Well all I can say is, here in the NE, I’ve shoveled enough snow, wearing my good leather gloves, and they dried out and were ruined, too tight, too mishaped to ever wear again……I knew he was guilty just on that.

I think in the discovery docs the towyard gent said they saw that pizza box. He was very worried about that bag in the trunk after the foul smell. I got that he was relieved upon picking it up when it was light, but I think they did look in it nevertheless.

Maureen- not sure if you are remembering the same thing as me, because that is the first thing I thought when I heard the news. I was getting it confused with that letter though that ended up being bogus from a guy that was with his friend and saw some girl like Casey in the woods and her car parked on the road.

I had the honor of spending the day with Ron Goldmans father as well as his sister and Denise ( sister of Nicole Simpson).
I believe some things are less complicated than defense lawyers make them.Just like Casey Anthony.The child is deceased and the mother is responsible.
I do believe O.J. is guilty,but I certainly had callers who believed he was innocent and I had respect for their opinion.
We didn’t have one of those argumentative type radio shows.Everybody got a chance to weigh in.

Maureen, I know what you’re talking about and it’s my impression that this sighting is a different one. That gal said the car was pulled over to the side and a female was taking a shovel out of the trunk. The new one says someone with a hat out coming out of the woods.
I think was Ms. Casey is lookin’ for.. to be quite honest… is another baby daddy. And QUICK. Specially if she’s headed to prison.. what a way to do it, pregnant with another.. Disposable babies as long as she gets attention and thinks she’s cute.

I watched OJ’s murder trial, as did the jury. They couldn’t find him guilty either…

Why does she want out. What plan are they hatching. She could “happen” upon the secret spot, “discover” the horrifying results, claim she had nothing to do with it because she left her at the bottom of the steps with ZG. (She never mentioned that ZG was actually there and took possession of the child by her hand or otherwise).

I don’t think even WITH a videotape, that jury would have found OJ guilty. My favorite thing is when people say, “I think he might have had something to do with it, but didn’t do it himself.” There was exactly ZERO evidence of that being the case.
I bet the judge says this is not necessary for her unfit parent case and until the charges are filed too bad. I liked when on sundays NG when that defense attorney said they won’t convict her on unfit parent because no ones said anything really bad and Nancy said Oh really how about she lost her kid! I will definitely be glad when Friday comes. I think the defense has filed seven or eight motions, one being the travel motion. But I don’t think Casey has to go to court for motions, unless it is a capital murder charge, and I don’t think they can charge her with capital murder unless there is a body. I think they can charge her for Murder 1 without a body, though.

This ridiculous request has got to be a last ditch effort from Casey to try and make a run for it before she’s arested on homicide charges, because why wouldn’t Bozo request this 3 months ago or 2 months ago, or a month ago? What has changed NOW, that he feels the need to make this request, this late in the game? Simon Birch said the bag was an ordinary garbage bag (white with yellow handles – sounds like a kitchen wastebasket bag). In his first interview, he said there was a pizza box in the bag along with some papers. In his follow-up interview he said there might have been a pizza box but he wasn’t 100%.
Birch said he reached into the trunk, grabbed the bag, and flung over the fence next to the dumpster, so the bag must have been light. Caylee weighed 35 pounds, so she couldn’t have been in it.
When Birch woke up on the morning of the 17th and saw the news reports, he ran out to the dumpster and climbed in, looking for the white bag. He said they used black trash bags, so it should have been easy to find. He called LE and told them the bag was missing, but Yuri Melich said LE had gone out there at 10 pm on the 16th and the night guard had let them in to retrieve the bag from the dumpster, which is why Birch couldn’t find it.
I also don’t believe LP would have said what he said on NG tonight, national tv, without having proof to back it up, I just love that guy!!

Ok, bad news everyone…Caylee’s time is fading away on Nancy Grace. I hope TES finds something very soon before Casey kills herself or tries to run. I’m assuming OJ will start getting more time because a jury found him guilty and he faces life in prison.
This site is for Caylee but somethings need to be said regarding OJ. I am not a fan but he was found not guilty in his criminal trial. This kidnapping trial was a chance to punish OJ since he wasn’t convicted in the criminal trial. The Goldman’s are only after MONEY MONEY MONEY and ASSETS ASSESTS ASSETS. Fred Goldman couldn’t say those words enough on Dr. Phil. I do however respect the Brown’s for not wanting a book published on their daughter’s and sister’s murder, and not wanting to make money off of it. They respected their grandchildren and child enough to not have this published for financial gain. Couple of thoughts.
Caseys pants are not tight…her butt has gotten bigger. I think those are her same jeans she has been wearing..but sitting home all day with mom and pops…is giving her a big butt.
Padilla really cracks me up. He drops a bombshell on NG just about every week. He gets great pleasure out of his shockers. Tickles me.

I’m sure, LP being a bounty hunter, has a lot of connections within law inforcement to obtain information that is not normally accessible to the general public, such things like what she types on her myspace. I think he was acussing Casey of threatening him and stating in on NG, not once, but twice, hopefully trying to prompt LE to do something about it………..like revoke her bond and put her back in jail….that would be nice……

I’m sure the entire county is outraged and sick of the whole clan. My bf is LE and he said they need to watch closely what they’re doing. If they deny the request, of course defense will try to use it in court, but at the same time they need to be careful what theyre doing. She hasn’t been convicted of anything yet and to hold her on house detention for this long, could also be used by the defense (like unfair treatment).

Actually, I don’t believe Dr. Kobilinsky is ruining his reputation at all. The trouble with NG is that she won’t let any expert on her show give a full answer to anything unless their answers support her own opinions. When they do get to give a full explanation regarding what can and cannot be proven from a specific piece of evidence, she makes it seem as if the expert has gone over to the dark side. Before Kobilinsky was hired to testify for the defense, NG asked him to explain all possible ways for chloroform traces to be in the trunk, and when he tried to answer by mentioning the accidental formation of chloroform, she cut him off.
Kobilinsky is a professor at the CUNY’s John Jay College of Criminal Justice. He teaches CSI and law enforcement people how to collect, process, and interpret evidence. If you Google his name, you’ll find articles in which he says shows like CSI give a false impression of the certaintly involved in forensic science. The reality is a lot less clear.
From what I’ve read, LE has the following scientific forensic evidence in the Caylee Anthony case:
1) The air sample from the trunk is consistent with gases released by decomposing human body, but it’s not possible to get DNA from the air sample. So the sample (along with the odor, which is apparently a uniquely foul odor easily recognized by people who have been exposed to decomposing human cadavers) is strong evidence that a dead human body was in the trunk of that car. However, air sample evidence has never been used in any trial in Florida, so this is going to be a Florida test case.
2) The hair sample from the trunk apparently does not have a good quality bulb/root. Only the bulb/root has full nuclear DNA (maternal and paternal DNA). The shaft of the hair gives mitochondral DNA (maternal only). That is why the earliest leaks reported that the hair could be Casey’s or Caylee’s. Of course, since this is a 1998 Anthony family vehicle, naturally there will be Caylee’s hair all over the place, so the presence of Caylee’s hair in the trunk is not, in itself, a sign of foul play.
3) The presence of the decomposition banding on the trunk hair samples would seem to rule out Casey (since she’s alive); however, the decomposition banding is a relatively new forensic finding. In a post on Forensic News Blog, a blog written by a group of professional forensic scientists, that was discussing the NG show in which the hair with decomposition banding was being discussed:
“I’m not overly confident in the conclusion. I *think* the analysis completed at the body farm is based on a 2001 article (Linch, CA, Prahlow JA. Postmortem Microscopic Changes Observed at the Human Head Hair Proximal End. J Forensic Sci 2001;46(1):15-20). This article demonstrates that these postmortem bands are sometimes found on decomposed hair, but not all the time. More importantly, there is not a lot of documentation on whether antemortem hairs could sometimes exhibit this banding. Of course, proving that antemortem hairs could *never* look like postmortem hairs would be a tall order.
I’m wondering if any blind proficiency tests of this type have ever been administered to hair analysts. Microscopy is tough. Can they get it right 100% of the time? I also haven’t read who at the body farm was analyzing the hairs. Maybe it is author Linch and he’s done a lot more work on this since his 2001 study.”
So the decomposition banding is not regarded among forensic professionals as 100% proof that the hair came from a decomposing body. This is important because of the need to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt.
4) The stain – as far as I know, we have heard nothing about the stain forensics. I am sure I read somewhere that the stain was picked up under black light (if I recall correctly), indicating it was of human origin, but I’ve never read anywhere what it was composed of. Urine, blood, other body fluids? I don’t know. Or if it was from a human body, even definitively from Caylee’s, if it can be determined that the fluid came from a living or a dead body.
5) Traces of chloroform are certainly suggestive of foul play. If LE can determine that Casey performed the Internet searches for chloroform, there is an even stronger suggestion of foul play. But there is no evidence placing an actual bottle of chloroform in Casey’s hands nor any evidence that we know of that she used chloroform on Caylee. What if Baez argues that she has used chloroform for some kind of kinky sex? He could just to give a reason for the presence of chloroform in the trunk and the computer searches.
Have I missed anything or is that it all the physical evidence we know of? If that’s it, and at the time of trial there is no body, no crime scene, and no weapon, then it won’t be an easy case to make “beyond a reasonable doubt” that Casey Anthony killed her daughter (even accidentally, never mind deliberately). Even the friends that have turned on her are unanimous in saying Casey loved Caylee and would never deliberately hurt her.
The cadaver dog evidence will also come into play, but if the two dogs taken to the Anthony backyard did not hit on the same spots, then more doubt is introduced. Even cadaver dog handlers say dogs can make mistakes and/or their handlers can unconsciously cue the dogs. That’s why Baez requested the training and hit records for all the cadaver dogs involved in this case.
And that is why LE has never made a public statement saying the evidence proves 100% that Caylee Anthony’s dead body was in the trunk of that car. There is still a chance – albeit a small one when Casey’s behavior in the weeks before her arrest is considered – that Caylee is alive. That is what Kobilinsky has been hired to testify to and that is what LE knows as well. They would not be following up on Caylee sightings if they had incontrovertible proof that Caylee is dead. Without a body or a confession, it’s doubtful that they ever will have that level of certainty unless there is more evidence coming (say related to the stain) that can be proved to be from Caylee’s dead body.

I believe that George did find Caylee’ body. But, if this is the case then they need to get another search warrent and search every square inch of that property….. Why not track down some people that knew this family from Ohio. Track down someone that knows Cindy. Seems to
me Cindy lies just as much as Casey. Cindy first came on NG and said Casey went on a vacation to “bond with her daughter”. LIE as we all know now. Cindy excuses Caseys
lies as “Mistruths”. Yet noone seems to be holding Cindy
accountable too. She as them all fooled the poor grieving Grandma. Seems like these two liars are spinning this and
poor George and Lee are caught in this web of deceit these
2 have spun out of control. After reading the interviews tapes and seeing the Caylee video from Great Grandpas
the truth of this is somewhere within June 15th and 16th.
If Cindy isn’t even held to task how can anyone begin to compare her timeline with whats known of Caseys on these
days, I firmly believe the truth is in these 2 days somewhere. If you look closely at the video of Caylee you can see bruises on her right forearm and upper arm. She
also looks frightened while in GGrandpas lap. Who took this film, who submitted to Nancy Grace? Was Casey there too. How was the child returned back to mom after this
visit? Grammy is furious after this visit let allows Casey to
leave with Caylee. Whats up with that? Its anyones guess until the question is raised by someone. Has anyone interviewed anybody from the assisted living home? How did George see Casey and Caylee leave
on the 16th if Casey left after a fight with Cindy on the 15th?
Why did Cindy lie about the circumstances surrounding Casey leaving with Caylee. Why did she make no mention
of the 2 fighting about Casey stealing G Grandmas money?
Doesn’t it speak to the mindset of these TWO people
sharing the responsibility for this poor childs health and
welfare? Who was paying for health insurance for Caylee
was it Medicaid (as shown on a cell record). Was Casey
working somewhere with a fake name under the table so
that Caylee could get Medicaid? Did anyone search the gravel pit that Casey hung out with as a teenager?
Padillia seems to be the only one on the shows that has
honed in Grammys part in this too. But Nancy just keeps dismissing it
so firmly believing Cindy as poor Grammy. As for Baez’s first interview on NG he was in full swing defense mode he
knows the truth and is now stuck with it. He’s left only with
defending his client and keeping the cops from uncovering the truth from Casey. He probably told her you are the only
one who knows where Caylee is all you have to do is keep your mouth shut and they’ll have nothing….. And here we are
months later still going in circles…. There was so much more he could have said and done to take advantage of the media coverage if he believed Caylee was missing. He could have talked about actual places and times where Caylee may have been and ask for the publics help. All of his actions now
are posturing for putting on his case. He seems to just
want to see what do they have? I wonder if he does search
and he does know that the child is dead (protected by privilege) wouldn’t that be obstruction of an investigation
and aiding and abetting in the obstruction? I’m sure hes weighed this heavily in his mind and thought naw what she

motions on the 6th seem to be setting up his defense if

search because the bad police charged her and got her put on house arrest. Despicable……..
Casey is NUTS. Like she really thinks that a judge is going to allow her to leave to search for Caylee..And in Peurto Rico…Come on Casey wake up and smell the squirrel (sorry had to say that) You are NOT going to be allowed to leave Florida cause you are a flight risk cause you are the number ONE SUSPECT. HELLLOOOOOO knock knock anyone home in there??? This is just a ploy for you to make yourself look like your finally caring about where Caylee is. We all know that is NOT true. Why now? This family has had a multitude of problems that lead them to this point unfortunately.Cindy can not and WILL NOT admit that Casey has done this.It would mean a public acknowledgment of not having run her family properly and indeed helped create such an atmosphere of anger and resentment as well as unaccountability of her daughters actions, that it spawned a cold hearted killer.
As the mother of five ,I think you can weather all kinds of problems,but if your children are afraid of you (I don’t mean respect or when i joke about being scary) you have failed as a parent.
Don’t get me wrong ,CayLee died at the hands of her mother.Casey is the ONLY one responsible for this death.This didn’t come out of left field for the rest of the family. There have obviously been warning signs for years.There are families who have killers within them where nobody had a clue .This just isn’t one of them.

Way before then when she was staying at Tony’s according to Nathan she was there everynight. She didn’t search then. Why not? Did it cut into her social life with Tony. Cindee~I agree. Casey and Bozo were eating up the limelight as if this bizarre case made them celebrities. Attention was going away so they had to stir something up. I can’t imagine any judge granting her “travel” or some of the other requests. It’s all about the attention for them. I hope this case costs her her life and Bozo his career. Zak~I agree. They can’t use the date on a video as confirmation. Dates can be changed and dates can be added if you make copies. The only confirmation would be if there were witnesses at the home where Great Grandpa is that say they were definitely there.

I have dreams about it! The other night I dreamt they found her, not alive of course and she was wrapped in something. And then a couple of nights ago, I dreamt that I had to develop a friendship with Casey to get her to talk, and just when she was going to tell me, I woke up! I want to go down there and help search so bad.

LE found the video from the nursing home on the laptop because the clip had been copied from Cindy’s digital camera. They noticed the date was July 15, not July 8. They called Cindy to ask her about it, and that is when she revised her timeline of the last day she had seen Caylee.
LE cross-checked the clip on the laptop with the camera that they also had taken on July 16, and they saw that the date was the same – July 15.
The nursing home heard about the case on the news and called LE to say that Cindy and Caylee had signed the log book on July 15. So it is not in doubt that the visit took place on that date.
And I don’t believe OSCO’s computer forensic specialists need to be told that the dates can be adjusted on computers and cameras. They know.
Zak, I think they said the actual date was different on the camera, but that it has an internal clock that actually date and time stamps internally, not just for the picture, but one that you can’t see or adjust, they actually have that feature on all of their cameras and videos…I can’t remember if it was Nikon or Sony. I just remember reading that it had an internal date and time that was unadjustable to the consumer.

Apparently, they didn’t know the real “Casey.” The one that made up lies so she could fit into the roles that people in her life placed her in. She was a loser….Capital L…..She lied, lied, lied. What other reason would there be to tell so many lies? If someone had snatched her daughter at the park, as she claimed at some point, I believe she would have chased them down to try to grab her daughter away from them, at the expense of her own life. You are not taking my kid from me and handing me a note. You are going to have to kill me right then and there. Secondly, if you did take my kid, I would find the nearest police station and have them put out an Amber Alert immediately. Some note isn’t going to stop me from that either, because either way, a note saying don’t call the police or we will kill your daughter, or having some damn stranger taking your kid and raping and molesting her for God knows how long, you have a better chance when you have time on your side. And it sure didn’t keep her from continuing to party on and send messages over the internet and her phone to come to a party at Fusian on the 20th of June….DJ Anonomous and DJ Beattie are there….And LauraM, there is such thing as circumstantial evidence, and you can be convicted beyond a reasonable doubt on circumstantial evidence. Because no matter what, Casey was the last person to see her alive. She won’t give any information and has led a wild-goose chase with tax payers’ hard earned money. So whatever physical evidence they do have, combined with the circumstantial evidence, I think the scales of justice will tip toward the prosecution. You can garner all your forensic information from wherever….but the truth is, it is all weighed together, and if you can more strongly believe that Casey Anthony is guilty than not guilty, then Casey Anthony is guilty, bottom line. And it is not beyond every doubt, only reasonable doubt. And a reasonable person would not have any doubt in this case.

Hello Guys- Well it seems that CA says LE are liars about the evidence. And, Baez says, that the media have reported things from “sources” and they should not be trusted. Last, the public has grown tired of the case. Home team has a plan it seems to sway public opinion, and maybe the courts. They are trying to put the pressure on. It sounds Baez has seriouly under estimated LE, the state, and the court systems.
I seen the photo of the marine Mark Hawkins. Has anyone checked DNA to see if he Caylee’s father? They have the same eyes! He seems to be the only guy other than Jesse that had shown interest in Caylee.

This was a jury charge in a case involving a 2-year-old whose babysitter was charged with manslaughter and negligent homicide. This was as close as I could get for a jury charge in this case.

Something is bothering me about a post by Maurat last night (10-6 at 11:55 PM) about Casey’s car trunk stain forensics on the body stain. It was my understanding that this was a post mortem where they could only obtain mitochondrial (maternal) DNA which showed that it was:
(A) Definitely was post mortem.
(B) Either that of Casey or Caylee.
So obviously it was not from Casey, a live person. Is this everyone else’s understanding of these forensics from the Body Farm in Tennessee?
I have searched the Interent for conformation on this evidence, but I can only find statements that it “indicates” that Caylee is dead. Why can’t I find a source that states it “proves” Caylee is dead? Can this type of forensic testing be nonconclusive??
For referrence here is section #4 of Maurat’s post:

No one denies that Casey lied to her friends and stole from them. The point is that all of the people who saw her with Caylee said she was a normal, loving mother when she was with her daughter. She wasn’t a violent mother or an impatient mother.
Yes, they know she lied about having a job and many other things. But Casey’s interaction with Caylee was right before their eyes. That’s why they say they can’t believe she would deliberately hurt the little girl but that Casey may very well have freaked out if Caylee died accidentally.

However, in the bond hearing, it was reported about the stain, hair, and dirt. I would assume (sometimes bad), since LE has said that indeed Caylee is dead, they have the lab results to back that.

I think a reasonable doubt is different than all doubt or any doubt. It’s what a “reasonable” person would doubt. I don’t think there is any reasonable doubt at this point, because the circumstantial evidence, the lying, the foiling, the whatever by Casey, leads a reasonable person to believe her guilt. An inference can be made about her death with whatever forensics they have and the smell from the car in a reasonable person’s mind would lead you to the inference that a body had been placed in that trunk. Nothing Casey has done so far has been reasonable or what a reasonable person would do. She can keep on playing the game, but she’s not going to win. And LauraT or LauraL’s post, I don’t think that the forensic evidence is going to play as much a part in this case as all of the circumstantial evidence will. I think the state can carry the burden. I am sure they have enough evidence; no doubt in my mind. The jury charge I posted above was just for manslaughter and negligent homicide. You just don’t lose your kid. I mean, for god’s sake. Where did you put her? I don’t know…WTF….She is still the person who is responsible for her daughter and her daughter’s whereabouts. What’s her traveling anywhere going to prove? That she was an idiot that gave her daughter to a complete stranger? Who does that? If that’s the case, she isn’t going to get her daughter anyway and neither are her parents or brother…the child will go to the custody of the state. If she comes clean and she tells what she knows and she did give her to someone and that can be followed up on, I don’t think the state will try to get her for murder or manslaughter. She will still face child endangerment charges. If I am babysitting your kid and it comes up missing and I lead everybody on a wild goose chase, what would happen to me? She was the mother…she has even more of a duty. This case just pisses me off at that girl. This could all be resolved if she will just fess up to what happened to the child and give some credible evidence to substantiate her claims. That’s all she needs to do. If she doesn’t do that, she is as guilty as sin.

Here’s a thought I would like to throw out. If Cindy is home collecting her paycheck from her employer. How is it that she is able to go on the streetcorner and sell tshirts with George every day?
If I was her employer I would tell her…work or no pay. Sell tshirts on your own time.
I think the employer was being over generous with her and she rewards him like all the Anthonys reward their friends and family.

Casey said Zany was 26 years old 5′6 – 5′7 Brown Hair, Brown Eyes 140 pounds; Nicole was 26 years old 5′4 Brown Hair, Brown Eyes 130 pounds… Nicole went missing June 10th, body found June 11th with her purse in front seat of her car. Nicole was from NJ and was finishing her master degree at UCF. Casey claims to friends she had applied to enter fall semester at UCF. Nicole G was jogging in J Blanchard Park -but her body was found in Econlockhatchee Trail; Casey says her mom didn’t want her jogging in JB Park, not even along “Econlockhatchee Trail”….Casey left her purse in the front seat of her car abandoned it on June 26. Chloroform may have been used in both cases as surmised by the news media and le. Casey states Caylee loved it at JB Park. And the reason she changed her story was because she remembered LE saying that they had Sawgrass on video cam…and she was ‘not there’. She knew the jig was up. She chose Blanchard out of random information. So… if Caylee’s body is found, she can accuse the murderer. KC just took the fear that everyone was feeling and tried to weave the BP rapist story into her own timeline. Casey and Nicole both have the same shamrock tattoo. Casey weaved this ladies reality into Casey/Caylee life. Pathological liars assimilate other people life into their own reality. Canards.
Sway – I’ll bet they took the garbage bag sample from home for comparison with the one in the trunk. I know Cindy and George threw it in the trash at the auto storage lot and LE dug it out for evidence. I think they can narrow down a lot of info from the bags themselves to even determine if they were purchased at the same store.

The female guest lawyer on NG’s show last night, I didn’t quite get her name, anyway, she scares the daylight out of me every time I look at her. Not what comes out from her mouth, but her MOUTH itself. I’m telling you, not because I’m so gorgeous or anything, but if I ever committed a crime, I would take a guilty plea just so I don’t have to be in the courtroom with her. Anyway, nothing new. This lawyer just repeats what others are saying….boring.
And Padilla, OMG, this guy just dreams up another line, as if he and Casey are still in contact on a daily basis. Yep, even when the other guy came on and backs him up, I still find him annoying. I would like, just once, for NG to get to the bottom of it whether it’s true or not, before jumping in, and gets bite in the arse, just like the DUKE’ s lacross case. In part two of his interview on July 31, 2008, he recants his statement of hearing Caylee in the backround, saying “he could not say 100% that it was her”.

Teresa – That wasn’t a nurse but a CNA. I worked in Pathology for several years and never experienced a smell right away. I wonder if this poster may have been confused with the immediate release of urine or stool and not death.

I still think the freezer theory is correct. That at some point she put her in the freezer, backed in and put her in and took her out. I think she tried to bury her too, but couldn’t get the hole big enough. That is wild about the murder in BP. I am starting to think it was what someone said earlier. That it is all very simple. Casey is responsible for the whole thing. All of the other things, as you have just indicated, are lies that she has woven out of news she hears or other people’s lives. Then her feeling that she is close is probably correct. Another thought, the Ant’s out there selling t-shirts is for but one thing, and that is Casey’s defense. You think they are going to let Bozo be the lead defense, not in a million years. They are getting their money up so they can bring someone else in. Johnny Cochran, maybe? That would explain OJ running side by side. Shapiro? I don’t even know if he is still alive. However, I do know that Cochran has his name associated with many lawfirms throughout the south.
As for Casey, the liar part, she just never stops with it. It keeps coming and coming. I don’t know how she does it. I don’t think her parents are trying to find Caylee, they are just trying to bide their time so they can make enough money to pay for Casey’s defense, plain and simple, thus, the Casey wanting to travel to points of interest, one last little jaunt around before life behind bars. Because I don’t think whoever they get is going to be able to get her out of this. I mean, she was never arrested or anything for Caylee’s disappearance. She was arrested for the money cases. I don’t even think Johnny Cochran can help her out of this one, but I am sure that is what they are doing, trying to have enough time to collect enough money to get Casey out of this…

anothermom-true if she was smart bu the dogs did not hit any where in the home. There was 4 hits all together 1.the trunk 2. near the side gate by the pool 3. the sandbox 4. the play house. but if she iced her which i doubt there wouldnt be a smell to that magnitude in the car. That girl is dumb and lazy when it came to her daughter she has no alibi and a story with a bunch of holes if she was that smart se would have an alibi.
I am sure there were some clean-up efforts with hard household surfaces, clorox is the best. That’s what we used in the lab to get rid of any contamination. I think that is why it was only in the backyard and the trunk or on the car. They were trying to clean up what they could, they couldn’t do much with the backyard area, but I think they could have cleaned anything else. I still have to wonder about the porch thing. That’s a little odd to me, also. I think George knows and Cindy and Lee. I think they are now focusing on Casey not going to jail.

GGM doesn’t live in the retirement home, she lives about a block away from the home in MT Dora.
GGP is the one who lives in the assisted living home and CA didn’t want him to be interviewed because he has had a stroke and doesn’t remember many recent things. She did say he could remember the war, though.

Do any of you listen to your dreams for clues? I do. I think the subconscious sorts all our information and feeling out during sleep and results in dream symbolism that can be enlightening.
One dream I had about Caylee is that she is next to cement in a grassy overgrown area.

Pg. 11 THere was a phone call on the answering machine, Someone played jibber-jabber until the thing stopped. (THey played it a long time.)
2nd incident a few days later: Same phone call. Jibber jabber was played.
“It had to be a recording. Caylee speaks plain if she’s going to speak.” THis time only a little was played and it was stopped.
She erased it because Caylee doesn’t speak like that.
She doesn’t remember CA taking pictures.

It would be harder to clean out the trunk. You can’t really take everything out and all and clean it good. You can clean floors, walls, freezers, etc, and get them pretty well sanitized.
Have LE released the polygraph exams, or is it just hearsay that everyone passed. I doubt Jesse is involved or knows anything as specualted above. I think by now Jesse would have spilled all to LE. Or, maybe he has, and that also has not been released. Ya’ll have a great debate going here, and I am trying to read past comments.

I had a dream a while back and she was next to a bathtub, but it was like in an apartment bathroom not a house because the toilet was right next to the tub, and one of her legs was swollen and she was already dead. Like they had kept her in the bathtub and she had been laying on her left side, because all of the fluid was accumulated over there. It was a weird dream. I didn’t know other people were having dreams, too.

There was some talk yesterday about Lee’s address (there are many listed online) but one at 1851 N. Alafaya Trail, Orlando. Apparently Casey had cell pings to the tower closest to this address on the believed date of death. Can anyone confirm if this is Lee’s actual address and if Casey actually called him on that date?

I tend to think that a rational person would not continue to defend their own child’s actions.
It is unfathomable and extremely hard to take–for Cindy, i know.
But she needs to accept reality.
The reality is Casey has done nothing to help.
She hasn’t even shed a tear or shown a real emotion that her own child is missing , let alone is dead !

Hello all i just watched dr phil and there was nothing but OJ on WTF i thought and if u look on his web page it says caylee anthony case was gonna be on. And it wasnt it was all about oj and the goldmans i am made i had to sit there and watch the whole thing i could have been on here instead.
I think it comes out to around the first week in November 2004 for a forty week pregnancy. you know, 38 weeks would be somewhere around the third week of November 2004.

november is 9 months u actually carry a baby a full nine months. since it was the begining of august it would have to be her last period was october that is how they caluculate it so it would of have to been end of october conception but it all depends if she was late or early we dont know what her due date was only 5% of pregnancies are born on there due date. So we may never know LOL

I only had one baby, conceived over Thanksgiving weekend . . . delivered by c-section on August 6 because my baby was breached. The c-section was scheduled for August 10, my due date was August 27 . . . but that boy had a mind on his own and I had that emergency c-section on August 6 (not because of any STD . . . oh my goodness! YUCK).
