I’m I reading the above article write..LE followed Cindy and Casey from Baez office..pulled them over and then arrested Casey on the street!!!!!!!!!! According to HLN earlier tonight…Casey was expected to turn herself in willing at the jail house—did that not go as plan????? Did LE not turst her in doing so??

I saw on the news that they arrested her when she switched cars..into some SUV. They also said that the police had been following her all day.
The news said that she pulled over and Casey was “transferred” from her car to an SUV
you know we will hear from Jose about how she was willing to turn herself in and LE showed disrespect, blah, blah.
For the GJ to come back within hours with Murder 1, there has got to be so much more than what we know and much more damning than what we know. I asked my b/f this morning (he’s in LE for those that don’t know that) how long he expected it would be before GJ came back and he said “could be a week, could be two as screwed up as this case is”. Then BAM!!

indy deb a week sounds way to long for a GJ to come back! Even a jury for murder most likely would only take a day or two to come back… granted an hour was fast… I would have thought 4 or 5 hours must be some damning info but then again it doesn’t take 100% agreement like in a trial
This was an experienced GJ for one thing, and I do believe they have a lot of very clear evidence.
Still wondering why she knocked on the window in that video and said Holly will never get another exclusive. What the heck did Holly do to Cindy?
They only had a few witnesses. FBI guy would have told all of the forensic results, Yuri would summarize rest of evidence and the investigation, the dog handler, and George on gas cans and death smell.

George Anthony was the first to testify Tuesday and was followed by a cadaver dog handler for the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, who likely testified about the dog alerting to trunk of Casey’s car. An FBI special agent and lab expert probably told the grand jury about a stain and traces chloroform found in that trunk. Plus, two more members of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office went in and likely told jurors about their belief that Casey researched chloroform online. The trunk is significant because lab tests show Caylee’s decomposing body was in it at one time

They’ll have to keep her in protective custody to avoid any repercussion should something happen to her in general population. The state or the sheriff’s dept. wouldn’t want to be liable for what would obviously happen. They’ll do the same in prison as well, but she’ll be in an area with others who are also in protective custody. And like I said the other day, she’ll still be in danger because even crazies don’t like crazies!

In the last interview with Tim miller..I felt he wasn’t telling all and couldn’t tell all. I think something is up with that… Could they possible found the dress of Caylee and maybe some bones. I doubt very much they find a whole body by now..but something inTim actions (a now satisified/acomplished look) is that interview was telling me he knew something he wasn’t telling on camera yet.
I guess that I wouldn’t be surprised if CA was arrested for withholding evidence, she has said all along that she knew where Calee was, but would not tell the police.

I posted my take on this at the “Audio of Secret Proceedings Mistakenly Sent in Anthony Case” thread, and this is part of what I said there:
I . . . have to eat some crow for some of my opinions stated here: first, that the grand jury might take a longer time than some were expecting to hear evidence and deliberate; and secondly, that they would tend to hand down a lesser degree of charges. Boy, was I wrong — they threw the book at her!
It does sound like we should be keeping our ears to the ground to hear if an indictment of a conspirator or accessory may be forthcoming. And it should be interesting to see what discovery may come out now, once Casey is arraigned. It seems pretty clear that law enforcement must have been able to clearly tie Caylee’s death to Casey in a deliberate and premeditated manner, and in a short amount of time. I find it interesting that they *also* charged her with aggravated manslaughter — not one or the other, but both!
There doesn’t seem to be any way for Casey to avoid a long, *long* time in jail — even if she beats the first-degree murder rap, she is charged with so many crimes it would take a miracle for her to get out of jail before she is in her dotage. Wow!
What up with the glasses? Is she supposed to be a lawyer now? Hmmm . . . handcuffs are pretty much for criminals. What up with THIS new look? If Casey had a nanny where is the checks she wrote to pay the nanny wtih the nanny’s name on them? I am a grandmother of 3, and I know every person that has ever babysat my grandchildren. How could Casey mom not know who the nanny was and where she lived. I know that I have had time that I had to come and pick up the kids, you mean to tell me that Mr and Mrs Anthony never had to go and pick up or drop of Caylee?

Casey’s demeanor about him getting into the trunk.
The chase in Cindy’s car.
The smell in the trunk.
Casey’s personality & her conflict with others.
Casey’s neglect of Caylee.
Cindy & Lee’s obstinance.
Casey’s demeanor & comments in home confinement.
