Casey Anthony out of jail again

1:18 p.m. Casey Anthony walked out of the jail with her attorney, Jose Baez, and is headed back to her parent’s home on Hopespring Drive. Two bodyguards accompanied Anthony as she left the Orange County Jail, equipped with her home confinement ankle monitor.
Anthony walked with her head up said nothing to reporters who shouted questions at her. Baez, the bodyguards and Anthony stepped into a red pick-up truck and left the jail. Media helicopters followed the vehicle.

Casey Anthony’s attorney Jose Baez walked into the Orange County jail before 8:30am Tuesday for bond hearing. The court appearance was for the new charges Casey faces, forging checks, fraud and petty theft.
“A $1,000 on count one, $150 count two, $100 count three and no contact with the victim Amy Huizenga. You understand that Ms. Anthony?” Judge John Jordan asked Casey during the hearing.
”Yes,” Casey replied.
The charges were brought on by Casey’s former best friend, Amy Huizenga.
Casey and her attorney were only in court for about five minutes. Baez said re-arresting Casey and grandstanding are scare tactics.

Now I think that was a stupid move, unless someone can give me a rational reason other than the freedom of speech stuff. They will go nuts now that they now they have no limits…….

the jail seemed more perpared this time for her release they had caution tape all over and lots of body gaurds for casey this girl walks like she has nothing to fear r u kidding me there is something wrong with her she really thinks shes gonna get away with this,mr biaez must be telling her she has nothing to worry about because she shows no emotion at all

Ewww…ok the thought is making me nauseous. And even if it isn’t happening, you know the gloating arrogant look on his face is because he knows that people think that. There are good attorneys, attorneys with heart (I know a few like that) and then there are what those attorney call “starving attorneys” who are still paying off their student loans and will take ANY case. I think that’s what Baez is and he’s taking this case as his claim to fame and a money maker for him.

So I have a question…If LE can give out information to intentionally mislead a “person of interest”, how far can their “mistruths” go? Can they outright lie? and to what extent? if anyone knows. I would hate to think that some of the information we presently have may not be “true” or “real” information.

Keep in mind Baez has been “hired” to be Casey’s best friend. Of course he’s going to defend her, hold her hand, probably constantly comforting her with kind words, flattery, etc., (as I am throwing up all over my keyboard, of course,) but nonetheless, this is also what he’s being paid to do.
Years ago, when my son was 14, he wanted to go live with his dad and I refused. My ex got an an attorney seeking custody and I hired one to try and stop him (my ex’s home environment is the absolute worst place for a child.)
At any rate, boy at $200 an hour my attorney was on my side, agreeing with everything I ever said, being my “best bud.”
It was only until months later when we were in front of the magistrate for just a few short moments that my attorney advised I didn’t have a chance of keeping custody of my son (because of his age,) that the “lightbulb” went off and I realized all of the months of planning, interviewing, paying her thousands and thousands of dollars was just a total waste. She was not concerned with the outcome. She was not concerned for my child. She was not concerned with anything. She was simply an attorney I chose being paid to “go through the motions” of a mother trying her best and hanging on to the last thread of hope for retaining custody of her son.
This is what (I believe) Baez is doing. If he has even the slightest bit of conscience, he is probably puking his guts out every time he leaves her presence.
He’s being paid big bucks (not to mention the media attention) to be “her friend.”
what kind of comment is Baez making when he says she won’t cave? Won’t cave in what telling the truth!
j. I agree with you, I also hope that he is an incredibly professional man. I hope he is able to resist any temptation Casey is putting out there. If not, he will wind up just another “victim”. He’s 40+ and she’s 22. I don’t know, might be tough for him.

They have found bones near a construction site they believe it might be animals bones. But who knows maybe they should search there they havent yet maybe it was a sign from Caylee that is where she is.
i can’t beleve this is happenning she gets her way (casey) all the while she is guilt as sin. Cindy should be ashamed of her actions as well as husband’s action too if it was my daughter i would not let her stay with me then she would have to stay in jail right where she should be. And then maybe casey would tell where caylee is and pray that they don’t give her a death sentence. Casey’s mom and dad act like they know what happen and just trying to save face. they all make me sick. treating casey with kitten gloves. just horrible. Jan I will give you the link they say they think it might be animals bones they are taking it back to test it. But maybe Caylees giving them a hint. If you look at the video notice the bridge a lady and her friend saw aomeone fitting casey’s description near there putting a shovel in her trunk and the cops where there as well as sos (the Phychics) and both of there dogs pick up a decompostion in that area and found some things but not bones. Maybe Caylee is in the forrest near the construction site which is right down the way from the bridge. Just look and see. Why does the police not arrest the mom and the grandparents, is it not obvious to anyone else especially any potential jurors in the country, that Mom has done the unmentionable to her child and the Grandparents are now protecting their own child. I’ve seen people charged and convicted with less circumstantial evidence. This has gotten ridiculous and I can not believe anyone would want to help either the mom of grandparents with anything. I hope they are haunted every moment of everyday with what they have done.

Casey Anthony knows she has nothing to worry about at all. She knows what she did with that little girl and she knows that Caylee will never be found. I think some laws need to be changed so these ignorant people should be forced to take a lie detector test! I do think she may have feed this poor child to the gators after she killed her and I can agree maybe it was by accident. But this accident should have not been caused either. Think it was with chloroform given to much to get rid of this child so she could party. I think the chloroform was the baby sitter!!!! This is just an awful shame there are people with out children who would have paid any amount to have this cute little girl and would have given her a wonderful home. I just wonder why GOD has blessed people like Casey with such a cute and beautiful child? Life just is not fair when people like Casey is allowed to live in our world.
I know nothing at all about gators eating anything at all but it would seem to me that some piece of clothing would have at least have been left behind in the waters. I know this all sounds awful to say but think about it it is the only thing that could have happened since no one can find the body. I do really hope that this little girl is found alive and well but it is not likely.I hope in the end justice is done here!

I agree patricia Brian needs a life other things to watch on the news they dont do an hour or half hour about caylee its only 2 minutes. And if you dont live in florida it’s less I live in AZ and hardly see anything except maybe 2-3 times a week for about 2 min. So Brian you need to get a clue. i agree with you dede she should stay in jail and be put in general population. Because i know which i am not proud of i have been in fla. jail (on bad check charges) I seen what they (women)did to a lady that was in there for child abuse it was horrible. But years later i seen the same lady in a store and i told her who i was and she said that taught her a important lesson. and she decided while still in jail right after the girls beat the tar out of her that she didn’t want children her husband forced her to go through the pregancies and then after the children were born and got into school he left and she said mental she could not handle that and blamed them. But she gave them up for adopted which i told her that is wnt she should have done in the first place…. But I don’t understand why the judges keep giving casey bond after bond… What could they be thinking……Not much that is for sure………
Hello, I am a Central Ohio Technical College student taking up forensic science. Why don’t the cops hold her on felony child neglect or conspiracy to commit kidnapping. I was listening to some of Casey’s interrogation tapes on Nancy Grace’s show and I know and everyone else should know that Casey knows who has little Caylee. She says in her interrogation that “someone has her, someone has her and is hiding her.” If she knows information and is not giving it to police would that not be considered conspiracy to commit? Also, have they taken samples of the carpet in Casey’s car to compare it to Caylee’s DNA? If they have have they gotten the results back yet?
Toni I think they are waiting to charge her with murder I think they are very close but they have to make sure they have everything. I think they are hoping to find a body. They clame to be very close I think they found other things and are not saying. They said there was a decomposing body but they where waiting to see if it was caylee. I have a question they said there was chloroform in the trunk i heard from a forensic guy on Nancy Grace that if you combine bleach with something else that can make chloroform. Maybe she used the bleach to clean the blood or fluids or the smell from the car. Im not sure on this maybe you can find out.

I was wondering if anyone had thought of her possibly selling her daughter for cash??? If this is a repeat, I am sorry. She seems as though she is very self centered and materialistic. I don’t know about drug use, but seems with the active life she has been living, it may be a possibility and with that she would need money to support all these habits, right? Has anyone thought of her selling her daughter on the black market, or to a “John” for a large amount of cash???? It breaks my heart to think of that, but has anyone even considered this to be a possibility??
leatrice, I can absolutely say that she did not sell Caylee, remember the forensics…there was a decomposing body in the trunk and the DNA proved it was Caylee. That little baby was dumped by someone and I will agree with other posters that someone else is involved. That someone may have disposed of Caylee without telling Casey where she was placed, I think that’s why she keeps saying she doesn’t know where she is. Casey is a cold, calculating monster!
I agree, but was wondering if that had ever been brought up. I guess it is just hard to swallow that a mother could do something like that to a precious child. I am a mother of 4, and NEVER did it ever cross my mind to get rid of my kids. My husband and I started young, 19 years old, and our first was severely colicky (sorry about the spelling). I had my patience tried, but never, did I EVER consider doing anything to hurt her.
I know everyone has brought this up, but her cold attitude towards finding her daughter makes me shudder. I mean, if she can kill someone as precious as her own little girl, will she really stop there to get her own way?

First of all, in regard to lie detector tests, they are inadmissable in court. Secondly, even though the authorities believe she is lying, without a body they cannot arrest Casey. As for Casey’s smugness and arrogance, I have a sneaking suspicion that her attorney is telling her, she is being tried in the media and public opinion. Therefore, if and when Caylee is found, and this wench finally arrested, along with all others complicit (parents mayber), her attorney will argue that Casey can’t get a fair trial. Just my thoughts, and yours??
It is unfortunate, but I do agree with that statement. We know what is going on from what we are getting on TV and internet, but realistically it isn’t all completely facts…..just follow me. I believe that you are right in the sense that they may plea that she can’t get a fair trial as everyone has already made a firm stance in what they believe it true. Which means, we aren’t open to anything but bring this mom in for being neglegent, selfish, self absorbing and materialistic and a murderer!! It will take a lot of evidence to change everyones minds. We see the facts that are allowed to be divulged, that’s not always all of them.
Believe me, I am NOT defending her in any way, but can see where there may be loop holes if they aren’t careful and if we aren’t careful how we handle our “opinions”. The harassment that is going on outside their home, isn’t going to set everything in motion very easily. Any way you look at it, it is harassment.
You can voice your opinion on what is going on, but it should be done with care, as anything that impedes on their dailly life can help their case…..

I think you guys are onto something when you say someone else may be involved. That may be why she continues to keep her mouth shut, to cover for a boyfriend. Remember in that jail house conversation from the get go how adamant she was wanting to talk to Tony?
Eventually it will all come out….I believe that. I just hope it is in time to hand down the law to her and not see her walk free due to our outrage.
I think it is obvious that Lee is protecting her. He knows the truth you can tell by the tapes we heard that he is concealing information. I think she has told him what happened and he is trying to protect her. Police would do better to pressure him than casey as her mental defect will not allow her to tell them the truth. She has not love for this child and will never tell them what truly happened. The best shot they have is to put pressure on the family in any way they can. The truth will be revealed thru the family or so called friends will give her up at some point. They really just need to charge her and be done with it. They will get a conviction on what they have.
Given the poor financial state that casey was in do you not think it odd that she was not collecting social security benefits for caylee due to the fact she states the father is deceased. It seems unlikely that she was because the grandparents act like they do not really know his name. If she was collecting benefits under a false claim could she not be charged with this, put in jail for good until they find out more information.
AMEN!!! Let’s hope that there is also some closure for the rest of the family and friends when all has come to light.

What are the trailer trash protesters going to now the casey got out for a third time. Thes trash head are going to freak. I bet they watch that nut on TV. Nancy Grace. Talking about a person that can relate with these people it’s her. I watched he show last night and could’nt belive what I heard. The police should lock all of them up. The mom and dad should not have to put up with this. They did nothing wrong. It’s bad that the low educated trailor trash is allowed to do this to them.

you do not need a body to charge someone with murder. indeed it helps a lot, as without one a conviction is more difficult, but it is possible.

it isn’t a known fact that caylee’s father is deceased. she said caylee’s father was on his way to caylee’s birthday party when he got killed. when in fact the fellow she was talking about died in May, her birthday is in August. Another one of Casey’s lies.
Casey listed no father for caylee on her birth certificate. i asked this question way back in July… and this is the answer i was given, passing it on to you.

I also think the reason Casey wanted to talk to Tony so badly is her mother wisked her out of the apartment so fast that day that it probably made Tony’s head spin. I don’t think he had a clue. I think he believed her when she kept telling him Caylee with with “Zanny”. He was so busy in school all day long. And he didn’t know Casey that well. he had no clue she wasnt working during the day cause he was gone too.
There is a guy of interest, to me at least, and that is the fellow that visited her in jail. It was a very brief conversation, but he came there to tell Casey that he was on her side. That guy, from what I understand lived at the Sawgrass Apts. You don’t hear much about this guy, but maybe he was her “ecstasy” connection. I would like to learn more about him so I can rule him out, if she indeed had an accomplice. I am not convinced she had one, but if I was looking into that option, my finger would be pointing in that direction.
oh… I forgot to add, that she wanted to get to Tony quick so she could explain away her lying version of why she was arrested, in hopes of salvaging the relationship.

Yesterday, when I went to scaredmonkeys, I saw that pic of Mark Hawkins and thought he might be Caylee’s daddy. I am thinking that LE might get a paternity test done from him and see if it lines up with the DNA tests done on the hair samples in Casey’s car. I know the DNA done was only to show Casey as the mother, but perhaps they did another test to see what Caylee’s paternity is. If the LE knows the father by it lining up with the DNA of the hair sample then it could be proven that it’s unequivacably Caylee’s hair with the death rings. They have proof enough, but this may make it all the more ironclad.

ohio that is true but it all depends on the law in florida according to the fbi specialist they had channel 9 news in florida. He said it varies state by state and I tried to see if I could find something.I found one case in Florida where they tried to convict someone with out a body and they got off. I think Jose baez knows this and I think thats why the police are trying so hard to find her.

they may not be able to convict her on muder charges without a body but they can charge and convict her on manslaughter and kid napping and felony child negeclt and felony child abuse. And no cidy and george I beleive did nothing wrong. Or did they after the fact do something in this horrible coverup…And I beleive they will and are going or have made millions off their Granddaughter and Their Monster daughter. But I pray if they do make any money off this that the state takes it. Or maybe they will be come stand people and give all that money to a charity that helps find and protect CHILDREN. What if he is Caylee’s dad? How do you tell a man “your a dad, but your baby is likely deceased” all in the same breath? How does someone process that kind of blow?
According to the blogs at crime.about.com, in the article “Prosecutors believe Caylee may be dead” the bloggers are saying JP Chatt took the DNA test and came up negative as Caylee’s dad. There’s also a reference to a myspace Chatt’s dad discusses the relationship. Go take a read. I to agree they look alike but DNA don’t lie.

Well im a mother of 2.5 (im pregnant with my 3 child) i also started at a young age (15) but gives her no right what so ever to do what she is doing…If it were one of my children that came up missing i would be on the news, the radio, never sleeping, and most certainly not out a club shakin my @$$ with another chic.. I believe that she does know where/who has/had caylee and that someone should just hold a gun to her head until she talks (sorry i know that is very unprofessional) but it enrages me when someone neglects or mistreats theyre kids…..Its not that childs fault her mother is a moron!

Casey said that she was looking for her daughter by herself before the authorities were notified, has anyone gotten those names and contacts that she “used” to “search” for her daughter? Has anyone even backed her up on her “search” that she did?

You hit it on the head!! Any MOTHER that is truly searching for their child WILL pull all that is possible to find them. That is the caring, protective, loving and nurturing side of a true parent.
When we were camping about 10 years ago, our 3.5 yr old walked away from our campsite at night while it was very busy, (I counted the heads of my kids continually to make sure they were there) I counted only 3 heads, not 4. TALK ABOUT PANIC!!! We had all the sites around us looking for her right away!!! No delays!! We found her, and I can’t even express the relief. I hugged the person who saw her walking, he was taking her to the campground office. I wouldn’t have waited until someone else noticed she was gone!!! AND I wouldn’t have been looking by myself!! The more help, human and media, the better!!

She said that she disappeared June 9th, correct? But, did anyone see her that day or days before to confirm that Caylee was still alive at that time??? How do they know for a fact that that is the day she actually “disappeared”?
