Proof is in that Cindy threatened to take Caylee away from Casey. There was always a battle between the two, both using the child to punish each other…..to really dig in and stab each other in the back.

I think it was drug and greed related. I believe Casey murdered Caylee, preconceived it, planned it, and she may have had an accomplice in one of two boyfriends. I think she may have been high on drugs at the time. I’d have to be to numb any feelings, but then again, she doesn’t seem to have any feelings so maybe she was totally straight.
I think Caylee was overdosed with chloroform and then driven. remained in the trunk for about 10 days and then tossed over a bridge over water in Blanchard Park. This is where her cell went silent for 3 hours one evening. If Caylee were dumped in water, Casey would not be able to lift her with the necessary weights attached and toss her far enough into a lake. She would have to be over water somewhere to make the dump. From Google maps, there are two spots in Blanchard Park where this appears to be possible – the West end just north of the tennis courts where it appears a walkway or road goes over the river. Secondly on the East side of the park off a bridge on the highway.
After hearing about this last night, I gave it some thought, and now I firmly believe that she HAS told her defense team the “truth” about what happened.(Meaning her version of the truth) I believe she told them that Caylee is in fact gone, and that they are using what she told them for their reasons to tell us we will all “understand” once the truth is told. I believe that she is going to take down one of her family members, and put the blame on one of them. One option being Cindy, and her controlling ways..(which I don’t know if I believe) OR the second option being that Lee or George, (But my bet falls on Lee, given what Leonard Padilla has said) abused her. WHETHER OR NOT IT IS TRUE, even if the “supposed abuse” did not happen, or did happen, and did not result in either of them being Caylee’s father, it would be her word against theirs. And what better “reason” for her to get rid of the “reminder” of the abuse. And, this theory would put together all angles. The GP’S not knowing about the “abuse from Lee” therefore not knowing what her motive would be, and believing her lies, and why they continue to hold onto Caylee being alive. AND the defense team, being so sure that once we all know the truth, we will understand what happened. We all know she is gone, and now the defense team confirmed, whether or not meaning to, that they know she is gone, so what else would make us understand.? NOT that it would, but this is my theory as to what we can expect.
Cindee – About an accidental death… If she were high on drugs she wouldn’t call police as she would rather her daughter die than get herself in any trouble.

From what I recall. She was leaving on July 16 to go to work and to drop Caylee off at the nanny/s. George seen them leave. So how did that ladder get there? She could have came back an planted it. But she says she dropped Caylee off so then she said nanny took her from Blanchard park. (OH MY HEAD.)

Someone thought they saw posts from him last night…..and that the posts were disappearing as fast as they were posted. I’m not sure that was really happening. We also could not find the posts from Q on the 13 and 14 and thought they had been deleted by God knows who. It was very mysterious for awhile. Then this morning I went back into my history and found them (on a different thread). They hadn’t been deleted and all of us were over reacting. I feel like I have given this explanation about Q at least 10 times today. I think this will be the last time.
Bunny had copied them and reposted them last night as I just did now.

#1Laura – I looked on the 10/15 thread as instructed, couldn’t find this stuff everyone was talking about either. I was looking for “Q” but didn’t realize the “original posts” were dated 10/13 and 10/14 . . . so I was on a wild goose chase myself.
I don’t know what to think of all of that stuff. I don’t think “Q” said anything we haven’t talked about or speculated on in regard to Casey’s stealing, lying, relationship with CA and GA . . . etc. I am not buying the Q-aid on this one quite yet . . . too close to Koolaid in my opinion.

I got the impression that Q was a female due to her(?) insight into Casey. All the men I have heard interviewed said what a wonderful, sweet, loving person she was (and men can’t read an evil woman the way a woman can right off the bat).

I think you are looking on the wrong thread. That’s what I was doing when we thought that Q’s comments were gone. His are still there and I’m sure if you look on the right thread your’s are still there, too.
The key to the mystery is to ask one of the “key” holders; yourturn, jasonsmom, and I can’t remember who else has a key.
As previously mentioned – stupid people forget how very easy it is to track . . . I personally think it is simply grand we have stupid people – hahahaha!

I just read on another webpage that the myspace page Casey created to help find Caylee, which is http://www.myspace.com/caylee is missing, was created on 10/23/06. You know how you can see when someone created their myspace account?
So, my questions is, why was that page created 2 years ago?? Has she been planning to “kidnap” her daughter since then? You cannot change your myspace URL when you create an account so it definitely was created on that date.
I simply cannot wait to get home to investigate this angle – can anyone help me, please?

I think it is as simple as this, the cadaver dog hit in the Antonys back yard, and George was not going to let them dig in a certain area where he afterward put a patio.
If the dirt was soft there Casey (who isn’t the digging type) could have put Caylee in the ground very quickly and easily without breaking a sweat. Georgoe Inadvertently(or otherwise) finishes the patio.
They need to dig up the Anthonys back yard.
And George have to stop this act. They know what happened to her, Casey probably told them and that would reflect on them as bad people, also, if you have to have an accompolice, look at brother LEE, he just keeps quiet.
And to me not taking a polygraph says guilt, their lawyer should be on board and tell the importance of telling what they know.
None of them seem concerned with find Caylees body, which is convenient because saying she is alive gives time for the body to decompose. George was a cop.
They raised their daughter and the know her well better than anyone and they should never have allowed Casey to leave home with Caylee.

Friday Search Update.
Today Cindy, Renee, Brett, and I all went out into the area that is Southwest of the Anthony home and North East of the airport. That brought us out to the Narcoosee Road area again. After scruitinizing some maps, we were able to find some areas that were of interest that we had missed before. We didn’t find anything to turn over to law enforcement, however we did take some photos of some of the odd things we found while searching, and also some pictures of the thick brush. Unfortunately the camera batteries died, so we were unable to get pictures of how much standing water was in the area.
We are preparing to go back out and search after this weekend. Stay tuned for more updates when they become available.

Karma, yourturn helped explain that date mis-stamp once. It wasn’t really created on that date. He actually created something and showed us how the date ended up wrong.
Regarding Q: he or she is a friend of an ex-bf of Casey’s, not apparently an actual friend of Casey’s. If you are blocked, your comments will not even be posted, but these comments were deleted afterwards. Yourturn, if you recall, has an “unnamed moderator” working while he is gone. This is how he directed that moderator to operate:

TVW, my husband had 50-some cousins on his father’s side. The genes in that family seem to be extremely dominant, as many of these cousins had similar appearance/ features. My sons have even found children of those cousins on facebook who look similar to them!
Halfway down this page on websleuths is a an aerial photo taken during the backyard search. I think that the flagged area shows where dogs hit, where LE dug, and where they believe Caylee’s body was at one time.

He was just asking people to have some compassion for the Anthonys because they are devastated by this. He thinks Casey is guilty and doesn’t have any sympathy for her, but he does have sympathy for everyone around her who got caught up in her lies. I’m leaving out a lot, next time I see one I will copy it. If anyone else sees one, they should copy it and paste it under their own IP.
I agree with everything Q has posted about how Casey has made the lives of everyone around her miserable and doesn’t seem to care. She’s only concerned with herself.

I know from having a WordPress blog that you can block commenters by the IP address, not just by email. There are other things you can choose to automatically block a person for (like more than 2 links in a post), but everyone who’s blocked will go to a queue to await moderation. I did, however thought is was hilarious that it was somebody that I already knew from the local sci fi cons and stuff. She’s a very good artist and gave me a drawing of Jareth from Labyrinth. You know we have all these groups, uncountable LE agencies , FBI, TES and tons of missing childrens organizations
There has to be a reason none of them were willing or saw a necessity to come to the Anthony’s aid.
They know after just a few short minutes with the Anthony’s that they do not need to spend their energy
or their money on this case … when the Anthony’s already have the answer .
Cindy Anthony has turned on everyone that tried to help them and everyone who showed a true interest in finding Caylee and making Casey own up to what she has done.
This is a sad heart breaking case because everyone seems to want to focus on saving Casey. I think it is time someone gets through to Casey but remember she is “Cool as a Cucumber” that phrase just kills me.
So that may never happen.

I know many people I talked to including my own family all over the country and in town never heard of this case. Unless they sit and watch cable news (not everybody watches Nancy Grace) or have a computer, go to the Orlando news sites and lurk the blogs, people don’t hear about it.
If I was sitting on the jury I would have to have DNA evidence proof Caylee is deceased. Then bring on the circumstantial evidence. All the evidence must be weighed by the jury in a court of law. I guess that’s why I get picked every time to sit on a jury… three times now.

Q wanted us to feel sorry for Lee, his girlfriend dumped him because of this case, and said KC hit on his friends to prove her sexuality or something like that. And it was horrifying for him to be questioned by some reporter asking if he were the BIO dad of Caylee.

Thanks about AA. I was a very happy drunk until I got two DUI’s. I know kc is hating jail. The food is sooo bad. The real jail girls scared the living poop outa me.I was only in there for 18 hours because my hubby was pissed and would not bail me out but the 18 hours felt like forever and a day.. Have not had a ice cold beer in 9 months.. I am still fun without the buzz.

OK-While we’re fessing up! I did my time in 1987 for a DUI. The whole weekend!! And back then, that jail had no air conditioning, no television or radio, the bristles fell off the toothbrushes and I had nothing to do but read. So I read a book about a heroin addicted hooker that turned to Christ. But I didn’t quit drinking. Still like my beer (without the carkeys) but am proud to say I’ve never and will never touch heroin. And I’m too old now to be a hooker.

Michelle – I spent 11 hours in jail . . . yes, I did. Got in a fight . . . age 34 . . . SOBER . . . it was a real beat-down . . . pretty much of a tie, but I did scrap with great pride . . . not much of a fighter . . . Anyways . . Granted, no charges were filed . . . so I walked away unscathed. However, those were THE LONGEST hours of my life! YEOW! Nothing says, “YO . . . WAKE UP YOU STUPID ASS” better than a little time in the pokey!
9 months is a SUCCESS. You are really doing GREAT! AA is a fabulous program and my sister has been drug free now for 2 years . . . Yep! We are VERY proud of her. It is NOT easy – not at all; but family and friends who support you through the good and bad are the people who truly love you. You go girl!

Well, I have NEVER been so embarassed IN MY LIFE. I knew the arresting officers (both of ‘em), I knew the booking officer, and the changing of the guards officers . .. I knew everybody from A thru Z . . . wanted to absolutely DIE of embarassment. PLUS . . . and it does get worse . . .there’s these little push button phone devices in each cell – it was shocking to me – anways, I decide to call my husband, to check on my 3 year old (yes, how bad can it get???) . . . well, let me tell you . . . MY MOTHER ANSWERED THE PHONE! You heard me!
AND . . . MY MOMMY says . . . DON’T WORRY PUMPKIN, DADDY IS ON HIS WAY TO BAIL YOU OUT. Now doesn’t that just make you want to slap me on the ass and call me crazy? I wanted to DIE. Sure enough, my daddy came and bailed me out of jail . . . my dad at the time was 69 years old . . . and I was raised with the ol’ “If you ever get arrested and go to jail, don’t you call us – you will sit there!” Well, they LIED! I shared at an AA meeting about kc and how alcohol and drugs got her into this mess. Well, my fellow AA friends looked at me like I am crazy!! They had no idea who Caylee or kc was and went on to discuss that bloging can be an addiction too.. LOL This is a true story… Well, I will not join any BA (blogging Annoymous) support group. I refuse until this case is solved!!!

ARN, most any parent would support their “child” in that situation. It is sweet that you were so upset about “disappointing” them. See how well their tactics in raising their children worked? You might be surprised (I take that back, no, you won’t) at what kinds of situations you may confront with your own sweet youngster in his teens. Even the good kids get into some interesting scrapes.

Yeah, my major excitement did happen until 1995/96. There was a whole year where I wondered WHY ME?
I started with my friend and I being robbed at GUNPOINT. And being told a few days later that we were lucky b/c the same two killed many others that same weekend. My relationship with my friend took a huge toll. It was surreal. I was in my car already, and had across to unlock the door for him, and this big truck pulls up. He’s talking to them, and I look at him, they pull the truck in front of my car, my friend is saying they want my purse, or they’ll shoot. Thankfully, my keys were in the ignition attached to a pouch that had my idea and credit cards, I had to compartments in my purse. What they got from me, was about 15 pens and pencils – no money, not ID – but I was still scared. My friend had just cashed his paycheck, and had to go through a lot to get his ID back. And that was only the beginning of my year of hell.

I was actually more afraid a few months later when I had to have surgery on my eye. The same friend had had multiple surgeries for muscular problem with his eye, and I really wanted to talk to him about it, but he still wouldn’t talk to me.
Some of it is almost comical – like my sister’s fiancing moving into the three bedroom 1 1/2 bath with us…and them getting married two month’s before my niece is born..
And I can’t forget about the fact that I fell, injured my wrist, spent 4 months trying to figure out want was wrong with it. Finally having surgery just before Christmas… and when I’m done healing from that *BAM* the diagnosis on the eye – one complete month later..
Michelle does not own typos. I do my share of ‘em, too.

I think Caylee is dead and somehow I think casey did it.
For some reason I think Casey lost it on Caylee because she was in the way, however if it was an accident caused by Casey’s neglect I think she lost the right to that as a defense about 100+ days ago.
I have said this before if she let Caylee die in a hot car because she was “shacked up” with her boyfriends then I think taht is murder … maybe she did not wake up the next morning and Casey came out from under her drug induced sleep and the heat got her … that would be a horriable death but it probably would be fast as it does not take long for a car to heat up.
If she died from an accidental over dose of zanax or chloraform then I think it was still murder because she should not be drugging her child.
What ever happened she deerves to pay severly …She is a weird girl most women would be wanting to die with their baby ????

I have half of the transcripts read now, but what I have read…let me just say: She told Amy that she was going to be getting the house signed over to her and Amy had even changed her address. She was telling people that her parents were having “troubles.” Could it be that her intention was in killing more than Calee? It looks to me like she was contemplating her parents absence. I think her plans were bigger but she couldn’t pull them off.
Oh, btw, BJ, my mother feels the same thing about Baez and CA…just something too familiar about their relationship. He’ll no doubt get paid through book deals, etc.

my minds eye keeps showing Caylee in water..but not dirty water. I’m assuming pool water.
Here’s what I think happened: The chloroform was so that Casey could quickly get Caylee to fall asleep on those nights that Casey wanted to party. Caylee was put to sleep in the trunk of the car. One morning, after spending all night with her boyfriend. Casey opens the trunk thinking she would find sleeping Caylee and she finds a deceased Caylee (suffocation or too much chloroform). Casey hides the body.
The chloroform was not INTENDED to murder Caylee, but it inadvertendly resulted in her murder.
I don’t think so barbara. The Chloroform wouldn’t have been hanging in the air like a fog if she just tried to give hier enough to get her to sleep. If that were the case, we’d be hearing about a rag or article of clothing with chloroform and not the air being saturate.
Plus I don’t believe that she was keeping a live girl in the trunk of her car. Caylee would have been traumatized and told someone if that happened more than once.
Researching chloroform and then having it in the car tells me that there was no accident here. If there was an accident, I think she would have told Lee or someone about it and wanted sympathy.

I’m one that does think that Caylee’s death may have initially started as an accident (too much xanex, or whatever) and that Casey panicked .. because it was most likely something illiegal that went seriously wrong. I think at that point her mind went into cover-up and lying mode. I don’t feel any more sympathy for her and still want her to get the harshest sentence possible. I might feel a “lttle” bit different if she had come clean right away and called 911.
Here’s a question… I just thought about it last night.
Are Caylee’s ears pierced. All the pictures I was looking at, her hair is in front of her ears, so I couldn’t tell. I know that someone get their girls ears pierced when they are little.
So, question 1 is: are her ears pierced
Question 2: if she was buried, would earrings triggers a metal detector?
