She isn’t dead.
I believe she is alive as well. And if she is god help all those who thought otherwise.
All the evidence says she is dead. If she is alive, law enforcement would know that and would have been looking for her. They know she is dead. Their not searching is not a personal vendetta against the Anthony’s. It is the Anthony’s who made the choice to have an adversarial relationship with LE. That is only because their daughter has been charged with murder and they are fighting for Casey;s life, not Caylee’s.

I think she disposed of the body after the 19th because I think Caylee was still in the trunk when Casey practically threw the gas cans back at George, because she didn’t want George to discover Caylee’s body in the trunk.

Is it at all possible that Casey has a medical problem? I have been following this case from the beginning and with the things that she does and says, she really believes it. They said she had a siezure last year, maybe they need to do a brain scan to see if she has something that causes her to lie (maybe a clot) and maybe she really does not know that she killed Caylee. I have not met anyone that lies so stupidly, everything can be verified….
Naz37…………using xanax can cause seizures. Also, I think she was using ecstacy alot over the last couple of years, in the party scene. I know that ecstacy can cause psycotic episodes. She loved horror movies.
Dale and Guilty until……Caylee is dead. This is not an emotional opinion, nor is it a spiteful decision about this poor little baby. Forensic evidence shows a body was decomposing in the killer’s trunk. Who else’s body was it? Another child the killer gave birth to? The decomposing hair only belongs to people in her family or she, herself. It’s not squirrel hair, altho I have to say the squirrles the killer blamed this on were pretty talented. Lee said they were dead, then they crawled onto the frame of the car and decided to stink the place up. Haha. Pretty stupid conclusion. Yes, the killer tortured, murdered, then stuffed her baby daughter intothe trunk of her car where it decomposed. Then she tossed it into a dumpster like so much garbage.
I was just thinking maybe when trial starts and CA and GA can actually see and hear the evidnce LE has against casey, they will see. Maybe GA wiil. Its so different when they hear rumors or maybes, when the witnesses our on the stand, cross examined, examined ect… hard questions asked. Maybe then CA will see the truth. And get some closure. So today is Thursday and supposibly tommorow will be there BIG evidence day that caylle is alive.
I really hope what ever evdence (so called) they have shared with LE ,hmmm that might seem like there with holding evidence then wouldnt it? And if your grandaughter has been kidnapped and you have evidence shes alive, why wait so many days to tell? WOW what a crock of sh ! All this is, is another ploy to use the media for caseys defense,just like yesturdays with the interview in CA home, we all know this is staragety from them all.
For all of those who want to keep hoping that she is alive and trust me I am one of those to. I want to believe she is still alive and would be so happy. But, the evedince is what it is. There was a dead body in Casey’s trunk and it was Caylee. Sorry folks but the truth is the truth and little Caylee is no longer with us cause of her selfish bi..of a mom. Yea she has a blood clot alright. Give me a break. There is nothing wrong with her except that she only thought about herself and her daughter was getting in the way of her partying. She did NOT want to be a “Mom” anymore!!
OMG- I just ran over a squirrel. I feel just horrible. It is a two lane highway, there was oncoming traffic with no shoulder, and I could not avoid hitting the squirrel.
I would like to say that when I hit the squirrel (poor thing), only my tires struck it. The squirrel did not hit my front bumper or splatter any remains on my car. As I have said in the past, these must have been squirrels on steroids that KC hit. Maybe, squirrels are supersized in Florida. Just when I thought everything is bigger in Texas. hehe. Has anyone hit a wild hog or deer?
I was going to finish my point about hitting a larger animal and how that may cause an odor, but chose not to. Then I saw that I had not deleted the 1st sentence. It is one of those days.
ANother observation is they say that Casey said that “other people borrowed her car” (trying to put the blame on someone else) this is what a sociopath does blames other people! Well Casey if someone else did borrow your car and perhaps they killed a person and put their decomposing body in your trunk without (clearing throat) your knowledge then the science (lab results) that the FBI did would lead them to someone else being investigated for killing someone right? Whatever! You know you killed her! Just ADMIT it and stop the circus!
If a loved one was missing… and she was alive (per ca and ga)…. and the mother to that child was not talking out of fear of someone hurting that child (per ca and ga)…..
Would you not:
- Go on national television and beg and cry for that childs safe return.
- Keep a close relationship with LE and the FBI in order to keep up with all they are doing?
- not withhold evidence from LE or the FBI as to credible evidence to that childs whereabouts?
- Take a lie detector so you can be ruled out for any wrongdoings so ALL energies can be focused on looking for the child?
Any RATIONAL, SANE person would!
I did not watch the home tour with CA… nor will I. I have had enough of her bs but have read comments and seen the clips on NG. When I listen to her lie and watch her mannerisms, it is easy to understand how KC got so screwed up.
Reese- You are correct about KC. A normal response would likely be, “OMG, there is evidence that there was a deceased person in my trunk, could it have been Caylee”. Instead, we get KC’s lack of remorse could care less attitude. This is the freak show at the circus!!!!

A few years back, I had trouble with my truck. I had the truck worked on and learned that something had been nesting in the engine of my truck. The mechanic said often squirrels will do this. I never had an odor with this experience.

Jose Baez Requests Access To Internal Records

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Defense attorney Jose Baez has asked a judge for access to internal records from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and the State Attorney’s Office. Baez is claiming that the information leaked to the public came from one of the two offices. Baez also said the leaks in the case may result in a tainted jury pool.
How many people would clean the trunk of their car after smelling whats thought to be a dead body? Not me. I would insist that LE get to the bottom of it before removing anything that could be considered evidence. I am not even married to a former LE officer and know that much.

I was being sarcastic about KC telling where Caylee is at trial, and then stating it best serves Caylee.
Logical- I hope SA plans on adding the body farm. I thought this was a great deal of their evidence at the GJ. I question why they are not on the list already.
Defense is going to continue to whine about tainted jury and already convicted in the public eye, but the reality is that voir dire will ensure that jurors who are willing and able to listen to the case with an open mind are selected. When there is so much evidence that points to your client’s guilt, there’s not much else you can complain about.
What about Casey being deposed in the Zenaida suit? She HAS to testify because she counter-sued. I just can’t wait to see those marbles roll!
Krisam, maybe it will be a whole separate list, or maybe it is part of the keep away game always played in the discovery process. Prosecutors tend to say “We don’t possess those reports yet,” or “We don’t know who will be testifying about the forensic evidence,” and defense lawyers have to keep on filing motions demanding discovery. Same thing will happen in reverse, too.

get a reaction back from the attorneys office, then again that might be just what biaez wants. After also hearing what ZQ attorney said that in his 25 years hes never seen attorneys act the way these do only tells me when this is over, biaez will probably get ran out of town!

Morning! Ooh, I can’t wait until Casey takes the stand for ZG and she hangs herself on some lie she’s told somewhere, there are so many to choose from, and just watch everything hit the fan. Can’t wait for sure.
You will notice that Baez complains about leaks and tainted jury pool, but he is against the gag order. He likes to have it both ways. This spin, lawyers talking out of both sides of their mouths, that occurs outside of the legal process is aggravating to the average citizen. Defense lawyers by definition are not after “the truth,” they are trying to legally defend their clients. The disingenuous statements grate on us, because we want the truth, and we want criminals to be convicted.
So true logical, and i hope the attorneys office will bring that point up, that if hes so worried about leaks and tainted jury pools why would he be so against the gag order? good point logical. And then they can show ALL the tapes frokm the media with CA running her mouth, saying crazy things, show GA anger problems ect..

Local 6 News confirmed that George and Cindy Anthony are planning to write a book, but a deal is not yet in place.
The book will not be a tell-all about the case involving their missing granddaughter, Local 6 News reported.
The book will focus on what families should do if their child is missing.

“Well, it may very well be. But what county would you move it to that hasn’t been saturated with this story,” Mason said. “Prosecutions usually — almost without exception — oppose a change of venue.”
“Elizabeth, would you oppose it?” Pipitone asked.
“Yes, I would make the same arguments he made. You can’t go anywhere,” Rahter said.
Mason said seeking a change of venue could undercut another possible defense strategy, the demand for a speedy trial.
Anthony was indicted Oct. 14, meaning the state has 175 days — until April 7 — to start her trial, unless Anthony decides to waive her right.
“As a defense attorney, do you want a speedy trial in a case like this, where there’s no body?” Pipitone said.
“That’s an interesting question. Without the body, the state’s going to have an enormous burden, and I don’t think they can prove the case,” Mason said. “I would certainly give strong consideration to moving on to trial without delay.”
“As a prosecutor, why would you even go to a grand jury without a body and force yourself to try this case?” Pipitone asked Rahter.
“It’s a lot better to deal with witnesses while they’re fresh. And the problem with a lot of murder cases is they take years to try, and if you wait that long then their memories start to fade,” Rahter said.
“They thought that by bringing an indictment, charging first-degree murder, which could potentially lead to the death penalty that that would be coercive enough to cause this defendant to start talking,” Mason said.
“It’s the first day of your speedy trial, Elizabeth. No medical examiner, no body. What do you have?” Pipitone asked.
“So you’re missing a key witness, and so you deal with it. You work around it,” Rahter said. “You have Cindy (Anthony, Casey Anthony’s mother), who smelled the dead body and said it smelled like a dead body. You have George (Anthony, Casey Anthony’s father), who used to be a deputy, and says it smelled like a dead body. You have K-9 dogs that alerted on the car. And so there’s a dead body. The question is: How many dead bodies does Casey Anthony drive around in her car?”
Mason said it’s very difficult to prove a murder case without a body.
“There’s absolutely no evidence other than somebody saying they think they smelled what smelled like a dead body,” Mason said. “What if they’re right? What if there is a dead body? Does that prove there’s an unlawful killing? The answer is no, because every homicide is not murder. This child could have accidentally died any number of ways, and they’ll never be able to prove without a body or a confession.”
Pipitone said the state does have scientific evidence that it could use, including chemicals indicating a decomposing human body were found in the trunk of Casey Anthony’s car.
“They’re going to have to present evidence to convince the court that such tests are generally accepted by the scientific community. And since you’ve called me, I’ve inquired. I’m not aware of a single case that’s been admitted anywhere,” Mason said.
“So this is hocus pocus science?” Pipitone said.
“Yes. I’d just have to agree with that,” Mason said.
“How can I put this person on trial for her life when the scientific evidence has not been used anywhere else?” Pipitone asked Rahter.
“They have to show that it’s accepted in the scientific community. It’s hard, a high hurdle in Florida to pass,” she said.
“So that’s going to be tough for the prosecution?” Pipitone said.
“Yeah, but it’s helpful that it’s corroborated,” Rahter said.
A hair pulled from the car trunk was consistent in length and color with Caylee’s hair, showing signs of decomposition, Pipitone said. DNA tests reveal the hair came from Caylee or any of her maternal ancestors, from her mother to her great-grandmother, Pipitone said.
“Is that not evidence of death?” Pipitone asked Mason.
“I don’t believe it necessarily is. They can certainly argue it, but I don’t think it proves it’s a death. It’s proving it’s an old hair with some tissue that has decomposed,” Mason said.
“He’s good. He’s tearing apart the state’s case here, and basically says there is no case,” Pipitone said.
“Every case is circumstantial,” Rahter said. It has to be caught on videotape, right? Otherwise, it’s circumstantial. Right? So here you have the smell of a dead body, you have chloroform in the trunk, you have somebody who’s continually covering stuff up, making up lies, spewing stuff forth and somebody that’s missing. You prove it like every other case.”
“Without the body, the state is really in a hole,” Mason said. “Really, really bad without the body.”
A challenge but not impossible, the former prosecutor said.

It is sad, CA and GA have lost their granddaughter, likely their daughter (who derserves such) and their dignity. But, they will be living the good life when all is said and done. At least the good life with finances, but living a daily nightmare. It is all just sad!!!!!

Cindy keeps saying “it’s all about Caylee” — but she’s doing everything BUT look for her and solve the case. It makes me wonder why — Does she know what happened and is just playing it?
Of course, Cindy knows. And, George does too. Cindy and George moved the play house and the sand box in the back yard around looking for something before LE ever did. What were they looking for? Ya think they mighta lost a penny?

Please…I pray that the Anthony family does not have the grandiosity to believe they should provide insight as to what people should do when they have a loved one go missing. If people follow their recipe we will have many more of these chirades.

I just wanted to let you know I left links to both the statement about the hair sample found and also the different foods found in Caseys car as you requested.
They both were from the Nancy Grace Show. The food finds were from Dr. Lee and the hair sample was by Dr. Kobilinsky.

Now that is another interesting case. He runs around like Cock Robin shouting my wife has left me..takes photos of the cameramen. Has a falling out with most of his friends He is sooooo sure she will never be found. What the heck are they doing with these bodies? Is there web searches for “the perfect crime”
But Drew Peterson has one thing that will surely drive him insane. His next door neighbor loved his 4th wife Stacey whom he had two small children with. She has signes in all her windows and on the side of her house and on her barbeque grill “Where is Stacy?” She holds interviews and has garage sales to help the search for Stacy Peterson. Mrs. B. Just might do Drew in.

I thought this was an odd comment. Why the need to say this, of course we are going to keep blogging away with our ideas and theories. It really wasn’t a threat, it just read odd.

Krisam we have a lot of super smart people on here. Lots of good ideas that others would never in a million years think of. I think different websites have more good info than others. This is one of them. It is accurate, up to date and intelligent posters. During this case I have been referred to others and none compare tho this one. Good informative information.

There’s quite a difference between trolls and people who just have differing opinions of things. I’ve been in disagreement with some on here, but it always led to a very informative discussions. That’s how we get our ah-hah moments.

Krisam, LE subpoenaed some newspapers to find IPs of people who were claiming on blogs/discussions to know where Caylee could be found alive. They do read blogs and forums.
And Yuri wasn’t “blogging about the case.” He was home recovering from his broken leg and became a member of WS when he heard about their “Support for Det. Melich” thread. He thanked people, that was all. Despite verbage in newspapers, I don’t think he was “reprimanded” for it. His superiors just told him to stop. It could look bad. I agree.

Naz37- She is a classic “Pathological Liar.” There are a lot of case studies with pathological liars, and they all basically do the same thing, even when they are caught, they just weave another story. That’s just how it is with them. It’s not that they believe it, they just hope someone will believe them and then they feed off the fact that that one person believes them. I truly believe if Cindy told Casey that she didn’t believe her and then made her tell the story and when she knew it wasn’t the truth, tell Casey, No, that is not the way it happened, try again, she will eventually tell the truth. But when she said to her mother, you know I wouldn’t harm Caylee or that child (that’s the way she was referring to her in the interviews with child custody), then her mother automatically answered for her knowing it was a lie…I know you wouldn’t, Honey. Then she doesn’t have to tell the truth because her mother believes her. Whenever they caught her in a lie, she changed the story. Then, after the fact, when asked what she did with her child, she would say, I have already told them, they are just not listening, even though she had admitted to them that she was lying. Classic pathological lying. Of course, most people don’t lie like that because they have killed their child. It is usually like the stuff she did with her friends. Oh, they have this job. They are so important. They can’t do this because of this…and it is all lies.
Elisa, Casey was in a big argument and power struggle with Cindy. She left angry and the Anthonys thought she was keeping them from Caylee to punish them, as well as to prove that she could take care of Caylee on her own, without their help. I don’t think they suspected in their wildest dreams that something terrible could or had happened. This is my opinion. When they found out about the car being impounded, and that Casey wasn’t where she claimed to be at the time, then Cindy demanded that she take them to Caylee at the “nanny’s” right now. She still tried to delay Cindy and Cindy forced it by calling the police regarding Casey’s stealing.

31 days………yes, I have a theory. Before I get started just want to state that the Anthony’s disgust me. But, I think, Crazy partied all the time and CA and GA were left taking care of Caylee. Not that they didn’t love her but CA and GA had been atleast 17 years without having to care day in and day out for a little bitty kid. They truly never thought she’d really kill her child, and were trying some tough love for a change…………Guess what? They suck in the tough love department so now they have resorted back to the coddling that put them in this situation to begin with. The reason I say this is because I’ve been married 19 years and have a 17 year old and a 20 year old and 2 grandbabies. I DO love them with all my heart. But I was sterilized for a reason and don’t particulary care to raise more children at this point in my life. So I think they for once was really trying to make Crazy grow up. JMO
The cadaver dog hit, and it ended up to be the cremated remains of man who had died several years earlier, whose wife had the remains in her trailer home.
There is nothing wrong with Casey other than she is a liar and a manipulator. Everyone lies, everyone dies. She said it all. That’s probably the most truth she ever put out there. She over-sedated her child, probably had not intended on killing her, but who knows, she didn’t take Caylee’s clothing with her. She had something planned for her. We can only hope that Caylee is dead…or that she was actually sold to someone who wanted a child. Any other scenario would not be good. Child slavery, child porn, child sold to sexual predator…child taken for money owed by the mother…none of that would be good. So we can only pray if she was sold that it was to a loving family; if she is dead at her mother’s hands, it was a quiet and peaceful, painless death.

Cindy wanted that baby more then Casey did from the beginning. Casey wanted to give the baby up for adoption, but Cindy wouldn’t hear of it. I think Cindy wanted Casey to grow up, but not to the point of raising Caylee…Cindy actually wanted custody!

My sister was a young mother and she worked and had a little teeny one room apartment, right next to my garage apartment. She eventually married. But she worked and took care of her baby. Cindy kept asking Casey and she kept making up elaborate stories about where they were and what they were doing. Cindy even went to Universal and tried to find the hotel that Zanny was supposedly keeping Caylee at while Casey worked at an “event.” And Lee was going to a club where she was at one point in time and Casey left because he was headed there.
Elisa, Don’t forget. She said she was with Jeffrey Michael Hopkins in Jacksonville, that she and Caylee were staying with Jeff and Zach, trying to learn to live as a family, because he was moving back to Orlando and they were going to be living together. She said Jeff’s mother was babysitting some. That’s why Cindy couldn’t have Caylee while Cindy was on vacation. Then she said Jeff’s mother was getting married and they were going to the wedding, and then Zenaida and her sister, and Juliet, who supposedly worked with Jeff and Casey at Universal, were going to Tampa to Busch Gardens and then they got in the wreck. So that was three weeks of that time frame right there. CA even went out to Universal or Disney looking for them on the day Casey said they were at that particular park. She talked to Casey all the time, but Casey wouldn’t let her speak to Caylee because it would upset her (Caylee).
I’m a 32 year old mom, with a 10 yr old daughter, and my husband left me and the country right after she was born…and let me tell you, I was 21 years old at the time and I did everything I possibly could do so that I wouldn’t have to move back in with my parents! I washed hair, bartended, wherever I could! I knew my parents would take us in without question…but common, we all have to grow up sometime!

When my children have been mad at me they go days without talking to me. They are trying to hurt me and as a good mother I can see this and let them have their time to get over it. Crazy despised Cindy and Cindy knew that. Cindy apparently had called her a spiteful bitch. So if the car had not been towed I think CA & GA would still be sitting trying to wait her tantrum out. Remember their thinkers aren’t geared right either.
LEforJustice–I don’t think they thought there was any blood, just body fluids, but they may have done some luminol testing in the lab. I don’t know. I think they took out the carpet and used that in their samples. I think the body farm is higher tech than luminol testing, and that the evidence is pretty conclusive, that there was human decomposition in that trunk that accounted for the smell that accompanied it. They took air samples. I used to work with the EPA and we could find just about anything in any air sample. We tested air samples from all over the country when Chernobyl blew up…the evidence then was conclusive and that was over twenty years ago.
Which time? For good, I voted for “after then 19th.” I believe, still (however), she buried precious Caylee in the back yard and moved her on or after the 19th.
I have always said if by a miracle that precious little baby is still alive, I will be the first one to fly to Florida and beg the family to forgive me.
And while I strong believe in miracles, unless God plans on resurrecting precious little Caylee like he did His own son, then I believe she is safe in heaven where she will remain forever.
Okay — I know where you are all coming from — but think back to the conversation Amy repeated from the car ride with Cindy to go find Casey — that she lied about everything, stole money, on and on — If Cindy were so concerned about Caylee, why would you even allow her to leave the house with Casey? This is the same timeframe that she was charging up her parents’ charge cards, stole money from the grandmother, Amy and on and on — The car was registered in the parents’ name — just report it stolen to have it tracked if you can’t find her –

But this wasn’t someone who really had a place to live with a child — For most single moms, you have your own house or apartment, so if you aren’t speaking to your mother for a day or more, there is no need for concern. But this girl had no real place to live — and was supposedly driving a car that wasn’t in the best condition — Isn’t this as much child neglect on G&C’s part as it would be Casey?

Elisa: They didn’t have custody of Caylee. She was Casey’s child. You can take your own child anywhere, unless they had chained Casey in the house something, I don’ t think they could have stopped her. They could have called Children’s services and they probably should have, but they didn’t like to involved other people in their private life. CA thought she could handle everything.

Who knows, if Casey had told the truth, they may have never called the police. They may have just moved so they didn’t have to worry about the school board looking for them in a couple of years, who knows. Would anybody come looking if you haven’t taken your child to the doctor or had shots or taken them to school? I don’t know how that works in Florida.
Le–I’m sure they tested the trunk for blood…and I remember they took some equipment into the Anthony’s home right after the first arrest…They were cking for blood..I would think in the home…

Elisa- trust me, I know what you mean! My daughter is 10 and my mom NEEDS to see her at least 2x a week. And seriously never takes no for an answer. haha! Even if I’m super busy cleaning the house or too lazy to answer the phone, my mom will show up (unannounced) with cake or candies, or whatever for my daughter. And she calls her all the time to ask her about her days. As much as it used to annoy the hell out of me, since this case, I’ve really lightened up on my mom!

Dead Squirrel Theory, Two dead squirrels put in trunk, left for one week, stuck ,but not human decomp smell, removed, 7 days later no lingering smell . Air samples nothing of decomp left. Total time of test 14 days. Maggots and Flies minimal, gone at end of 9th day. Maggots test squirrel DNA.
Note, Florida has red ants that eat flesh, can find it anywhere even a trunk. These ate most of the squirrels body in first 5 days.
Did the Pizza in the trunk theory, took one uncooked meat pizza one cooked meat pizza and one mushroom pizza, and put them in my trunk in a black garbage bag for 4 weeks, no terrible stench that smells like Decomp. Left trunk and bag open on first day, for 4 hours. Maggots and flies on 6th day, but not the kind you find in humans. After removal no smell lingered.
youngmom — I was divorced young and then became a single mom — My parents would just show up at school to pick my daughter up and spend a couple hours with her – maybe go to Burger King – before I came home from work. They called everynight to make sure we were okay — it frustrated me, too — but now they are both gone and my daughter is grown and has the best memories. Not a day would go by without a call — that’s why I’m so frustrated with this situation –
Holden, I did watch the tour of the house. There were aton of little Caylee baby pictures that they showed that we haven’t seen. She looked like JP Chatt if you ask me. I could be wrong, but her little baby pictures even more so. And I think it is strange that he didn’t care for Casey, but Amy said he had taken a bunch of pictures of Caylee laying around the house and at parties sleeping on the couch and stuff like that. It makes you wonder if some thread of him thought that she was is…Casey may have told him no, you know. Like there is no way. I have heard of girls doing that, only to find out later they are the father.
I’m wondering if they defense is sticking with the babysitter defence or is that dead in the water for them. Because I think they’d be stupid to use that. I mean nobody ever saw this woman (not even a picture) and I’m hearing that not even Caylee mentioned her ever. So what is the defense planning on using as their defense?????

#1 She could not have burned the body, Burn restriction in Florida all April, May, June and July of 2008. Fire towers would notice smoke anywhere in the county and send Sheriff’s department within 2 seconds even in campgrounds, DNR come and ask you why you are in campground the second you drive in. Most of the time they stop you before you get to any campsite.
She more than likely used the gas to dose the body to hide the smell. Why else would you take 2 cans for getting gas for your car? Most people take one, just enough to get you to the gas station to fill up.
LE—they do not respond on Sunday…everyone burns trash on Sunday here in Florida

Did Crazy ever really go to Jacksonville? I thought the cell pings were all in the Orlando area. I know there was a 12 hour period with no pings but what day was that on?
LE-Cool that you got maggots and flies on six days, but I noticed that the pizza was in a bag and there were three of them. I think she had caylee in a cooler and that she had decomposed and that the drain to the cooler got knocked open or something. I think she took her back to the house on the 16th and tried to stage an accident, to no avail. I think she then put her in the playhouse. Covered her with toys or something. Came back on the 17th or 18th and borrowed the shovel to roll her into something, bag or cooler or something like that. I don’ t think she used a suitcase. A cooler would not be suspicious anywhere in Florida in the middle of June, less suspicious than a suitcase being wheeled around. You can put it in and out of your trunk. This one probably had wheels, would be my guess. I think she may have even had her in the freezer at one point, like from the 18th to the 20th, when she backed her car in for the last time. She was driving other cars around on these dates, even CA’s on the 23rd or 24th. I had thought before that she may have dumped Caylee on the 27th, but now I am leaning more to the 23rd or 24th range, because, apparently, her car was somewhere else. She borrowed CA’s car. Maybe she couldn’t drive it around out of fear or smell or some other reason. At that point could have been when she dumped her, like the 24th, then that is why she had the smell on the 25th, because the cooler or whatever she was carrying her in came open and she spilled it. Then on the 27th, she may have gone to clean her car, pick up some more clothes, some frozen food from parents’ house. So I am going to say the 24th to the 25th. Because the 25th, she had two dead squirrels in there….on the 27th got rid of the smell — yep, squirrel plastered there. So didn’t get rid of the body on the 27th…just tried to clean it out. Got rid of the body on the date she started smelling it, the 25th, or maybe the day before. Yes. That is my story and I am sticking to it.

it maybe safe to assume their lives were in shambles due to Casey’s criminal behavior ,bad parenting and George and Cindy’s rocky marriage.
This is just my opinion here ,but I feel strongly about Cindy being an unstable person and I don’t feel this is a recent condition.I believe this is the way Cindy is and the way this family functioned.
And forgive me but…to me it appears this tragedy has given them purpose that has nothing to do with a “child abduction”.If they really felt this was the case with CayLee I think they would associate themselves with a better more equipped type of organization.Not the street beggars they “work”with now.

anothermom- I think that’s a great theory, except for the freezer part. I doubt she would’ve risked having her parents go into the freezer.
However, I know she told Amy about the smell, and if I”m not mistaken it was in the beginning of July. (again I might be mistaken) I just remember thinking “premedidation” when I heard about the txt to Amy on the smell.

LE-On the 17th, she visited Chris Stutz’ parents at their home, she was driving Tony L’s dark green Jeep. She talked about her parents getting a divorce and that she was stressed out about it. She had driven TL to school and was, I presume, waiting for him to get out so she could go pick him up.
We only have a little snippet of info on this case and already she looks guilty. Can you imagine how much more we haven’t seen the LE has???? I have a feeling the most incriminating evedience will be almost impossible to digest for us. I really hope they air this whole trial on TV.

It is my understanding Koby (as NG so “fondly” nicknamed) has been hired by the defense team and has not actually analyzed the hair sample as of yet. He is obviously doing to dispute anything he can at this point. To be quite honest, I really don’t know why he was on NG, but then I suppose it’s “all about the money or publicity.”
Correct me (someone, anyone) if I am wrong, but I read the Body Farm or Crime Lab is the one who determined that the hair with the “death ring”
did in fact come from from either Casey or precious little Caylee and, again, since Casey is alive and well in sunny Florida, I have come to the conclusion that the hair could have only been precious Caylees. (Oh and there is a slim chance that it could belong to another “maternal” relative, however, keep in mind the hair had a “death ring” which only presents itself when the person is dead. So unless Casey happened to have another dead relative in her trunk, the hair could only belong to precious Caylee.)
I will never forget the night the results were released. My husband has seen me very angry over this case, but that night I cried like a baby because I knew, finally had to accept that precious little Caylee would not be found alive.
When one of the posts suggest that precious little Caylee is still alive, while I would love to hang on to that hope, with the presented evidence, I tend to get a little defensive wondering how in the world anyone could buy the lies of Cindy Anthony.

Driving Tonys Jeep? June 17th? Where was here car? at Tonys or ?
It probably has to do with premeditation………I’d say. She knew she couldn’t go on much longer, Caylee was beginning to talk and tell things. Maybe that’s why Cindy was flirting with the idea of taking custody. Maybe Caylee was already saying things and Crazy knew her time for getting rid of the kid was running out.
My grandson is 3 also, born one month after Caylee. Boy, nothing gets passed him. They tell absolutely everything. No telling was all that precious little girl had have to seen in her little short life.
This situation is completely unbeleivable! It’s so unimaginable! It totally negates the theory of accident. I mean most people are saying that she’d give Caylee chloroform so she could go out, and she accidentally killed her. But just by that statment to Lee about her car smelling way before she even left the house, before the fight with her mom, before it all she was planning this?!?!?!!? OMG! I wonder when those searches of missing children on the website were done? Anyone know?

Jan, good point! I wonder what Caylee was telling her grandparents about what she was doing when Casey had her out. If she was putting something on her mouth to make her go to sleep, Caylee was getting at that age that she could tell what was going on at those adult parties. So maybe Caylee was starting to say too much… which leaves me to believe that CA and GA may know more about what Casey was up to before something happened to her.
Another thought — Caylee was at the age where she preferred to be with Cindy and George, a more stable home — rather than on the road with Casey. If Casey was so upset b/c Cindy was the 1st to hold her, imagine the rage if Caylee kept asking to go home to Grandma and Grandpa??? You know kids — they are too honest sometimes

I think Cindy put out extra stuff, pictures, etc. I saw Caylee’s room way back in the beginning and I don’t think there were that many photos around. It is like she has turned the house into a shrine.

They had her sitting in the garage by the smelly car , talking to her, A good LE would have said HUMAN DECOMP !!! and more red flags should have flown. And Cindy herself told them it smelt like a dead body had died in there.
This is off the chart thinking for me but as I was looking at the witness list I wondered why does Annie have N.O.I. next to name as opposed to other witnesses.
I wondered if she is not being held in some sort of witness protection because she may have been involved somehow in:
1. Caylees death
2: Caylees hiding
3. Just has so much stuff that is important to the prosecution and they do not want anyone (press, friends, i mean anyone) talking to her
This is my thought alone but that was the only theory I could come up with for the suppicious N.O.I. information on the witness list.

Case Narrative:
On 10.17.2008 I was dispatched and responded to the Greenwood Cemetery located at 603 Greenwood Street in reference to a found item.
Upon my arrival, I met with informational Sharon S****, who directed me to two separate locations near the waters edge. One location had articles of clothing. The second location near a tree appeared to be bone fragments on the ground.
I notified acting Squad Leader Heath Williams (11718) and Segeant Brennan (7246) of this incident. Detective Boren (3731) and Detective Snyder (17373) responded to take over the investigation. CST Rojero (15320) responded and Sharon provided a sworn written statement.
END OF REPORT
All of the above information was on the 1st page of the report. The second page does not have much information, other than Sharons personal information. However, at the bottom, there is a boxed section that reads “I Swear or affirm the above statements are correct and true.” and another that reads “Sworn to and subscribed by me, the undersigned authority this ___ day of___ etc. Neither of these areas are signed. There is an area above this that indicates the “Statement type” is “written”.
I didnt think it appropriate to post Sharon’s name here, but it is in the record, as is her address (she lives in MI) and phone number. She is 59 years old.

Det Boren returned my call yesterday. He said report# was his report but he called CSI in and they took over gathering evidence
He’s not sure if it was Caylee related or not.
He said that LE goes out several times a day looking at bones people think are related to the Caylee Case.(most are animal)
CSI gathered the evidence.

Sometimes that just happens and then they appear later. Sometimes it is from having too long or too many links. I’ve had some disappear, never to return. One had a link or links and truthfinder said they weren’t stuck in the “spam catcher” so I have no idea where they flew off to.
They may have had problems with them volunteering to give statements and testify.
I’m fairly certain that NOI behind a person’s name on a witness list means that the person submitting that name as a witness intends to subpoena them to ensure that they show up in court.
youngmom, that statement by Lee: I think Casey told him that fairy tale about the car smelling around the time of Cindy’s birthday AFTER the car was found.

The way I took it, DQ, is that he supports their right to believe what they want to believe, and knows what a struggle their situation is, but he doesn’t support their actions. I think this is the key phrase:
“I can only provide my best advice and must respect any client’s prerogative to do what they deem is best, whether they choose to follow my guidance or not. However, there is little value or use I can provide to any client if they choose to act and comment at will.”
NeJame showed a lot of class in his resignation letter…I must say.

Discovery is mostly the burden on the Prosecution. For the defenses to set up lies, I mean probable cause why it wasn’t their client and put doubt in the juries mind. Remember she is innocent till proven guilt by the state But only in a court of law. (We know the truth.)

I am getting very disappointed in NG for her rudeness
to her guests. She crossed the line of common decency last night when she used the death of her guest attorney & best friend Renee Rockwell’s 1st husband in a way that Renee appeared hurt and embarassed by it. It was un-called for and over the top.
I was thinking the same thing Mi, infact I didn’t even watch it all. I was very upset with her how could she do that? How would she of liked it if she turned around and brought up the death of her fiance’ that got killed? NG wouldn’t have liked that at all. But, I guess it’s her show and she can say whatever she wants but she better becareful her ratings don’t go down because of her outbursts. I still love her but, do not agree with what she did last night.

I agree that it is likely that Annie Dowling’s testimony may be damaging, and that sparked a thought: Has *the media* (not law enforcement) interviewed Annie at all? If so, perhaps we might begin to get a clue as to why what she has to say would work against Casey. Anyone seen or heard anything from Annie, talking to the press? I like your timeline on the disposal of Caylee’s body. I also agree that it would appear pretty likely that Casey may have tried to prevent or slow decomposition, as you have said, either in a freezer or a cooler or both. This would help explain a couple of things found in the forensic report about the air samples: why the composition of the air would suggest a two-day post-mortem period, and why the sample would be considered anaerobic (low in oxygen) — in other words, still supporting an extended “stay” in the trunk, at least for a matter of several days, but not as many days’ post-mortem period.
I think CASEY FED CAYLEES body to the ALLIGATORS !! Thats why nobody can find SWEET ANGEL CAYLEE !!!
