the shop vac, if in fact, it was used on Casey’s trunk. I have no doubt that there will be a conviction in this case.

DQ I read your question and the first thing that came to my mind was “she drowned in the bathtub”. Wrapped her in a towel…the end.

I was thinking. The dump seems to be a place searched for bodies. Remember them sifting through for Natalie Holloway.

Maybe somebody with deep pockets will pay to have scientists develope something that will immediately hit on dead bodies. Also there is now a need for planes to be quipted to fly over large areas like a state looking for bodies.

We have to fight back. Killers cannot use our dumps and our parks to hide the bodies.

Surely with some big money…we sent people to the moon..we can find our own.

law student– is it fl law that requires cause of death for murder one? I do know of a case in which cause of death was never established and charge was murder one.
