Caylee Anthony Day by Day Since the Begining of The End

Open thread for Then Nancy Grace Show 9/8/8

For those of you watching the Nancy Grace show while at your computer. Here’s your thread to discuss the show while it’s on and others can follow. I will post video, and transcripts when available.

Note: Some of the regulars here on the site are named Nancy. Inevitably, during our Nancy Grace open threads, someone wanders onto this site and starts chatting up one of our regulars thinking they are talking with Nancy Grace.

We’re quite certain Nancy Grace follows our blog, but during the show she simply doesn’t have time to blog live with us. Our Nancy’s are better anyway.

As some of you know I have been out of town this past weekend, sorry I was unable to update regularly. I’ve been playing catch up today, and was receiving my updates from you guys/gals through all the comments. Thanks for holding down the fort!

Transcript:

NANCY GRACE, HOST: Breaking news tonight. Police desperately searching for a beautiful little 3-year-old Florida girl, Caylee, after her grandparents report her missing, little Caylee now not seen for 11 long weeks, last seen with her mother. So why didn`t Mommy call police?
Headlines tonight. Reports that mom, Casey, has created a new and elaborate story full of details about the day little Caylee went missing, something completely different. Police arrive at the Anthony home in the early morning hours to confiscate a gun, that handgun reported to police by a tipster. This as reports emerge that grandmother, Cindy, on the verge of kicking mom, Casey, out of the Anthony home just before little Caylee goes missing. Texas-based Equusearch suspends search for 3-year-old Caylee. Why?

And all this as sources confirm there was so much of the powerful chemical solution chloroform discovered by the FBI in mom, Casey Anthony`s, car trunk, even the air in the trunk was saturated with chloroform, mom, Casey`s, computer revealing multiple visits to Web sites on chloroform. Investigators confirm there is forensic evidence of human decomposition in mom, Casey`s, car trunk. All indicators are it was 3-year-old little Caylee.

And tonight, tensions mounting outside the Anthony home, protesters demanding justice for Caylee, refusing to leave, grandfather George now facing potential battery charges after shoving two of the protesters. At this hour, mom, Caylee (SIC), refusing to meet with cops or feds to help find her little girl. Tonight, where is 3-year-old Caylee?

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Do the right thing! Do the right thing (INAUDIBLE)

CINDY ANTHONY, GRANDMOTHER OF MISSING TODDLER: Every day (INAUDIBLE) join me to look for my granddaughter.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: God is going to tell you…

CINDY ANTHONY: She`s alive.

(CROSSTALK)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You should know better!

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: It`s just been a crazy scene at the Anthony home ever since Casey was released.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: George Anthony facing criminal charges, two counts of battery, accused of shoving two protesters outside his home and while clutching a hammer. And that`s not all. Cops also seized a gun from his car.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Good evening. I`m Nancy Grace. I want to thank you for being with us. Tonight, the desperate search for a 3-year-old Florida girl, Caylee.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Channel 9 has learned that an intense fight right before Casey left with Caylee in mid-June was over money that Casey had stolen from her own grandparents, from an account dedicated to paying for assisted living expenses. Tensions had been building over the theft.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

911 OPERATOR: OK, what did the person do that you need arrested?

CINDY ANTHONY: My daughter.

911 OPERATOR: For what?

CINDY ANTHONY: For stealing an auto and stealing money.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Channel 9 has learned Cindy Anthony had gone to a counselor who told her to kick Casey out. Cindy Anthony was worried that Casey would take Caylee with her, so the counselor told her to try to get legal custody of Caylee. Before that could happen, Casey and Caylee left, and Cindy believed Casey kept Caylee out of touch just to punish her. Relatives say Caylee was much more attached to her grandmother than she was to her own mother.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

CASEY ANTHONY, MOTHER OF MISSING TODDLER: You don`t know what my involvement is and stuff?

CINDY ANTHONY: Casey…

CASEY ANTHONY: Mom.

CINDY ANTHONY: What? No, I don`t know what your involvement is, sweetheart. You`re not telling me where she`s at.

CASEY ANTHONY: Because I don`t (DELETED) know where she`s at! Are you kidding me?

CINDY ANTHONY: Casey, don`t waste your call to scream and holler at me.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Officials suspended their search for Caylee Anthony, saying wet conditions are making it hard to clear areas, but search crews plan to return when conditions are better. Meanwhile, bounty hunter Rob Dick says Casey Anthony told him she left Caylee in Blanchard Park with baby-sitter Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez. Dick drove Casey to and from her parents` home to appointments at the jail and with her lawyer. Dick says Casey Anthony was very talkative but showed no emotion.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Straight out to the Anthony home. Standing by there in Orlando, Florida, our producer, Natisha Lance. Natisha, a gun removed from the home?

NATISHA LANCE, NANCY GRACE PRODUCER: That`s right, Nancy. Early Saturday morning, there was a gun. Police received a tip saying that there was a gun under the spare tire of George Anthony`s car. Police came to the home. They did find that gun. It was removed.

Now, the issue comes in because it is against the conditions of Casey`s home confinement to have a gun or any weapon in her presence, on property. Now, according to the judge, he`s not going to revoke Casey`s home confinement because she was not aware of this gun being there. She had nothing to do with the gun. But the gun was removed, and now no weapons are at the Anthony home.

GRACE: We are taking your calls live. Let`s unleash the lawyers. Joining us out of Atlanta — excuse me — out of LA tonight, Darryl Cohen, veteran defense attorney. Also joining us out of New York, Carmen St. George, also a trial lawyer. Darryl Cohen, I know that the terms of her being on home arrest are no weapons in the home, but under the legal theory of cartilage (ph), wouldn`t that include the garage, the toolshed, the car? If there`s a weapon in any of those locations, wouldn`t that violate the home arrest?

DARRYL COHEN, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Of course, Nancy, it violates the home arrest. But the fact that she didn`t know it, the judge is going to give her just a little more leeway just because she`s under home arrest, and it`s probably as good as it`s going to get for the moment.

GRACE: Right. Right. She didn`t know about it, Carmen St. George, just like she didn`t know how to break into that toolshed and steal gasoline, she didn`t know how to get into her grandmother, who is near 90 years old, into her rest home bank account and steal from it?

CARMEN ST. GEORGE, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Nancy, you really have to consider that her father was a deputy. He`s a former officer. And the court considered the fact that she didn`t have any knowledge that the gun was there. She wasn`t intending to use it. She had no connection with it. And really, it was a pass that the court gave her in consideration of the fact that this really technically could violate her, but they`re not going to use it to violate her.

GRACE: I`m going to go back to the theory, what we`ve learned recently, that just before little Caylee goes missing, Cindy Anthony, according to reports of a local affiliate, was on the verge of kicking Casey out, mom, Casey, out, and making her actually get a job like the rest of us. In fact, tensions had mounted so high, according to a local reporter, that grandmother, Cindy, had actually gone to a therapist about mom, Casey, stealing money out of her grandmother`s assisted living fund.

Out to Drew Petrimoulx, reporter with WDBO. What can you tell me about that?

DREW PETRIMOULX, WDBO: Yes, well, there are those tensions that were building over some money that she had taken out of an account that was actually intended for her grandparents` assisted living. And it`s not just that. There was also MySpace records, where Cindy Anthony was talking about some of the ways that her daughter, that she had provided for, that she had provided Caylee and then talking about how her daughter had actually stabbed her in the back and keeping the daughter away from her. So through what we`ve learned, it`s obviously — obvious that there was some tension there around the time that Caylee went missing.

GRACE: So she had actually sought out a therapist to deal with mom, Casey Anthony, stealing?

PETRIMOULX: That`s right. And the therapist actually said that she should try to get custody of Caylee and kick her out of the house. Of course, before any of that was able to go through — you know, we`re not sure if she was going to go through with that, but before any of that could happen, Casey, you know, left.

GRACE: Left with the little girl. And back out to our Natisha Lance, our producer, standing by just outside the Anthony home. Isn`t it true that grandmother, Cindy, thought Casey kept Caylee away from her just to spite her?

LANCE: According to this local report, that`s true, Nancy, that she felt that Casey was trying to punish her in some type of way, ran off with Caylee to punish her.

GRACE: Out to the lines. To Linda in North Carolina. Hi, Linda.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: (INAUDIBLE) this story.

GRACE: I`m sorry, Linda. I couldn`t hear you. Repeat?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I said thank you for following this story.

GRACE: Thank you. Thank you. What`s your question, dear?

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: A quick question. Casey had reported that she ran out of gas and that was the reason for leaving her car. Have they verified that, in fact, she did run out of gas, or did she actually just park the car there?

GRACE: Interesting question. What do we know about that, Drew?

PETRIMOULX: That`s a great question and something that we haven`t learned yet. You know, we know the car was actually towed to the tow place and hen the parents came up and picked it up after that. I imagine if there was no gas in it, at some time, somebody would have had to put gas in it. But you know, we haven`t learned from investigators if they tested to see, you know, when gas ran out, if it ever did.

GRACE: Everybody, we are taking your calls live. I want to go out to California bounty hunter Leonard Padilla, who first got this woman out of jail. You are putting up $50,000 for anyone that can help find little Casey (SIC). Is that true?

LEONARD PADILLA, BOUNTY HUNTER: That`s correct.

GRACE: Little Caylee. Why?

PADILLA: Well, I believe it`s important to find the child, give her a decent funeral because I believe that she is deceased, and somebody has to step up. So I`m hoping that somebody realizes that maybe they saw something at the Anthony residence on the 18th or they saw something between the 27th and the 30th, while the car was parked at the store. And incidentally, the car was — the car was out of gas.

GRACE: It was out of gas. I thought you may know about that. Everybody, this $50,000 put up by Leonard Padilla for help in finding little Caylee. And tonight we learn that mom, Casey, has come up with a whole new scenario about the day little Caylee went missing.

And she apparently told the story to Robert Dick, who was providing security for Casey Anthony. What did she tell you, Robert, about leaving little Caylee in a park with numerous people?

ROBERT DICK, PROVIDED SECURITY FOR CASEY ANTHONY: Well, basically, it just changed a little bit. The story is still kind of the same, but instead of the Sawgrass…

GRACE: The only thing that`s the same is the alleged Zenaida Gonzalez was there. Tell me.

DICK: That`s right. Yes, that she met her at Blanchard Park instead.

GRACE: So let me get this straight. It`s my understanding that you and mom, Casey, were in the car and that she told you she was at the park with Zenaida Gonzalez, her sister, Samantha, Samantha`s children and little Caylee, and that they took little Caylee at the end and said, We`re taking her and we`re giving you a script to read to police and anyone that questions her whereabouts. A script?

DICK: That`s what she related, yes.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: The evidence that`s out there is circumstantial. (INAUDIBLE) out there is being drawn up in someone`s mind. Just because something looks like it`s going the one way, it could be going in a totally different way.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: People want to know why won`t your client talk.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You`re assuming she`s not talking, and you`re also assuming she does not know where Caylee is.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

CASEY ANTHONY: I know who has her. I tried to contact her.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: She`d be standing right here by all of us. She`d be out searching, if she could.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

CASEY ANTHONY: They just want Caylee back. That`s all they`re worried about right now is getting Caylee back.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: A new and elaborate story by mom, Casey Anthony, as to where her little girl is. With us tonight, the security guard that she apparently told this story to. Robert Dick, is with us. Now, let me get this straight. She said she left little Caylee in Jay Blanchard Park?

DICK: Well, she said she met with Zenaida in Jay Blanchard Park. During he meeting, while they were talking, little Caylee got in the car with the other two kids of her sisters, and when she said, Hey, where`s Caylee going, supposedly, Zenaida had held her back and told her that she was going to have to read this script and follow an outline.

GRACE: What became of the script and the outline?

DICK: Unknown. It`s just that she had an outline to follow, and that`s why she led the police on a wild goose chase.

GRACE: Back to Drew Petrimoulx with WDBO. Drew, that is in complete contradiction of what she told cops earlier about taking little Caylee to Sawgrass apartments and leaving her there with Zenaida Gonzalez.

PETRIMOULX: Yes, and they`re on, you know, not the same side of town. So there`s a difference between where she dropped them off, Zenaida Gonzalez`s apartment, and then this Blanchard Park is on the east side of town. It`s a swampy, wooded area, so similar to the place where they were searching. There were some searches conducted in Blanchard Park, and you know, it`s the same kind of swampy, wooded area.

GRACE: To Dr. Bethany Marshall, psychoanalyst and author. Weigh in, Bethany.

BETHANY MARSHALL, PSYCHOANALYST: Well, I`m not so surprised that she told Robert Dick a whole new story. After her daughter went missing, what does she do? She`s dates four different guys. She`s out on a stripper pole. She`s partying. That is the type of thing that has motivated her, not the loss of her child, not wishing to search for her daughter. It`s being with men. She`s boy crazy. So what`s going to happen when she`s in a car alone with Robert Dick? She`s going to try to impress him with a whole new story.

And I`ve said several times on your show that I don`t believe she`s motivated in terms of telling the truth to find her daughter. I don`t think she`s motivated by some external incentive, like helping her parents or saving her own skin. I think she`s motivated by flirtatious men and the idea of the idealized life that she felt her daughter was holding her back from.

GRACE: You know, Bethany, what importance, if any, do you attach to the revelation that just before little Caylee goes missing, grandmother Cindy apparently — and it was about time — gets tired of her, as she says, mooching and leaching, living at the home, not contributing anything, wanting her to move out? I think I get the understanding that she wanted her to move out, but she, Cindy Anthony, wanted to take care of little Caylee herself.

MARSHALL: Well, I think it tells us that she`s so callous and remorseless that she used her own daughter as a weapon against her mother. And I think many grandparents in the United States find themselves in this position, where they have children who are neglecting their grandchildren either because they`re drug abusers or they have personality disorders. And I would tell those people, before you make any big changes, use the legal system to protect the grandchild. If your daughter uses the grandchild as a weapon, protect the grandchild before you stand up to the parent of the grandchild.

GRACE: Joining us right now is a special guest, Patricia Young, who has filed charges against grandfather, George Anthony. Miss Young, thank you for being with us. What happened?

PATRICIAN YOUNG, FILED ASSAULT CHARGE AGAINST GEORGE ANTHONY: Oh, hi, Nancy. Thank you for having me.

GRACE: Yes, ma`am.

YOUNG: While we were here protesting, we came over to — here for the search, and we ended up that evening in front of the Anthony home protesting. And there were about six or eight of us, and George pushed — ended up pushing a male first and then myself. And he had told to us get off his property, and we were not on it. And anyway, he ended up pushing us. He had a hammer in his hand. And his son, Lee, came out and wanted to — he took the hammer from his father and tried to steer him towards the garage.

GRACE: Miss Young, why were you protesting? What do you hope to gain by protesting?

YOUNG: I want to see Caylee brought home. That is the whole object of this, as far as I`m concerned. There were over 2,500 people out searching, and then the protesters here. We all feel the same way. We want little Caylee to come home.

GRACE: What do you make of Casey Anthony being free on bond?

YOUNG: I`m not for that at all. I think she should be put back in jail.

GRACE: You know, I want to go back out to Pat Brown, criminal profiler and author of “Killing for Sport.” Pat, under what conditions do you believe, if any, that mom, Casey Anthony, will ever tell where little Caylee is?

PAT BROWN, CRIMINAL PROFILER: Well, Nancy, I think she`ll tell when it will be worth something to her. And I want to bring this up about the Blanchard Park incident. She may just be telling a story to seek some attention, or she may be trying to distract the search team away from Blanchard Park. But at the same hand, she may be worried that the search team is going to find the body of Caylee in Blanchard Park, and therefore wants to place Caylee with Zenaida in Blanchard Park, say, See? I left her with Zenaida in Blanchard Park, so it wasn`t me, if you found her body. It wasn`t me who did her in, it was Zenaida.

GRACE: But you know, the deal Pat Brown, is that that`s not at all what she told police. This story, this fabrication that she told to Robert Dick, is that she was there, that Zenaida Gonzalez was there, Gonzalez`s sister, Samantha, her children. They were all playing in the park. They had been there for some period of time. They all got ready to go. And Zenaida Gonzalez puts Caylee in her car.

And Casey Anthony goes, Why do you have Caylee? She says, I`m taking her, and here`s the script that you need to read for about 30 days if anybody asks you where Caylee is. Have you ever heard such a ridiculous story in your life, Here`s your script?

BROWN: Well, no, it is a ridiculous story, but she is trying to explain away all of her own behaviors. And when something doesn`t work for her, she`ll change the story to the next thing that works. And the only reason she will give up any information is because she thinks that is going to protect her, so we have to listen very carefully to what she says.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: There`s people out there looking, spending their time, spending their days looking for her daughter, and she knows where she`s at. That`s ridiculous. She needs to start talking. This has been what, 60 days now? It`s a joke.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

CINDY ANTHONY: Caylee is missing, and continue to look for Caylee. She is not dead.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Our concern is to find Caylee.

GEORGE ANTHONY, GRANDFATHER OF MISSING TODDLER: Whatever you guys want to take from my house, you want to take the shingles off the roof, I don`t care. You do what you need to do to bring my granddaughter back.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Every conversation we have revolves around finding Caylee.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

CASEY ANTHONY: I have no clue where my daughter is. Yes, that is the truth.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

CINDY ANTHONY: Americans can think what they want, as long as they continue to look for my granddaughter.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

GRACE: Tonight, the revelation that Casey Anthony has a whole new story about what happened to little Caylee, extremely disturbing, daunting the hopes of so many people that have been searching for her, donating their time, their money, their resources to find her.

Back out to Natisha Lance there at the Anthony home. Natisha, how many volunteers came out to look for little Caylee this weekend?

LANCE: There are over 1,000 volunteers from all over the country, Nancy, looking for Caylee, even Patricia, who you spoke to. She came from two hours away just to be a part of this search.

GRACE: To Leonard Padilla. You were in the home the last time she made bond. What are they doing in there? Did they ask her about where little Caylee is, or do they act like nothing`s happening?

PADILLA: The time that I was in there, she acted absolutely like nothing had happened. It`s almost like Cindy handles her with kid gloves. George walks a wide circle around her. And Lee just treats her like a little sister.

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: You have no right to live her here.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: It`s the case that gets more bizarre by the minute.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: A brawl broke out in front of Casey Anthony`s home as protesters refuse to leave when angry neighbors ask.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Baby killer! Baby killer!

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Get out of our neighborhood.

LEONARD PADILLA, BOUNTY HUNTER: The safety situation out there and the security problems we`re having is unbearable.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: Deputies rushed over to break up the angry mob but they didn`t force the protesters to leave and that got neighbors even angrier.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: We`ve been putting up with this for six weeks. You know? My kid can`t play outside. We can`t leave the house without people trying to run us over. It`s ridiculous.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: (INAUDIBLE) a bag of trash. You make her feel like she`s a bag of trash. Not giving (INAUDIBLE) her proper burial. What kind of mother are you? Do you love her or what? If I loved my granddaughter like that, she wouldn`t be laying somewhere where nobody can find her.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: It`s all about money and you know it. You know it.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: She deserves better than this. She deserves better than this from her grandmother and her grandfather who love her so much. How much do you love Caylee? How much do you love Caylee? You say you love her? Show us how much you love her. We love her, too. We fell in love with that little girl.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

GRACE: Tonight, apparently mom, Casey Anthony, refusing to meet with police or the feds, the FBI, about the little girl.

Straight out to the lines, Winifred in Louisiana. Hi, dear.

WINIFRED, LOUISIANA RESIDENT: Hi, Nancy.

GRACE: What`s your question, dear?

WINIFRED: Nancy, I`d like to know if anyone ever checked the dumpsters at J. Blanchard Park or even the landfill where the trash was taken to?

GRACE: Excellent question.

To Natisha Lance, standing by there at the Anthony home — Natisha, what do we know?

NATISHA LANCE, NANCY GRACE PRODUCER: Well, we do know that when Casey first left her boyfriend`s house — Tony Lazzaro`s house — police did come because she had left her cell phone there. Now when they came, they picked up the cell phone and they also searched the premises at his apartment complex.

As to whether or not they searched the dumpster, we don`t know. But we also do know that Equusearch was searching close to a landfill that — the dumpster at the Amscot where Casey left her vehicle would have been dumped, and that`s all that we know at this point in terms of searching dumpsters.

GRACE: To California bounty hunter, Leonard Padilla, you believe that there is a dumpster that could have revealed information?

PADILLA: That`s correct. If she didn`t bury her daughter in the backyard on the 18th and put her back in the trunk of the car like myself and Rob Dick believe, then the car — when she pulled into the store, ran out of gas, and she couldn`t pull away from the dumpster.

My belief is that she put the child in the dumpster on the evening of the 27th — excuse me, the evening of the 26th. Rob, on the other hand, believes that he put — she put the child, if at all, in the dumpster on the evening of the 28th.

GRACE: You`re seeing exclusive home video from ABC News and “20/20.” That`s mom Casey Anthony and little Caylee. You saw them playing in the pool and there they are inside.

Back out to the lines to Chris in Maryland, hi, Chris.

CHRIS, MARYLAND RESIDENT: Hi, Nancy, thank you for your great coverage on this case.

GRACE: Thank you.

CHRIS: My question to you is, the car was left with no gas at the check cashing place and the footage that you`ve shown show many surveillance cameras. Has anyone gotten the footage — those surveillance camera tapes? Have there any footage of that dumpster where she left that car perhaps, I believe, she did put the child in the dumpster.

Is there any cameras on that dumpster?

GRACE: Leonard Padilla, do you believe that there are cameras on the dumpster?

PADILLA: I believe that there`s cameras but I also believe that if there were film or anything like that, law enforcement would have it.

GRACE: You know, the problem with that — to Pat Brown — is that very quickly those cameras tape over.

PAT BROWN, CRIMINAL PROFILER, AUTHOR OF “KILLING FOR SPORT”: That is a problem. I want to mention something else. It`s also possible she dumped the child, came back into town and then ran out of gas, so we can`t be sure that that dumpster has anything to do with it.

Good idea, though.

GRACE: Well, Pat, what about the theory of them pinging her cell phone out to that swampy area near the airport?

BROWN: Well, that is — certainly something that`s rather fascinating, isn`t it? And that`s why you have to look at every possible location that child could be and follow through.

GRACE: Well, you know, another issue with that — to Dr. Bethany Marshall — is that was outside of her normal route. That was outside her going back and forth to the boyfriend, back and forth to Blanchard Park. So to me that waved a red flag.

BETHANY MARSHALL, PSYCHOANALYST, AUTHOR OF “DEALBREAKERS”: I think so and when you observe this girl, Casey, she really engages in a very narrow range of behaviors.

Even as a mother, I mean, I watched this video and she`s smiling at her daughter and she`s — you know, she seems so enamored with the daughter and you really wonder if she sort of put on the mask of sanity.

She`s acting like she cares about the daughter or gravitating towards the attention that the daughter gives her like she may have been gravitating toward Robert Dick`s attention and made up a big old story to make him happy.

But that deep down she`s really a deadened individual who doesn`t have the capacity to attach.

GRACE: Back to Robert Dick who was providing security for mom Casey Anthony. She told him this bizarre new story about leaving the little girl with Zenaida Gonzalez at a park and Gonzalez giving her an alleged script to read to police and others that question where Caylee was.

What was her demeanor when she told you this story?

ROBERT DICK, PROVIDED SECURITY FOR CASEY ANTHONY, SAYS TOT MOM TOLD HIM SHE LEFT CAYLEE AT PARK: Well, she has a very outgoing personality. It`s never down, always seems happy. And.

GRACE: She was happy?

DICK: It`s my belief she was giving leads, in her mind, at least, that would point me in a direction to confirm her story, though different still trying to give out the same Zenaida, the kidnapping, you know, in that direction.

GRACE: You said she was upbeat?

DICK: As far as just our normal contact it was just like any day with any other person.

GRACE: So her demeanor was not upset about Caylee. She wasn`t talking about the search? What else did she talk about?

DICK: To be honest, she just talks the whole time. I mean.

GRACE: About what?

DICK: . and it`s about anything. I mean the weather, the way some place used to be and now let`s — you know, different stories there. I mean just about anything.

GRACE: What did she say about Caylee?

DICK: Caylee didn`t come up a lot in discussion. Now understand that I`m not allowed to ask her any questions. I`m just there. I — it`s part of an agreement, I couldn`t question her.

GRACE: Right.

DICK: Or ask her anything, so I`m just there hearing what she has to say and she, like I said, is trying to tell me things to look into as far as Zenaida, the sister.

GRACE: Like what? What does she want you to look into?

DICK: To try to find them, to try to prove that her story is true.

GRACE: But like what? What lead did she give to you try to find Zenaida Gonzalez?

DICK: Well, nothing special. That`s what I`m saying. It`s nothing out of the ordinary that`s already in the police report.

GRACE: Got you.

Let`s unleash the lawyers, Darryl Cohen, veteran trial lawyer out of Atlanta, joining us from L.A., Carmen St. George, in the New York jurisdiction.

Darryl, don`t you just hate it when your client yak, yak, yak about nothing? Oh, that`s where the old Sears and Roebuck building used to be in. Now there`s a Winn-dixie there and they go on and on. Oh, by the way, you know what really happened the day my daughter went missing?

A whole new story, Darryl.

DARRYL COHEN, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Nancy, it`s the old story. If you`re going to tell the truth, you never have to remember what you said. This woman cannot tell the truth. She needs to keep her mouth shut.

She needs to listen to her lawyer and shut up, (speaking in foreign language), let it be, because the more she talks, the more she says, the more out there she is and the more out there she is, the more obvious it is that she`s concealing it and I`ve got a feeling we`re never going to find Caylee at this juncture.

GRACE: With me right now famed forensic scientist Dr. Lawrence Kobilinsky.

Dr. Kobilinsky, thank you for being with us. Kobi, you can`t tell me the DNA, all the tests are not back. They`re back. They`ve got to be back.

LAWRENCE KOBILINSKY, FORENSIC SCIENTIST: I — honestly, I have no idea, I haven`t seen the reports, I haven`t seen anything official. I`m hearing a lot of things that the media are reporting but I haven`t seen any reports as of yet.

GRACE: Did I ask you have you seen a report? No, I did not. I asked you do you believe the DNA results are back?

KOBILINSKY: Oh, sure. I think the results are in but they just haven`t been made public yet.

GRACE: Because apparently what was taken out of the back of that trunk, and there are other samples, many, many samples, we just know that there was a possible blood stain, a stain in the back of the trunk. We know the hair was there, some type of fluid.

There`s got to be results back on that, Kobilinsky.

KOBILINSKY: I would think so. Presumptive testing for blood is very rapid. Hair analysis is very straightforward. Microscopy and then DNA. And we know about the air analysis by the body farm the University of Tennessee.

So, I mean, these results have to be in. We just haven`t gotten any reports back yet from these different labs.

GRACE: So Carmen St. George, what are they waiting on?

CARMEN ST. GEORGE, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Well, Nancy, I think everything has to be disclosed at a proper time. At this point she`s the subject of an investigation. That`s why she`s not giving any statements. They`re not releasing their hand. They`re investigating in hopes of finding the missing child, which is the focus at this time.

GEORGE ANTHONY, GRANDFATHER OF MISSING TOT CAYLEE: If you don`t want to be knocked down, get out of my way. You`re on my property.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I am not on your property.

G. ANTHONY: Would you please remove this gentleman, please? He`s on my property. Leave me alone. Do not come past here. Please, do not come past here.

Out of respect to these other people for a change. Honor them. Listen, old dude, I don`t care how big you are, how tall you are, you want to get off my property?

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: I am not on your property.

G. ANTHONY: Get off my property.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Don`t touch me. Don`t touch me.

G. ANTHONY: I can touch you. I just touch you. Next time I see you or anyone else on my property I will file charges. Do you think I`m kidding? I am not.

UNIDENTIFIED REPORTER: What can you say about the new theory that Caylee might be dead in an accident?

G. ANTHONY: Shut up. Shut up. Shut up.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

GRACE: A powder keg waiting to blow outside the Anthony home. George Anthony trying to keep people out of his — out of his yard, off his property.

Tonight with us is Patricia Young who has filed an assault charge against George Anthony.

Miss Young, you keep protesting, wanting justice for little Caylee. What do you make of Texas Equusearch going home? They`re not searching today.

PATRICIA YOUNG, FILED ASSAULT CHARGES AGAINST GEORGE ANTHONY: Well, they said it was too wet, that they couldn`t search anymore because they could do more damage than good.

GRACE: Out to Drew Petrimoulx with WDBO — Drew, do you believe Equusearch will come back and continue the search or is this it?

DREW PETRIMOULX, REPORTER, WDBO RADIO: Well, the thing is, they`re waiting for the floodwaters to go down. I`m sure you remember Tropical Storm Fay came through the area and dumped a lot of rain on central Florida and actually it`s a swampy area already with the amount of rain.

It`s actually — you know, cut a lot of the area that they`re able to search by foot off. And what they are, they`re afraid that they might go over some of the remains of Caylee and actually, you know, further impede the search for her.

So, until all the floodwaters recede, they`re calling off the search for now.

GRACE: You know, Dr. Bethany, it must be so difficult, for instance, for the grandparents or other people, they are holding out hope Caylee`s alive to hear us talking about her remains being underwater or disturbing her remains.

You know, I was thinking about what Leonard Padilla said earlier about the way they treat Casey Anthony when she gets out of jail like they gingerly — why can`t they see what other people see about the facts of this case?

MARSHALL: Well, I think, and I said this on a former show, it`s almost like pathological denial. They have to deny what`s right in front of them.

But, you know, Nancy, even if they did see it, even if they said our daughter`s a pathological liar, potentially she dispensed with our granddaughter and she used her as a weapon in a cruel and horrible way, what can they really do about it?

If the police are helpless, if the police can`t get her to tell the truth, even moving her in and out of the judicial system, how are two little old parents going to get her to tell the truth?

I mean there`s really true helplessness and in terms of the powder keg of rage that`s spilling over to the protester on the front lawn, in a way, they`re like the Greek chorus speaking the truth. The Anthonys denying it, the Greek chorus speaking the truth and it`s a huge clash of reality.

GRACE: Out to the lines, Allison in New Jersey. Hi, Allison.

ALLISON, NEW JERSEY RESIDENT: Hi, Nancy. How are you?

GRACE: I`m good, dear. What`s your question?

ALLISON: Regarding Casey`s chloroform searches online, I was wondering if police have traced her credit or debit card histories or even those of her parents in case she took theirs just to check for possible searches online or purchases?

GRACE: I know that they have gotten all the information off the computer.

Pat Brown, how much more difficult is it to actually pin down a search for a purchase?

BROWN: Well, I don`t know that it`s going to be hard if it was done online. The real question is could it have been done some place else, like could she have accessed something to the hospital through her mother, through some other method?

That would be a little trickier.

GRACE: Well, bottom line is you can buy chloroform for about 60 bucks online. Just put a bunch of checks and questions. It`s not very difficult at all.

Out to Eden in California, hi, Eden.

EDEN, CALIFORNIA RESIDENT: Hi, Nancy. How are you? I love your show.

GRACE: Thank you for watching and for calling in. What`s your question?

EDEN: I was just wondering if Cindy Anthony is going to be charged for tampering with evidence when she washed Casey`s pants that were found in the car.

GRACE: Good question. What about it, Darryl Cohen?

COHEN: Charge with tampering with evidence. That`s just such a minor charge compared to what she is really going to be charged with.

GRACE: Wait, we`re talking about grandmother Cindy.

COHEN: Oh grandmother. I`m sorry. No, she`s not going to be charged. She did what she should have done, she washed the clothes. And I think grandmother and grandfather desperately want that child back definitely.

GRACE: What about it, Carmen?

ST. GEORGE: I would agree, Nancy. I think that there`s nothing suggesting that the grandparents had any involvement in this case. We can`t let this turn into mob justice. The criminal justice system has to take place and at this point there`s an investigation going on.

GRACE: Carmen, Carmen. Carmen. It is working. Don`t you see her out on bail a second time?

ST. GEORGE: Nancy, it reminds me of the Joran Vander Sloot case where we had him going in and out. At this point, the criminal justice system has to take place. There has to be an investigation. We have to keep our heads up and keep looking forward to the fact that hopefully we`ll find the body in this case.

And keep in mind that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

GRACE: OK, you know what? All I asked you about was the grandmother going to be charged. For this time I agree, with Carmen St. George and Darryl Cohen. She`s not going to be in charge — be charged. She unwittingly, I believe, washed the pants even though they and the car did smell like a dead body.

Out to the lines, Michelle in Florida. Hi, Michelle.

MICHELLE, FLORIDA RESIDENT: Hi, Nancy. My question is if there was evidence of a decomposing body in Casey`s trunk, how long would a body have had to actually be dead to find that kind of evidence?

GRACE: What about it, Dr. Kobilinsky?

KOBILINSKY: Well, you know, the early part of decomposition involves the development of vapors and we talked about (INAUDIBLE) and cadavering.

GRACE: How long?

KOBILINSKY: Not long at all. A matter of.

GRACE: An hour, a day?

KOBILINSKY: A day or two. Yes. And actually, decomposition begins upon death but it takes time for the vapors.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

G. ANTHONY: What do you mean I don`t know? The person who is in the back of my granddaughter`s car was not my grand daughter. So why don`t you guys — get your facts straight.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

(COMMERCIAL BREAK)

GRACE: Back out to the lawyers. She is free to go to her lawyer`s office from 10:00 to 4:00 every day to talk about what, Cohen? Six hours?

COHEN: I can tell you this. She`s going to use that if she possibly can just to stay away from the press. Because if she doesn`t stay away from the press and stay away from all of these friends and these guys that she`s flirting with, she`s going to open her mouth one time too often.

GRACE: And very quickly, Carmen St. George, apparently, a cop has been released from the force after having a relationship with mom, Casey. How badly does that compromise the investigation?

ST. GEORGE: It doesn`t compromise this investigation, I don`t think, Nancy. He was.

GRACE: What?

ST. GEORGE: He was released from the force because he himself made false statements about his relationship with her. It really should have no effect on her.

But, on the other hand, in regard to your question of how long she`s meeting with her attorneys, I got to give it to you, Nancy, this case presents some serious defense challenges.

GRACE: Darryl Cohen, can you actually say with a straight face having a relationship with a cop on — on the force that`s investigating you for a potential murder is not a problem?

COHEN: Nancy, that`s my story. I`m sticking to it.

GRACE: Come on.

COHEN: No, I can`t say that.

GRACE: They can have a field day with that.

COHEN: No. It`s a major problem. If this case ever gets to a jury, heaven help the assistant state attorney who`s trying this case.

GRACE: The defense will have a field day — a field day.

COHEN: You got it.

GRACE: He needs to be picking up trash on the side of the interstate for his next job.

    FIRST!! :P

  2. nancy says:

DAMN IT, DAMN IT, DAMN IT!!! Did you just sneak in the back door??? LOL – GOD, we have missed you (the regulars!!!) You have no idea… hope you had a great time!!! Did you “catch the big one???”

  3. yourturntohelp says:

We had a good time. I didn’t catch a lot, 2 bass, 1 catfish, and a huge turtle. Rolled the t.v. out to the pool and watched football while floating around in the pool all day yesterday. My Texans didn’t look so hot.

  4. nancy says:

yeah well – at the expense of “flipping out” over something new- I’m an obsessed Pats fan (my ex-boyfriend used to play for them), and you heard the news today…… so – now let’s move on to another subject, before I start to cry……… :(

catch and release… right? LOL your son catch any sunfish at least??? ;)

  5. nancy says:

maybe you should start a site for football too – I’ll join up and chat with ya… you can study that behavior too…… LMAO

  6. Nemellotus says:

Hi all..who logs on to Caseys My Space page?

  7. nancy says:

Nem – I believe it’s her brother Lee

  8. Nemellotus says:

Oh ok- I wonder what she is doing in that house all day….

  9. yourturntohelp says:

My guess is that it is Casey cause when she’s in the poky nobody logs into it.

  10. Nemellotus says:

Yes I noticed that-as soon as she was released both times the date changed…

  11. Nemellotus says:

What is she looking for…you can’t leave a message-are the cops looking at these emails?

  12. nancy says:

well – she is on the internet during the day – from what we’ve heard, but to think she is logging on to a Find Caylee site is probably out of the question – we all know she has no intention of helping to find her, so I’m sure she’s doing other things…. like……. checking out websites with upcoming Hot Body Contests – checking her “match.com” page….. getting info on “chaffing, caused by electronic monitoring devices”, and maybe looking for some new info on committing identity fraud…. of course, that’s just my opinion…. LOL

  13. yourturntohelp says:

yes catch and release, I’m too lazy to clean fish. My son and other daughter had other things going on, it was just me my wife and oldest daughter.
My mom reads our blog and gave me a short lecture on my attitude and some grammar tips :)

  14. nancy says:

yourturn – when she’s in jail – it had been being updated. It was only her recent stint (for the week) that it wasn’t. Prior to that, when she was out under house arrest – it was being updated. I saw it – and was confused by it because I was under the impression she couldn’t be on the internet. The page was logged on to though….. I actually posted when I saw it a few times, and asked if anyone knew if she could be on the internet…..

  15. Nemellotus says:

    Funny!!

  16. yourturntohelp says:

One thing I heard this weekend that I have been unable to research, was that the Anthony’s refused to provide anything from Caylee to help the dogs search.

Does anybody know if this is true?

  17. nancy says:

oops – missed a thought… (big surprise)…. It went about a week without being updated (that time she was re-arrested) but other than that, most days, the account was logged in to…..

  18. truthfinder7 says:

Nancy – my gosh what is the deal you are SECOND all of the time LOL :) :) :)

  19. Nemellotus says:

Well I am very down about this I thought that someone would find Caylee this weekend with all of the searching going on-she needs to be found and given proper burial.

  20. Nemellotus says:

That was going around on every blog…some say because they are finding a body and cadaver dogs do not need that smell….couldn’t verify though…

  21. nancy says:

yourturn – good for you!! Sounds like you did some bonding!!! Nice family values. I agree on the catch and release – for the same reason! Although, I do wonder if I’m being crueler by sending them back with a HOLE IN THEIR MOUTH!!! LOL

I’m sure your mom is great – but I disagree – I think you have great grammar (unless she was referring to others) and I’ve never seen you have a “bad attitude” toward anyone – even those that deserve it…. LOL Then again, I love quippy sarcasm….. ;)

I did hear about the clothing thing – but I wasn’t able to get anything confirmed. There was an article, I’m sure I can find it again – from one of the searchers I believe, that said this was the case. I haven’t heard anything official about it – nor anything penned by Tim himself, so….. could be true – or just more grist for the mill…….

  22. Nemellotus says:

Why this long wait….they must not have much to use against her so they are waiting to find the body…but that might take years..

  23. shyloh says:

Missed you and the updates. YOU ARE MY MORNING and EVENING coffee you know.

  24. nancy says:

TRUTH – how ya feelin girl?? (sorry yourturn’s mom – that was terrible grammar!!!) :)

  25. Nemellotus says:

What was happening last night in front of the garage…???

  26. sosadinohio says:

    Yourturn, truthfinder, all others…

Have any of you checked out “humbleopinions’ blog lately? He has a link there that is supposed to be Cindy’s brother.

  27. nancy says:

ok – I know I’ve stated my opinion on those protesters – and I feel even stronger about the ones that bring their kids….. THIS MADE ME SICK!!! Who ever is the PARENT of this child – should be ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!!

    http://www.orlandosentinel.com/orl-caylee-anthony-090808,0,5564627.story

  28. sosadinohio says:

There is an excellent video of George losing it last night under “humbleopinions” blog.

Not trying to get anyone to leave this one, of course, because it is my favorite, but it never hurts to check out other ones!

  29. truthfinder7 says:

Hey, okay for now, just woke up set my alarm , oh yea you were right but it wasn’t the knee it was my thigh, it was funny because you had already told me about it… Youturntohelp you do very well :) now do we have a grammar critic aboard? lol

  30. sosadinohio says:

Nancy, I just said the same thing on another blog (about bringing children to a protest.)

While I know Cindy relishes in the attention from the protesters, you would think they would find something more constructive to do with their time rather than making fools of themselves.

  31. nancy says:

I’m glad Truthfinder – results don’t take that long either – so I’m keeping my fingers crossed for ya!

  32. nancy says:

sosadinohio – I went on a rant about that very issue, yesterday. Grab a bottled water and some granola and join the search. These people should be ashamed of themselves – someone is going to get hurt! It’s not fair to the neighbors either – it’s just wrong!! People are passionate about this issue, I get that – and am as well – but there are better ways to make a statement, than to stand in front of their house screaming BABY KILLER!!!!

  33. truthfinder7 says:

sosadinohio- yes I have seen the info from Cindy’s brother and his pictures of them together, I think that’s were Channel 9 has gotten the info about the fight among Cindy and Casey and the fact that Cindy was planning on taking Caylee away….

  34. sosadinohio says:

Does anyone have a link of the photo of little precious Caylee with her great-grandpa? I have been looking and can not find it.

I want to compare that photo with the one on “Cindy’s brother’s” blog to see if they resemble each other.

  35. sosadinohio says:

    Amen Nancy!

  36. truthfinder7 says:

okay, I have to get the webcam up and going, I’m having withdrawls :)

  37. Logical says:

Haven’t you guys seen Casey and Lee’s high five today? I’m betting NG will show it. These people have no clue about public perceptions.

  38. nancy says:

yourturn – this is the article about the Anthonys not providing clothing for a “scent search” – it actually comes from that guy that is reporting on it – and working directly with Tim…

    http://blogs.discovery.com/criminal_report/2008/09/caylee-anthon-4.html

  39. sosadinohio says:

Casey and Lee had a “high five” today? Hope it’s on NG, because I didn’t see it (spent the majority of my day checking things out since I was so slow at work.)

  40. Logical says:

He never did confirm it, though, did he?

  41. nancy says:

sosadinohio – please don’t tell me you are one of those people that believe Lee or George is Caylee’s father… say it ain’t so, please, please, please….

Truthfinder – don’t do it – don’t do it – have some self-control, I know you can do it!!! LOL ;)

  42. sosadinohio says:

When LE removed alot of stuff from the Anthony house last month, did they not take anything of Caylee’s then? You would think that they would have…

  43. Logical says:

After making it through the media gauntlet at her appt., they got inside and smiled and high-fived.

  44. sosadinohio says:

Nancy, no, no, no, no, no….I don’t think little Casey has a CLUE who daddy is!

  45. nancy says:

Logical – do you mean about the scent clothing? No, I didn’t see a confirmation from Tim or anyone else in “authority.” Although, Tim has been really good at not playing Cindy’s game – so I don’t think he would confirm it anyway. I think he’s living on the premise – “if you can’t say anything nice…….” I tried that, on here, for a couple days – didn’t work – gonna have to work harder on self control….. :)

  46. nancy says:

    WHEW!! Thanks sosadinohio!!! :)

  47. Logical says:

Nancy, yeah. I thought David Lohr said something like “this is what I heard and I’ll try to confirm.”

  48. nancy says:

sosadinohio – yes, they did take stuff – I think most of it was Casey’s though – and regardless, I think it would be useless for this purpose… probably already washed…. But, someone did remind me that Casey’s friend Christine did tell the police that she had some things of Caylee’s at her house – and she did babysit Caylee – there is a chance she would have something that they could use!!!!

  49. truthfinder7 says:

Nancy – it’s that Italian in you :) lol

  50. nancy says:

Logical – yeah, I think you are right….

  51. Sarah II says:

    Hi Everybody!

    Let’s go NG!

    Yourturntohelp,

Here’s the link to the article about the Anthonies not providing some of the search teams with an item from Caylee.

    http://blogs.discovery.com/criminal_report/2008/09/caylee-anthon-4.html

  52. yourturntohelp says:

thank you all for the kind words.

sosadinohio- that picture you’re talking about is in a video I posted on here somewhere. Search in the search box on the top right of the site for “From Youtube” and there’s a video in the post with that title. I think the picture is at the end.

  53. truthfinder7 says:

Now when Casey ran out of gas, she had two bags of groceries with her, if she had money for groceries why did she steal the gas from her dad???

  54. Logical says:

And Nancy, I’m with you all the way on that ridiculous bit of speculating, along with understanding what kind of agony the Anthonys are going through. I do think it is simply that their minds and hearts just cannot approach the reality they seem to be facing.

And also, your patience is much more than mine in many ways. Hence, I read more than post. Much less reading lately.

  55. yourturntohelp says:

Yes David Lohr mentions it on his blog.

  56. marcy says:

    HI gang.

  57. sosadinohio says:

Oh God! Let’s hope and pray that Christine is on little precious Caylee’s side and cooperates instead of having the live sucked out of her by Casey!

  58. sosadinohio says:

I would LOVE to know who dropped the tip about the hidden gun in George’s vehicle!

Granted, he is a former cop, but still…

  59. Sarah II says:

    Hello?? Testing…1,2,3.

  60. nancy says:

Logical – thank you!!! You have no idea how much that means to me, that there is someone else like me on here – self control wise I mean…. :) You must have been reading my rants from last night – although, I think I did pretty good “checking my attitude”…. LOL

sosadinonhio – it seems Christine is on CAYLEE’s SIDE. She was the one that really let Casey have it on the phone about “if anything happens to that baby….”

  61. nancy says:

    YEAH SARAH II!!!! LOL

  62. nancy says:

sosadinohio – the tip about the gun… it is reported that George reported it himself……

  63. yourturntohelp says:

Sorry Sarah that comment got hung up in the spam filter. I pushed it through.

  64. nancy says:

    Sarah II – now you’ll see what I went through…. :(

  65. sosadinohio says:

I wonder if Lee is the one who blew the whistle about the gun…

  66. nancy says:

sosadinohio – see my comment above….

  67. marcy says:

They keep saying that “Casey didn’t know the gun was there” well…..Casey knew her father was an X cop and therefore she knew he had had a gun in the past and I guarantee you that she knew he still had a gun. She might not have known WHERE it was but she knew he still had a gun. sheeesh

  68. sosadinohio says:

Nancy, do you think George is trying to help Caylee without Cindy and Casey knowing about it?

  69. nancy says:

sosadinohio – I think they are all trying to help Caylee – Cindy, George and Lee……. I know it’s not a popular to say – but I do – I just think they are going about it the wrong way

WTF was that comment about gas? We KNOW George had to get gas to put in the car while he was at the tow lot!!!

  70. Sarah II says:

    Did I get the axe?

  71. nancy says:

sarah II – LMAO!!!!! Should I put the protest for me back on – but do it for you instead???

  72. Sarah II says:

Whew! There I am. Please don’t axe me master blogger!

  73. Sarah II says:

    Who’s on NG?

  74. yourturntohelp says:

he didn’t “have” to get gas. He just brought it with him and put gas in it before he started it up. But he didn’t try to start it first

  75. Dianne - California says:

Where is this alleged “script”? Anyone have info on this or did I miss a blog about it?

  76. nancy says:

everyone… Padilla, the body guard, some of the reporters… I actually changed the channel – missed Army Wives, so have to catch it tonight…..

  77. yourturntohelp says:

You’re safe Sarah II, The spam filter just auto blocks some posts with links in them.

  78. sosadinohio says:

Thanks yourturn (about the photo of Caylee and ggpa.) I’ll go searching once NG is over.

Does anyone know if the two gas cans were removed from the car when George “discovered” them or if they were still in the car when it was towed?

  79. nancy says:

yourturn – that wasn’t my understanding. I thought tried to start it – it didn’t start, so he got a gas can from his car, left to get gas, and then came back…….

  80. sosadinohio says:

Now why would George bring gas to a tow lot to put into the car without knowing it was out of gas? Wonder if he’s done it a few times before????

  81. Dianne - California says:

    “The Script?” Where is that…?

  82. horsehungBoston says:

Who else thinks Drew is hot???

  83. Dianne - California says:

    Oh…Robert Dick..just said, he didn’t know.

  84. nancy says:

yourturn -that’s why they (tow truck driver and George) opened the trunk (and found the bag of trash) – he got one of the gas cans from Casey’s car….. and went to get gas…….

  85. Dianne - California says:

    I am Pacific time..so I am behind y’all..probably!

  86. marcy says:

I read somewhere that George had to “go get gas” before he could take the car

  87. yourturntohelp says:

according to the statement from the tow lot guy George “noticed” it was out of gas then went and got gas from his car. I wrote a post somewhere with that part of the statement. I think it was titled “examining the gas cans” you can search for it in the search box at the top right.

  88. caryn says:

um yeah… i dont believe she’s motivated to tell the truth either- YIKES!

  89. Dianne - California says:

    Agreed Caryn

  90. horsehungBoston says:

What will it take for her to get arrested for good? A body? This is soo sad.. This girl knows a helluva lot more then she is letting on and its not going to go away. Whos advise is she taking?

  91. Sarah II says:

    Thanks Yourturntohelp.

  92. Maureen says:

The script is the latest in storytelling endeavors. They are building her defense and trying to create reasonable doubt. If you have enough mirrors in a room you just might doubt the real image.

  93. ashejaded says:

Now Casey has a new story about the day Caylee went missing which involves a script.

  94. sosadinohio says:

Don’t know if I quite buy all of Mr. Dick’s comments. Just don’t know. The psychologist kind of put things in perspective (as to why she would talk to him, but I still don’t know about this one.)

  95. Kathy says:

I was wondering why Casey needed so much money and stealing from every one. Reports stated that she stole over $45,000 so where did this money go? Is she drug addict or a gambling addict? I don’t get it? She has nothing to show for it.

  96. Maureen says:

She’s as magnificent as Scott Peterson was to himself……in her mind, she’ll beat this. Oh and hearing her mother “continue to look for Caylee” has lost it’s sincerity.

  97. horsehungBoston says:

I think this Mr Padilla guy has to go. his time has come, he revoked the bond, now be gone. He is just riding this for fame at this point.

  98. marcy says:

I’m tellin’ you guys….the girl has lied for so long that she cannot tell the truth from fiction. She’s spun this lie and will continue to spin…I don’t think she’s going to get to a point now where she cracks. She might have early on but as time goes by she digs herself in deeper, the story takes on a life of its on and she believes it. She does have a mental disorder and probably WILL get off on it as a defense, much to our dismay. Hopefully, though, her disorder will not classify her as “insane” and she will be able to stand trial for what she has done and be punished for it.

  99. Sarah II says:

    From the police report:

“George Anthony advised he had a gas can in his car, and walked out to the car he arrived…. in.”

  100. ashejaded says:

I feel sorry for her fam, they are in such denial but deep down they know they have already lost caylee and are scared of losing casey, even through they know she is a sociopath

  101. marcy says:

She needed the money to support her lifestyle. She didn’t work, remember? But her parents thought she did so she had to have an “income”.

  102. sosadinohio says:

    Totally agree Maureen!

  103. Dianne - California says:

    Thanks Maureen..and sosadinohio, Yes I do agree with you. She wants to impress “Dick”.;

  104. sosadinohio says:

I still think she has/had a serious drug addiction. Snorting cocaine can be quite an expensive habit. That coupled with the make-believe life she was living.

Honestly, though, I don’t know how her parents couldn’t have her arrested for stealing that much money! I love my children unconditionally, but I would never NOT press charges for that kind of theft – especially if it helped me gain custody of my granddaughter!

  105. Sarah II says:

    Marcy,

Monster won’t get off on an insanity defense. I bet her lawyers aren’t even going to try that neat, little trick.

  106. marcy says:

Her “income” was everyone else’s “out” go from their accounts. LOL

Her parents are just having to deal now with the fact that they never dealt with Casey before. What goes around comes around. If they had stopped her lies when she was a child…..hmmmm

  107. Dianne - California says:

    Marcy,
I don’t think her defense can use the insanity plea, because she willing did things i.e. search for chloroform on her computer and its’ uses. It is pre-meditation.

  108. Maureen says:

These protestors have got to GO. Horrible. Why dont’ the Anthony’s just put a really high fence up and make the house what it really is….a compound. Padilla said the dad walks a wide circle around her, the mother treats her with kid gloves…..

  109. ashejaded says:

seems like we would have been hearing about her having withdraw symptoms if she is a drug addict. unless that is the excuse for her flat affect

  110. horsehungBoston says:

Do they know where the garbage goes from the dumpster?

  111. Debra says:

I actually wonder if she has a gambling problem-like on-line gambling. She hasn’t seemed to go through any drug withdrawal symptoms during the time she’s been in jail. That money has been going somewhere. Plus, lots of people have asked-what the heck has she been doing for the past two years-not taking care of her daughter, that’s for sure.

  112. Dianne - California says:

Yeah..Maureen, the protesters are heightening the situation. Now, that one lady is suing them for George pushing her. I think they have suffered enough actually.

  113. marcy says:

I agree, Dianne. She knows what she’s doing. But I DO think she might be Bi-P or have some other defect. Rob Dick just said “she just talks the whole time.” Like Casey was in a manic phase. You know….talking too much trying to get someone to believe you.

  114. nancy says:

Sarah II – any idea what page the tow truck driver’s statement is? I’ve been trying to find it – I need to re-read it I guess – because I was under a different impression. I thought George checked, and it was out of gas – that he needed to leave to get it some gas. I thought that’s what I read was the tow truck driver’s statement…… I guess I need to re-read!!! LOL

  115. Dianne - California says:

Weird, she won’t talk to Padilla, she won’t talk to her Mother…and yet she goes on and on with Robert Dick. (is that is full name?). That to me is just bizarre

  116. horsehungBoston says:

I can only imagine how tired the neighbors are with all this on their street. Geesh…

  117. ashejaded says:

yea that woman just wants her face on nancy grace and wants to have her own minute of fame. those protesters go down there to antagonize so something like that would happen

  118. marcy says:

Apparently the parents have treated Casey like that all her life. Nothing has changed. I’m sure they are afraid she will “go off” if they push her.

  119. nancy says:

I said last night- any protester that are there,.,.,. ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK!!! They get hurt – it’s their own fault!!!

  120. Dianne - California says:

Yes..Marcy..I was typing it at the same time…agreed!!! Thank you.

  121. Dianne - California says:

Yes! Nancy. and really what are they going to gain there?

  122. Maureen says:

The universe revolves around Casey….she loves the attention. Remember that grin when she was led into court. I hope the i’s are dotted and the t’s are crossed. The longer it goes on, the more decomposition occurs….Any tape records have been retaped over, she’s had a pretty good plan up until she opened her mouth and tried storytelling..

  123. Sarah II says:

    Nancy,

Page 316. I think he only checked the fuel gauge, but didn’t actually start the car.

PS I’m having trouble either with my internet connection or with this site. My responses are very late.

  124. Dianne - California says:

In this country, you are still innocent until proven guilty in a court of law…all of it will come out at the trial. She will serve time, is my guess.

  125. horsehungBoston says:

But the whole thing is Bizarre… Ya think she would take the police on a search now that she is out. “this is where I left her”, “this is the park we were in, and sat” blah blah.. She is soo guilty and someone was write.. she is just spinning her web of lies now and doesnt know how to retreat

  126. nancy says:

she’s keeping her mouth closed all day – she was with “dick” on the ride to her attorney – 1/2 hour each way – I’m SURE she talked his ear off – probably thought she could “flirt” and he would be on her side – maybe even ……… well, you know….. seems Casey “has a way with me” and was probably up to her old tricks…

Also – the signs of narcissism – talking, and talking and talking – about me, me, me…. also the sign of psychosis – just like when she adds all kinds of details she doesn’t have to. Like when she was telling Tony about her car -

  127. Logical says:

I think the impound lot gave George the heads up that the gas gauge said empty and George brought gas with him, or went to get it when he went to get cash to pay the bill. At least that’s how I remember it.

  128. Sarah II says:

    Dianne,

Robert Dick is a cute guy. It might come natural to monster to get chatty with cute guys. She wants to be appealing to men she finds appealing. She wants to make sure Robert thinks she didn’t do it. At this point she doesn’t know she’s going back to jail and figures Robert will be her chauffeur/bodyguard for a while. Baez gags her, and she keeps that way until there is something in it for her, in this case cute Mr. Robert Dick’s attention.

  129. Dianne - California says:

“Normal” people would do that ‘horse’….but we are not dealing with normal..like Maureen stated before…she believes she is probably bi-polar. I tend to agree. I am not a doctor…let me make that disclaimer though!!

  130. nancy says:

Sarah II – that’s what happened to me – takes a few days for it to straighten out – it’s not your internet – you are probably being listed as SPAM, like I was – and yourturn has to push the responses through – that’s why it takes longer……..

  131. marcy says:

Evidently bi-polars don’t like taking their meds b/c it makes them feel “in a fog”….quoting a friend. And that’s why a lot of them go off of it. Probably why she doesn’t take hers IF that’s what’s wrong with her.

  132. Logical says:

She did flirt with him, according to an interview with Dick.

  133. BJ says:

The Anthony’s can’t afford to put up a fence. Stacy spent all their money.

I thought George had to leave the tow yard to get gas, to.

  134. Dianne - California says:

    George has a short fuse.

  135. yourturntohelp says:

    Logical
The tow company never got in the car. They were called out to tow it cause it was abandoned in the lot.

  136. Logical says:

Her details in her lies are simply incredible. Like what she told Tony about her car “repair.”

  137. nancy says:

Diane – their 15 min. of fame – that’s what!!! LOL

  138. Jennifer says:

i read on ter other blog th ere startin gsearc hwensday or thursday weather permitt.

  139. ashejaded says:

i dont like the way the media is portraying George and Cindy and Lee.

  140. horsehungBoston says:

I’ll say she isnt normal. This whole case is soo addictive though. I am always watching it at night.
This is my first time to this site. Pretty cool

  141. marcy says:

George is touching and pushing people that are on the public sidewalk outside his home. He should just stay inside. He should know better. I know they are annoyed – I understand that and I think the protests need to stop and give the neighbors some peace. But George of all people should know better. That sidewalk doesn’t belong to him! LOL

  142. Dianne - California says:

    Sarah II,
Thanks..I just read your response..sickening..but I agree with you!

  143. ashejaded says:

i dont think it a short fuse… he has got to be under a lot a stress with his grandbaby missing and the protestors. I agree with that woman on there now, they are in pathalogical denial

  144. Dianne - California says:

    Nancy,
Terrible..but true what people will do for their “15 minutes”

  145. Maureen says:

Casey isn’t bi-polar, she’s a sociopath. They feel no guilt, try to sway those around them to create a better world for their own needs. The hardship it creates does not impact on her because she doesn’t really care. Her needs are number 1. Not a missing kid, not money she needed, nothing else can interfere with her going on with her life. Socios drive the world around them, they create the circumstance. A pimple on her face would bother her more.

  146. Dianne - California says:

I have blogged here a couple of days..really intelligent feedback. I like it too.

  147. joe d says:

It’s a shame but only one who should be missing is Nancy DISGRACE. What an overbearing, rude excuse for a talk show “host”. If CNN wasn’t covering this Anthony case her and that “show” would be down the tubes. Here’s another BOMBSHELL! Never heard that word so much in my life–and I was in the Army.

  148. Dianne - California says:

    Maureen….mmm..what about both disorders?
I think she could have both…she totally fits the description of a sociopath..true

  149. ashejaded says:

yea… she may get on my nerves…. but this show is addicting.

  150. horsehungBoston says:

Yeah..She can be annoying at times, but she is good. I just wish there wasnt so much crap at the bottom of my screen. Geesh she has 1/3 of the whole screen covered with scrolls and numbers and who people are.

  151. Dianne - California says:

    Joe d,
we are merely commenting on the case not the commentator.

  152. Sarah II says:

    Dianne, Logical,

This is what one criminal profiler said:

“Females who kill their children tend to see themselves as being very sensual and attractive, and being discarded is too much for them to bear.”

  153. sosadinohio says:

While watching the video earlier of George and the protesters (that occurred yesterday), I said to myself, “self, maybe they should put up an eight foot privacy fence in their front yard. They got money from somewhere to bail their daughter out of jail and put up surveillance cameras. Surely they can afford a privacy fence in the front yard!!” (Of course, it’s probably against county law to have one in the front yard, but this family doesn’t pay much attention to broken laws anyway.)

  154. horsehungBoston says:

I bet it will soon come out that she will say she was molested by George.

  155. Dianne - California says:

    Wow Sarah II,
That is bizarre. Hard to wrap your head around that one!

  156. horsehungBoston says:

Does anyone else have this stupid “Pulse on America” Now? I can never see the end of the show. My cnn always does this and I hate it.

  157. Dianne - California says:

Maybe they should put her around many attractive men..and let her loose..then she may say something.

  158. nancy says:

found it – finally – George observed the “empty” tank… so who knows if that’s true – and went to his car, got a can of gas, and put gas in the car. He then drove off the lot…

  159. Dianne - California says:

    horsehungBoston,
I thought about that as well.

  160. marcy says:

Brett looked older than 21, didn’t he??? LOL

  161. Dianne - California says:

    Nancy, Sarah II, Maureen, horsehungBoston,
It was really nice chatting with all of you. I am glad I found this blog.

  162. Dianne - California says:

    Sorry if I missed anyone!

  163. horsehungBoston says:

Same here Dianne.. Hope to see you again..

  164. ashejaded says:

she has the most random things on the end of the show. you are not missing amything about the story horse. except there are 4155 american causalities and Brett is having his 21st bday

  165. horsehungBoston says:

Thats true… Thanks Ash… Who is Brett?

  166. Dianne - California says:

    horse,
ty…yes…I have rss feed to this blog now! It really is the best…thanks to all for keeping the info flowing here..bye for now from the West Coast! xo

  167. sosadinohio says:

Casey Anthony is without a doubt a sociopath. Believe her mother has some serious issues also. But I believe Cindy is heavily medicated (prescription meds – not illegal.)

  168. ashejaded says:

he is nancy’s producer and he actually looked like he was in his 30’s.

  169. sosadinohio says:

Horsehungboston, you are probably right. Molestation will be part of the defense.

  170. sosadinohio says:

George and Cindy are now getting money from somewhere. They got money to (finally) bail Casey out themselves and put up surveillance cameras.

Just don’t know if someone paid them big bucks for videos or if they are dipping into the “Caylee” fund.

  171. nancy says:

molestation will be part of the defense? What???

  172. horsehungBoston says:

Yeah. Cause then the whole story will go from her being the center of attention to her father. She obviously doesnt care about her parents..
I can just imagine what its like in that house. Crazy..Everyone on egg shells.

  173. Logical says:

While I understand the emotions and stress and anger of George, I just can’t understand why they would go out in the front yard anyway.

I thought things were improving in that respect once they got advice from their new lawyer.

  174. Stacy says:

I think it was an accidental killing and daddy George helped Casey get rid of Caylee’s body. I say they dig up the concrete that was recently poured in the back yard. I think that Cindy didn’t know about George’s involvement and now she’s protecting him also by not giving a piece of Caylee’s property to the searchers.

  175. Logical says:

I don’t get why anyone spends any time at all talking about Casey’s second fabrication.

  176. BJ says:

Anyone remember Diane Downs from Eugene, Oregon?
She shot her three kids about 20 years ago but two of them lived. Tried to blame the shootings on a car jacker. I think her son is in a wheelchair.
The two were adopted by the prosecutor, if I remember right. Casey reminds me of Diane Downs. Really into men and didn’t want her kids cramping her lifestyle. Diane had a boyfriend that didn’t want her kids.
You guys should look her up on the internet. Ann Rule wrote a book about the case.

  177. Logical says:

    Thanks Nancy and yourturn.

  178. nancy says:

Logical – me either – nor do I know why people waste their time trying to say that Cindy and George either helped to kill Caylee or to bury her….

  179. joe d says:

Dianne, It’s her “show” that’s covering the case right? Supposedly we’re hearing the latest with key experts opinions and such. Therefore my comment pertains to the Anthony case coverage.By the way, ever notice how she shuts down some of those experts when she asks their opinion and they don’t answer the way she’d like? As far as the case itself goes, the TRUE details of what transpired with Caylee will never be known–on that I am certain.

  180. Maureen says:

I think about her dad driving that stinking car home. A drive that will inevitably force him to demand the truth. He knows the truth. There is absolutely no doubt of smelling a dead body. He should have spent some time alone in a locked room with his nutcase kid, and kept Cindy out. Perhaps this would have been over by now.

  181. marcy says:

yeah, I seriously doubt he was in that position of producer at 21. LOL and IF he was only 21 he needs some serious anti-aging cream. lol

  182. sosadinohio says:

Still don’t think that George or Cindy are involved in disposing of little precious Caylee’s body. I think they’re just too wrapped up in grief for NOT trying to get custody of Caylee sooner and are now feeling totally responsible for what has happend (which could explain why they are coddling Casey so much.)

  183. horsehungBoston says:

She is similar to that Susan Smith chick too. Just that she was inexperienced in hiding the body and they found them quickly… This one knows what she was doing. PLUS, she waiting a month. WTF

  184. Logical says:

I’ve said before and I’ll say it again: whatever happened, I believe it was a result of Casey being out of the home and no longer having that support system t having Cindy and George to take care of Caylee,) combined with the new infatuation with Tony L.

  185. nancy says:

sosadinohio – exactly!! doesn’t excuse their behavior – but it does explain it!!!

  186. marcy says:

OH …. Maureen…..I NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT THAT!!!

George had to drive the car home….smelling that all the way….and he knows what a dead body smells like. You are right….that’s why he hung back so much when they were searching….why he never had a whole lot to say….why he was just in the background….but now that it has all come out he’s so vocal and angry.

  187. nancy says:

joe d – I’m not “certain” that they will never know what happened to Caylee – the truth has a way of coming out – sometimes it just takes a while

  188. marcy says:

No, I don’t think C or G had anything to do with disposing of Caylee at all. I think they just regret not having dealt with Casey when they had the chance. And it cost them precious Caylee and they are lashing out at everyone else with their anger.

  189. nancy says:

Logical – Casey was jealous of how much Cindy and George loved that little girl – she wanted to take that away from them, and have the life she wanted…. she “killed” two birds with one stone – pardon the DISGUSTING pun!!!

  190. Kat says:

They need to load Casey up with beer. Beer, beer and more beer!

Guaranteed if she gets drunk enough, she will tell somebody the real story.

  191. Sarah II says:

    Bingo Dianne!

If investigators want to get to her, they have to figure out what makes her tick. In this case, finding out monsters motivation is more important than finding a motive for her crime. I’m sure the FBI is working with at least two criminal profilers on this case. She likes men. She wants to be beautiful and desirable to men. She was trying too hard to impress Tony L. with lies about her job and school, and also by cleaning, cooking, etc. That’s what I was researching when I first ran into this blog, then I got caught up in all the new evidence and arrests and Padilla and, of course, all the intelligent blogging on this site.

We need more information on her love life and her boyfriends. Too bad her exes are not talking.

Leaving her in a room full of good looking studs, along with a keg or two for a couple of days would probably work.

  192. sosadinohio says:

The “molestation” theory would just open up a whole new can of worms for the defense team. They would use it to play with the emotions of the jury. Sure, the judge could “overrule” any comments, but the jury would still hear it. I just think horsehungBoston hit on a good possibility, that’s all.

It would be Casey’s word against whomever, and defense would not be much different than some of the “battered women’s syndrome” cases.

  193. marcy says:

I vote they do what someone said earlier…..

put Casey in a room with some GOOD LOOKIN’ handsome smooth-talkin’ detective that is supportive of her. Let him lead her in….let her flirt with him….let him “fall” for her and she might just tell him everything we want to know ….she’d brag about it if she thought it would impress him enough

  194. Logical says:

As far as Casey ever talking, I’d say the only way that will happen is if she is convicted of 1st degree murder and has an opportunity to decrease the sentence by giving up the body.

  195. nancy says:

Sarah II – what “Ex’s” aren’t talking – i’ve read Tony’s statement and her “ex fiance’s” statement – and they seemed pretty forthcoming to me – especially Tony……

  196. horsehungBoston says:

Oh she totally would start talking if she was with a cute guy. Thats what she does. You can tell just by all the pics of her at that bar. She is all about having fun and looking sleezy.

  197. DeeVious says:

Ok ..heres my take….Caylee is with her father or fathers family…think about it…the fathers identity was a secret…still is…shes out partying all the time…she doesnt seem concerned…why would she be…the baby is with her dad or his family..would also explain why nobody has come forward…She was near the airport..maybe the father-family met her there to take the baby…Why isnt she worried?? Because there is no body the baby is with family and she has her life back…FREEDOM AT LAST..
The grandparents are loons…and as long as they had access to Caylee she had to play mommy…

And in all honesty..I think Casey has GOT her attorney if you know what I mean…SHE GOES TO HIS OFFIVE FOR WHAT 4 OR 5 HOURS A DAY…UHHHH YEAH RIGHT…WINK WINK

  198. Maureen says:

No, a socio would have those guys pulling beers for her right and left. It would never be discussed. It would interfere with the adulation she would receive.

  199. truthfinder7 says:

Maybe Baez decided to throw out confusion or another defense and talked to Casey about how she could tell that to Dick so it “looked” like Casey was just blabbing her mouth…….but then again, only that bizarre script lie could come from Casey….

  200. BJ says:

    Sarah ll
I don’t understand why everyone from her past doesn’t have a story in the Enquirer or the Star. I’m sure there must be plenty of stories out there.

  201. Logical says:

    later, Nancy.

  202. marcy says:

    LOL Sarah II

    GMTA

Let’s go find the studs and buy the beer. Pick ya up in half an hour.

  203. nancy says:

I don’t think Casey would ever accuse her father of molestation…. I know she’s a liar – but that would alienate too many people, her brother for one……

And I disagree – a molestation defense and battered woman defense – are completely different

  204. Maureen says:

She would convince half of them she is innocent, They would then be “favorites” and shun the remaining “loosers”, They would be belittled and jeered at and eventually the room would all be supportive of the “director”.

  205. nancy says:

    bye Logical….

DeeVious – why would anyone risk going to jail, in order to have Caylee – If she were with this “mystery” family they would have come forward – they are obstructing justice – in a HUGE case – NO WAY

  206. horsehungBoston says:

I still thing George looks like an ass. I bet he was a forceful abusive father and she couldnt do anything and he ruled the roost. You can tell. He is a cop for crying out loud. They should talk to other employees of HIS. hehe. And who is that black guy thats always trying to calm him down. he is always in the videos.

  207. marcy says:

    Shoooot, DeeV….

If someone out there had Caylee, ALIVE, they’d be bringin’ her in for the $225,000!!!!! No one in their right mind in this world would be STUPID enough to hold on to this kid with her face plastered all over the news every day. There’s no way they could ever take her out in public ever again. But collect cash? Sure they could…..

  208. BJ says:

    DeeVious,
    Disagree.
She wouldn’t have gone to jail if the child was alive and with the fathers family. She would have admitted where she with jail facing her and her parents would have forgiven her like they have done her entire life.
And if she didn’t want Caylee she could have left her with her parents. They would have kept her and been happy to do so.

  209. nancy says:

    Horse – it’s a neighbor

  210. sosadinohio says:

When Casey is finally caged like a rat facing the worst of charges, that’s when she will kick into high gear with her stories, fabrications, etc. Anything to remove any of the blame from herself. Typical sociopath. She will never be able to see beyond her own nose. She will turn the blame on anyone and everyone, including her parents.

Right now all of the charges are “not that big of a deal.” But when the bomb drops, she’ll start singing like a canary. Of course, the public probably won’t hear any of it (until the trial of course.)

Oh God I hate to say this, but I hope, when this goes to trial, it is on national court TV (just like OJ’s was.)

  211. horsehungBoston says:

..and the more I think about it.. She keeps saying “caylee is safe, I dont worry about her….”
Yeah.. because maybe in her mind, she is better off dead and not around her parents, and other people in sociaty.

  212. sosadinohio says:

Truthfinder, didn’t that scrip story come to light before Mr. Dick commented on it? Not quite sure, but I thought it did.

  213. nancy says:

I disagree with you about Casey’s dad “ruling the roost” – she may not have been such a liar if he had!

  214. Maureen says:

I believe he is their neighbor. Oh and I believe many sociopathic personalities develop as a survival mech. in an abusive or neglectful childhood. I think this girl would sell her entire family up the river if she could spare herself. I think they did everything they could to raise her and give her everything. Her brother seems grounded in reality.

  215. horsehungBoston says:

I was just thinking more on the lines that she has probably always had to lie to get on his good graces and everything bad she did, she had to lie so he wouldnt get pissed at her…

  216. Arleen says:

I don’t think George was abusive. I bet he was the one on the outside and Casey, Cindy and Lee were a hand full, three against one.
Casey didn’t just get this way last June, I think she has always been a mess and kept everything stirred up and Cindy just let her get by with it.

  217. Sarah II says:

    Nancy,

I’m not talking about a couple of monster’s current lovers talking to police. I mean, why aren’t all they guys who have been with her for the last three years talking to the press? Why aren’t they talking to us here on this blog? Do we know the details of her relationship with the cop who was fired, Tony somebody (the other Tony LOL)? The whole time people thought she was at work, she could have been “hanging out” with other guys we don’t know about. Ricardo M. and Tony L. were not the only men in her life.

  218. nancy says:

maureen – if she were just a sociopath, then I would agree. In this case, she is a narcissist first – that’s what makes her a sociopath – not the other way around – so I don’t think it was triggered by abuse or neglect. If fact, her narcissism was probably brought on from the opposite – being SPOILED and INDULGED her whole life!

  219. marcy says:

Me too, Sosa, me too…..hope it’s televised, I mean.

Like I said the other day, I might have to quit my job if it is. I think most of America, women anyway, are obsessed with this child/case.

We want to see justice served!!!

  220. nancy says:

LOL – yes Sarah II – you’re right – there are plenty more, that haven’t come out of the woodwork!!! LMAO

  221. BJ says:

    sosadinohio,
Padilla mentioned something about the script on some show last week. I read a post last week saying George was not a nice man…had a real temper. It was from the brother of high school sweetheart that he was married to and divorced from in the 70’s and the marriage was not a happy one.

  222. joe d says:

Casey is a waste–a real shame too because let’s face it she is very attractive. If my services are needed to make her talk I’ll do it for God and country …………..

  223. horsehungBoston says:

    What a trooper Joe..

  224. sosadinohio says:

Sarah II, I think maybe most of them are not coming forth because they feel ashamed to have ever fallen under Casey’s spell.

And I agree, personally I think George has been bullied most of his life by first, his wife, then his daughter. I think Lee was caught somewhere in the middle, but is basically a good guy with a conscience who may very well end up breaking this case open.

  225. joe d says:

    Horsehung
Best part is I only live 100 miles away from her. Cocktails anyone?

  226. Maureen says:

Alright I am going to listen to bob woodward on LK. OK Joe you have the job. I suggested they call in Jack Bower from “24″. He would have gotten to the truth……..but then “Jack” got a DUI…dingdong.

  227. BJ says:

I read some deleted MySpace comments between Lee and Casey. Casey was upset because her mom had wine coolers but wouldn’t buy beer because it was too expensive for a family get together. Casey said she and Lee were going to need alot of beer in order to spend the day with George and said if she had the money she would buy it herself. May be George was a real hard nose and not easy to live with.

  228. KATH says:

Has anyone thought about how when George brought the car home and Cindy knew it smelled like a dead body in it that she might have gotten ahold of the chemical from work thinking she could clean up any evidence of death in the car?

  229. sosadinohio says:

Thanks BJ. So, it was first Padilla that brought up the “script” theory and now one of the bountyhunters is supposedly confirming it with conversations he had in the car with Casey? Sounds funny to me.

Not that I don’t believe Casey thought of it and told the theory, I would just liked to have heard it from another source. Just couldn’t remember where I read it.

  230. nancy says:

well Joe – better dress in rubber, not just bring one – I’m sure the BULL**** will be pretty deep, and you have no idea what you could bring home with you!!!

I think you guys give her too much credit – look at the lies she spun for Tony… without even having to – that’s what’s gonna get her caught – her elaboration on her lies – just keeps digging herself deeper and deeper! No amount of alcohol or hot guys are gonna make this girl tell the truth, she has no concept of it!

  231. sosadinohio says:

Go for it Jo D!! :-)

  232. marcy says:

I don’t think George was the dominant one in that family….quite the opposite. I think CINDY ruled the roost.

Remember one of Casey’s friends saying that she couldn’t come in the house when Casey’s mother was home?

My dad was a cop and my mother was very domineering. My dad worked all the time (had to cuz cop’s don’t get paid much – or didn’t back then anyhow) and my mother ran the house and she let him know how it was to be done. He was very respected at work but he kept him mouth shut at home b/c he didn’t want to start things up with her. He’d retreat rather than stand there and let her chew on him.

I think Cindy was a LOT like my mother – told Casey what to do, etc. Only problem was that the parents didn’t get along, they were at odds themselves in their marriage and almost divorced, and so they didn’t agree and work together to raise their children…thus no discipline for Casey. Casey was too much of a handfull for mom, I bet and Daddy’s little girl and he wasn’t around much so the lies went unpunished.

I WAS PUNISHED AT MY HOUSE lol …..had the stripes from the yardstick to prove that my daddy was there to whup my butt if I lied or didn’t do what I was ‘posta do! And I was an only girl so I could have been spoiled rotten.

  233. sosadinohio says:

    Maureen!

Jack Bauer WILL BE BACK!! No little DUI is going to stop “the man!!” (We all just have to wait until January, 2009 though…)

  234. horsehungBoston says:

What is this script people are talking about?

  235. KATH says:

the scrpt is a figment of Cassie’s imagination

  236. joe d says:

Adios Maureen, Thanks for the assignment of making Casey talk. P.S. Tell you “bout it —-but is it ok if I LIE?????? lol

  237. marcy says:

you GO Joe. Whatta guy. *salutes Joe* way to step up to th’ plate Dude….

  238. horsehungBoston says:

I would take your penecillon too Joe. :-)

  239. Sarah II says:

    Nancy,

See what I mean? Look at Joe d. on this board already under monster’s spell. Can you imagine how many other countless suckers she had after her? If there are any Joe d.s on that jury, and there is no body, she is going to walk.

Also, this is one big reason this case is so marketable.

  240. Maureen says:

Night all. Keep your friends close and your enemies closer…..

  241. horsehungBoston says:

Night Mo.. Hope to see you again

  242. marcy says:

    nitenite.

  243. Tim in Colorado says:

Good to hear from you again, yourturn!

This place just wasn’t the same without you — huge, ridiculously long threads. Thanks from all of us for providing this forum, and for your salient but never overbearing observations. (I guess we reserve those for yours truly.) So . . . should we add to Casey’s growing nose your fish stories . . . ? ;-)

  244. sosadinohio says:

    HorsehungBoston,

Go to “home” at the top and then scroll down through the different topics. Yourturntohelp posted something on the “script” several days ago.

    Interesting to say the least.

  245. marcy says:

Lemme slap JoeD and break the spell. I’m sure he was just lured briefly….for the sake of doing the right thing.

  246. nancy says:

yeah Sarah II – I know!!!

But I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again – VOIR DIRE is gonna be the difference in this case – no doubt about it!!!

  247. horsehungBoston says:

    Does Yourturn tell fish stories?

  248. joe d says:

    Sarah 2, Right,i’m under the monsters spell.lol
I see your sense of humor is missing—you’re scaring me.

  249. Ro says:

Hi Everyone, On NG tonight the psychiatrist or the psychologist stated that Casey will only tell the truth if it’s to her benefit. She gave another spin on the story to the bodyguard who had to drive her around. He was not allowed to ask her any questions, just to listen. Well, the psychiatrist felt that C was somehow “flirting” with him as male attention is what gets her going, if you will pardon that prhasing…Any news if the DNA would indicate that the brother Lee is the actual father of Caylee? Or perhaps George, the father/grandfather? Is he the biological father of Casey? I read he had another wife…Also, if Casey is imprisoned on the identity theft/ credit card theft charges, can they at a later time charge her with murder if evidence if found, mainly Caylee’s body ???? Lastly, if she is sociopath and pathological liar, does anyone have a background in that field who could describe if this is from her environment/parenting or is it a genetic thing? As in, is this devious behavior a genetic trait that she inherited or did she learn to be this way, and if so, from what/whom could be the factors?

  250. Marpal says:

After hearing Leonard Padilla say that, from his observation, Cindy handles Casey with kid gloves, I wonder if Casey has something on Cindy and/or George and Cindy is afraid that if she pushes too hard, Casey will come out with a family secret. After all this time, something is stopping Cindy and George from demanding the truth from Casey. I don’t believe, at this point, they’re in denial. Also, if Lee is the only normal one in the family, why is he also accepting Casey’s conflicting stories? It could be that In exchange for her silence about something, the rest of the family must go with her stories. Casey is not going to talk because she knows her family won’t talk. Knowledge is power. If her power over them is taken away, the truth will come out.

  251. horsehungBoston says:

Joe is probably in his car already headed to their house. If you see the Nancy Grace cameras, give us all a wave.. ;-)

  252. BJ says:

    Kath,
I don’t think Cindy cleaned up the car with chloroform.
I don’t know when the searches were made for chloroform on the computer but I’m assuming that they were made before Casey was arrested for the first time.
I don’t think we can connect Cindy to the chloroform.

  253. horsehungBoston says:

    I like that Marpal..

  254. Candy says:

I don’t know if this was already said, but….it is said that there was a bag of garbage in the trunk of Casey’s car….I believe she put that there to “give reason” for the smell of the car.

  255. nancy says:

oh Joe – Joe – Joe – you have NO idea!!! It’s ok Sarah, he doesn’t know you!! LMAO

  256. marcy says:

well all…..seems like we’ve beat this …..oh I was going to say “dead horse” but that would be in incredibly bad taste and so unlike me. I’m so sorry. But I think I’ve had enough for tonight. See all later.

Good night. Hopefully I won’t be typing later this week with floaties on me widdle arms awaiting the arrival of Ike. :-( Send him to Mexico!!!

  257. horsehungBoston says:

and its just stupid at this point. Casey should be out there telling everyone “lets look for my daughter”… She is soo guilty.

  258. joe d says:

    Horsehung
    30 more miles I’m there.

  259. horsehungBoston says:

Night Marcy. stay safe. We just had Hanna come by here on Saturday..

  260. nancy says:

Marpal – they don’t push her because they don’t want to know that their granddaughter is dead – I’m not convinced their is a “family secret” nor do a believe for a second that Lee or George is Caylee’s father!! JEEZE – she’d have screamed that from the rooftops by now!!!

  261. Ro says:

One other question…shouldn’t she really be back in prison/jail, for her own safety, but more importantly for safety of her parents and the people that live in that neighborhood? It would be awful to have that going on outside your home, don’t you think? And, if she goes back to jail, perhaps they could put her in with the general population, perhaps they might be able to convince Casey that the truth is in everyone’s best interests. How long will they keep her in isolation/protective custody?

  262. horsehungBoston says:

Atta boy Joe… You “sprung” into action right away for a good cause. cheers to you and what your about to do for a good cause.

  263. marcy says:

On the websleuths site, some guy that claimed to be the real brother Rick of Cindy, said that George was not the biological father of Casey. Makes ya wonder if that’s true……and this guy put up pictures of him and Cindy and him and Cindy’s dad so…..he had a lot to say about the Plesea or however you spell it family.

  264. horsehungBoston says:

I bet if she ever went into the general population of that jail, she would be killed. Jailbirds dont take to kindly to child killers or molesters.

  265. BJ says:

    horsehungBoston,
the script is something that Casey said the nanny gave her on the day that Caylee was kidnapped from the park directing her what to say to LE for 30 days.

if she was suppose to use the script for 30 days then why didn’t she tell on the 31st day what was really going on???

  266. Just Me says:

Just a thought on the “guys” in her life not talking. Maybe if she truly is a sociopath, they don’t know what to say or don’t have anything specific to say about her because she was detached in a weird way– sociopaths can leave you feeling confused, and not quite sure exactly why you feel that way– dealing with one is indescribable. It is odd that nobody is jumping in for their 15 min of fame- so who knows the whole thing is bizarre.

  267. horsehungBoston says:

Thanks BJ. Thats a big help.. Appreciate it. I did hear that on tonights show, just didnt know what they were talking about.

  268. joe d says:

Okay, now i’m at the house.

  269. horsehungBoston says:

wow Joe. Great job going so fast. Wave to us all and then go in there and do your thang..

  270. Denise says:

DeeVious, You are not alone! I too think “someone” has this child but, for different reasons. No one will collect the 250,000 because, there will be more waiting for them. There will be millions made from movie & book deals. This is what I hope happened. I think things were planted in the trunk of the car. Maybe there was a hunk of skin that was decomposing & (NURSE) Cindy removed it when she removed other items from the car. The pizza was planted to make it look like someone was trying to cover up the smell. I hope & pray that Caylee is alive! Maybe, she will be found alone somewhere like in a mall. And the person who took care of her will go home & wait for their money.

  271. marcy says:

wave at the camera Joe so we know which stud is you

  272. joe d says:

    Horsehung

Okay I did my normal 13 second lovefest and got her to talk.. She said Lee Harvey Oswald did it..
P.S. A rash is forming on my thighs.

  273. nancy says:

    Great conspiracy theory LMAO!!!!!

  274. norman says:

With all the areas that people have been searching for Caylee, have they (volunteers as well as Texas Equisearch) search the cemetary where the “alledged father…Jesus is buried? Why would Cindy Anthony deny Casey knowing this boy, when theres proof that in fact they were friends? Originally, Caley’s father was killed in a car accident. Cindy Anthony changed that story also. Feel that the cemetary just might be where Caylee can be found. Remembering, that Casey told her mother Cindy Anthony that “Caylee’s close. Also, the time the comment made to another inmate in the lockup that Caylee is with her ex-boyfriend. How coincidental. Which ex-boyfriend? Has anyone from law enforcement examined the shovel(s) that were borrowed from the neighbor, which I believe the timeline on the use of the shovel(s) was a little over an hour according to the neighbor.

  275. nancy says:

yourturn – welcome back! Talk to you soon!

  276. horsehungBoston says:

    Good Theories Norman..

Way to go Joe… wow. 13 seconds though dude? hehe.
She must be really hot.. Be careful of that rash.

  277. marcy says:

    DENISE…..

LOL You are living in more of a fantasy world than Casey is LOL

  278. Brian says:

Norman. Good idea, LE should examine that shovel. Maybe you should call them.

  279. nancy says:

norman – police HAVE the shovel

  280. Brooke says:

Norman, I doubt seriously Jesus is the father, because Caylee in no way looks like she is of hispanic decent… Denise… A hunk of skin? I wish Caylee was alive but chances are slim to none with all this evidence and creep creepy family of her’s.

  281. Tim in Colorado says:

    horsehungBoston:

Very good question about the trash — it might be just about as probative to be a fly on the garbage can as on the wall at Compound Anthony.

  282. Marpal says:

    Nancy -
She wouldn’t have screamed it from the rooftops if charges were brought against whoever. As a result of any criminal charges, George would lose his police pension or Lee’s career would be over. Casey’s livelihood was dependant on them – she would have kept it quiet. Why didn’t Cindy report the $40,000 unauthorized credit card use to the police? Again, Cindy is more afraid of Casey than Casey is of Cindy.

  283. Bexi says:

George is only fueling the protester’s fire by fighting back with them. If they leave them alone and ignore them, they soon will go away. I think Casey is a horrible mother. Bringing her daughter to parties? Please! That is terrible! I honestly believe she used the chloroform to make Caylee pass out so she could party, Caylee OD’d and Casey freaked out. She has really dug herself into a huge hole that she will not be able to get herself out of..

Another thing that strikes my attention are these new butterfly shirts I see Cindy and George wearing. “Fly Home Baby”. What is THAT supposed to mean? Do they know something we dont?

  284. Brooke says:

Where is this white pontiac now?

  285. Brian says:

Brooke. How does someone look “in no way” hispanic? I think she looks like one could easily argue she’s half hispanic. I don’t know about this Jesus business though. I just don’t agree with your reasons for dismissal.

  286. Brooke says:

To me “flying” is representative of a spirit…they know Caylee is no longer with them.

  287. nancy says:

I don’t think Jesus is Caylee’s father either- but her not “looking” hispanic has nothing to do with it – just because she doesn’t look the stereotype, doesn’t mean anything!

I don’t think Casey even knows who the father is – which means that Lee and George aren’t the father either – and although I don’t want to defend George Anthony, I feel bad that anyone would make the assumption that incest of molestation were involved. They are guilty of other things – I don’t those should be added to the list!

  288. Bexi says:

Brooke- EXACTLY what I was thinking!

  289. Brooke says:

Casey’s features are naturally dark, so the bio father “Jesus” most likely had dark, olive features or complexion. it’s just an observation…

  290. Bexi says:

I believe there is a chance Caylee could be half hispanic as well. Just because she doesn’t have the obvious features does not rule that out.

  291. Brooke says:

Nancy , it wasn’t meant as a stereotype… My son is of mixed race, and believe me he has some of his father’s traits, I took over all the way…Lokks like I made him all by myself…lol

  292. joe d says:

    Horsehung,
I went back for round 2 and had to fight off padilla and Gary Coleman.

  293. nancy says:

oh Marpal please!!! catch up with the case before you start dismissing my observations. Cindy Anthony isn’t “afraid” of her daughter – she DID report her for stealing the card – she was actually having HER ARRESTED for it – which is how this whole thing got busted open!

The only thing the Anthonys are AFRAID of – is hearing that their granddaughter is dead – they aren’t afraid of CASEY! She’s already done the worst thing she could – she took their granddaughter away from them. There isn’t anything else she can do to them – to “scare” them….

  294. horsehungBoston says:

Way to go Joe.. Its impressive what you will do for the cause.

  295. Brooke says:

The deceased person they showed on Nancy Grace… no way no how…he is boricua or african american.

  296. Bexi says:

Brooke- what did I miss on Nancy Grace? Deceased person? WHAT?

  297. horsehungBoston says:

Have we ever heard anything from the fathers parents??? (caylees father)

  298. Brooke says:

At this point, my mother would knock the hell out of me. Enough is Enough!!! If Casey had my mother….Casey would definitely be dialing 911

  299. nancy says:

Brooke – my parents are both very dark – italian, portuguese and french – my sister is blonde with green eyes – just because she doesn’t have the stereotypical features, doesn’t make her any less their child or any of those ethnicities. And I didn’t mean “stereotype” in a bad way – I was using it as an adjective

  300. Denise says:

Hey, don’t laugh…could happen! No more crazy than anything else, so far! I would rather believe this story than the other! Yes, in my fantasy world, Caylee is sleeping in a nice warm bed, somewhere safe & not at the bottom of a lake!

  301. Brooke says:

About 2 weeks ago, they were speaking with a family member of a man rumored to be Caylee’s father. This gentlemen died in a car crash and people were presumptively saying he was Caylee’s father.

  302. horsehungBoston says:

I have to take the dog out. BRB… :-)

  303. Brooke says:

It could have been more than 2 weeks ago, but his family came out and said, no he was not Caylee’s father.

  304. nancy says:

horse – no one knows who Caylee’s father is – probably not even Casey

  305. Bexi says:

Denise- if you think that is possible, how do you explain the decomposition of the hair of Caylee and the air sample? If Caylee turns out to be alive, I think the next step is to find out whose DEAD BODY was in her trunk!

  306. Brooke says:

I hear you… I kinda feel like we are having a Maury Povich moment in here…lol With genetics anything is possible but for the most part, more dominant traits, (mostly melanin) takes over.

  307. Marpal says:

    Nancy -
I am not dismissing your observations, you are dismissing mine. The pending theft charges are not from Cindy but are from Amy. Because I don’t respond doesn’t mean I haven’t been on top of the case. Your comment is why I don’t respond often. It’s unfortunate because sometimes, brainstorming is how answers surface.

  308. nancy says:

Brooke – Jesus died in a car crash – that was investigated a long time ago – when that was “leaked’ that he was Caylee’s father. No one is sure, but doubt that he was. His family didn’t even know anything about it, until they heard that Casey was saying he was Caylee’s father – then they changed the story to, I believe, implicate someone else…… The girl lies so much, I wouldn’t be surprised if the next thing we hear is that Mickey Mouse or some other character hanging out at Universal is Caylee’s father…. come to think of it, she is pretty white…. hmmmm… has anyone checked Mickey’s alibi and DNA. Casey better watch it – Minnie Mouse finds out……!!!!!! That mouse can scrap!!!!

  309. Brooke says:

I doubt Casey knows who the father is and mom knows her track record and was just disgusted. Caylee was Cindy’s baby…anyone could see that. She did’nt put her foot down and Casey just continued to run the streets. She could make sure she didn’t have an abortion or put her up for adoption, but she couldn’t make her bond with this baby she never wanted.

  310. nancy says:

Like I said Marpal – catch up – you are behind!!!!! Your missing a whole section of the case!!!!

  311. joe d says:

    Horsehung
Okay here’s the latest—she changed her story. Casey said to ask Peter Griffin from Family guy. Said that Peter Griffin was dating Zaneida Gonzalez and was cheating on his wife which she found out and called out the northwest mounties who in turn investigated Quohog Mayor who said in reality Quagmire was at fault for giving Meg………………Makes more sense than Casey A.

  312. nancy says:

Yes, the PENDING charges are because of AMY – but that is recent stuff – she has stolen from her MOTHER as well as HER GRANDMOTHER. 401(k)s were cashed out to pay Gramma back and Cindy had to cancel her credit card. If you listen to the 911 call – Cindy was reporting that Casey STOLE MONEY FROM HER – no charges have been filed by the grandmother, or from Cindy in those thefts

  313. Bexi says:

I agree… Casey seems to be the one that gets around often. I dont think she even knows who the father is. And I agree with Brooke, Its obvious Cindy was the primary care taker for this child.

I think police need to investigate this officer boyfriend Casey was allegey staying with at the time this all happened. Especially when the dumpster at his apartments could possibly be involved. Does anyone know if they have searched his home, or brought cadavier dogs to it yet?

  314. Brooke says:

Has anyone found out where she “worked” for a year and a half? She obviously didn’t punch a clock. She may have been taking Casey to meth labs, cocaine kitchens or even worse.. If you know anyone into meth, chloroform would not be that hard to get your hands on. She may have used it to keep Caylee subdued while she “worked”. Also if you use your own product you make or sell you don’t have much cash on hand. Thats why she stole.

  315. horsehungBoston says:

Joe you have done this room proud. Cudo’s to you.

  316. Marpal says:

No thank you Nancy. I’ll pass on your offer. Next time you respond to a blogger as an expert, make sure your grammar is correct – if not, it takes away from your expertise.

  317. Denise says:

Bexi- Cindy is a nurse who worked in a hosiptal, anything is possiable. The hair can’t be proved it came off dead body, that band is all to new!

  318. sosadinohio says:

Marcy, I just pulled up photos of Caylee and GGpa and the photo of Rick and his Father, had them side by side and I am convinced they are the same man.

So, I am convinced that Rick is Cindy’s brother and Rick may really be giving some insight to this family.

    Sad, still so flipping sad!

  319. horsehungBoston says:

This family is just so disfunctional.. They are all white trash from the very beginning. The brother DOES seem to be the only sane one in the group..

  320. Bexi says:

Brooke, I believe the search on chloroform was done shortly before Caylees dissapearance. I think Casey was telling her parents she was going to work, but then instead was working on stealing money from her own family and friends. Its amazing how her parents didnt catch on sooner..

  321. Brooke says:

I wonder if LE have tried a bluff… Maybe say they have a body, call Cindy and George in.. maybe contact Casey’s lawyer… see what happens…

  322. horsehungBoston says:

Brooke, the news would be all over that. That might be entrapment.. I am not sure though.
BUt what does everyone think it will take her to go to jail more perminently. A dead body?? Doesnt the Hair, Chloreform samples, Dogs etc pose somewhat of a case???

  323. Bexi says:

Denise- its the air sample that is way too new, not the hair sample. The dark band that forms around a hair only shows when it comes from a dead body. The air sample on the other hand, I dont blame the defense for questioning that. Because it is a very new technique of forensics.

  324. nancy says:

Marpal – pass on catching up? Why am I not surprised?? Any I’d rather have some grammatical errors – than erroneous facts! And since you feel the need to be such a smart ass – you have no idea what my “expertise” is – so I’ll catch you up on it – I work in a prosecutor’s office – but what makes my knowledge of this case, even better than that, is that I know how to read – and that evidentally puts me a couple steps ahead of you…………..

  325. Brooke says:

Yeah, but remember she says she’s been working a year and a half and has been taking Caylee to Zanaida during the day. Where is she going?? What is she doing?? She isn’t going to work.. reputable work…
I think she was/is a recreational user and was able to hide her habit.

  326. Bexi says:

horsehung- it is possible to charge a person with murder without a body. Hard, but possible. I think with theyre evidence that theyve collected, they have a solid case already.. I honestly think they really really want to find a body before they charge her. Im sure they just want to dot their i’s and cross their t’s before they do anything more. They dont want this monster getting off.

  327. horsehungBoston says:

But how come on CSI, they do all this crap in 60 minutes… :-) Do you think they are holding a lot of evidence at their sides until the right time?

  328. Brooke says:

Horse, it could be done in such a way that puts out the possibility of a discovery… not an affirmation.. Call them in and see what they have to say.

  329. sosadinohio says:

Brooke, I strongly believe Casey had a drug problem, but I don’t think it was meth. If you look at people on meth, they have serious skin issues (bad sores on their face, extremely thin, etc., etc.) Casey is to vain to do meth and mess up her “beautiful” face.

Cocain on the other hand, aside from tearing up the inside of your nose (not to mention the brain), I don’t believe it leaves the tell-tale signs that are left on a meth user. Xanax, I’m unsure about that drug, but I suspect she could have been on that also. And that is available by prescription. Would be interesting to find out if it was ever prescribed to Cindy or Casey. It is also highly addictive.

Personally I believe little miss Casey may have been “hooking” for bucks, running credit cards scams, shoplifting, or all of the above.

She had too much time on her hands when she was “pretending” to be working. I also believe she may have drugged Caylee on occasion and put her in the trunk which she was either doping or hooking.

  330. Tim in Colorado says:

    Nancy:

You’ll find a summary of Detective Jerold White’s interviews with Simon Birch and Gary Ridgeway of Johnson’s Wrecker Service in the Discovery Documents, Part 3, pp. 57-58.( I don’t believe the Discovery Documents include full transcriptions of the Birch and Ridgeway interviews.)

  331. horsehungBoston says:

True Bexi.. I bet they are holding back until they find a body or maybe a few more clues. And thats part of the reason she isnt talking.. They will just hold everything she says against her. And rightly so,….

  332. Bexi says:

Brooke I think she may be going to see friends or maybe even boyfriends.. Who knows.. All of Caseys lies have done what she wanted them to do, confuse the HECK out of everyone.

  333. joe d says:

    Horsehung
Yes,for I too am an expert in my mind.Thankyou for the cudo’s I try my best at nothing and do it well. Any questions that need answers will not be provided by me. Kinda sounds like a Casey anthony response.

  334. Brooke says:

Not everything has to be broadcast on the news…People in this day and age talk to much… Just like after 911… why would you put on the news what bag handlers and airport personnel would be looking for???

  335. sosadinohio says:

Booke, LE would probably have to guess exactly where Casey put little Caylee’s body to pull off a bluff. There are so many places that precious little one could be. Just don’t know if that would work, at least at this point.

  336. Brooke says:

She couldn’t have been stealing that much from friends…Not a year and a half worth…and if she’s stealing from drug dealers or what have you, Casey would be ded not Caylee…

  337. nancy says:

Tim thanks… it has me so curious and they didn’t seem complete in Discovery

  338. horsehungBoston says:

ok. call me dumb, but whats LE? Law Enforcement?

  339. Bexi says:

sosadinohio- sad, but shes probaly buried far under a landfill by now.

  340. Brian says:

    Yep Horse you got it

  341. Brooke says:

Sosa? Do you remember when they discovered a body about 10 days ago? The news was very vague about where… I’m not talking a full on report, just a rumor or bug.

  342. horsehungBoston says:

Thanks Brian. Its late in Boston, so I am doing pretty good. :-) Plus this is my first night here. This site is great.

  343. Bexi says:

Brooke- she stole about 700$ from one of her friends, not sure how much she stole from her mother (I HEARD 25 grand.. but i havent seen it for myself) and not sure how much from her grandmother.. Over all, she apparently stole 45 grand total. Thats enough to basically say “hey, i worked this year”

  344. sosadinohio says:

Brook, I’ve wondered the same thing about the butterfly shirt.

    Sad, so sad.

  345. Denise says:

Bexi-They why can’t they tell if it’s Caylee’s or Casey’s hair? If the band were known to be true, they would know it’s NOT Casey’s! They were showing the band on NG & it was said this finding was to new to prove it came off a dead body & would never hold up in court.

  346. nancy says:

    Horse – I’m in Boston – it’s not THAT late – :)

  347. Brooke says:

i pray she isn’t in a Landfill, but with the swampy area… Alligators are a possibility. I think they should off her life in prison versus the death penalty. She may talk then…

  348. Bexi says:

The first time I saw Cindy come out with that butterfly shirt saying “Fly Home Baby” it was after the air and hair sample came back positive for decomposition. Apparently, at that time, Casey told Lee what really happened and Lee informed Cindy. Then these shirts come about? How about they just come clean with it already.. This little girl deserves a proper burial and goodbye.

  349. horsehungBoston says:

    ok ok. I tried. :-)

  350. sosadinohio says:

Brook, I seem to recall something about bones being found, but I believe it was dismissed as animal bones (not quite sure.)

Yourturntohelp is where I read about it. I realize there are many, many, many pages here, but believe the answer is here somewhere. He does such a great job of trying to keep everyone up to date.

  351. Brooke says:

I thought the 45 grand was in a short amount of time…. they never clarified how much and in what amount of time the money was stolen. if it was a short amount of time, the money went up her nose.

  352. Bexi says:

Brooke- about the alligators, I believe Casey is smart enough to know that if she dumped her daughter in a swamp with gators, they would eat that poor child up. Im not sure about gators, im not expert, but do they feed OFF the bone, or eat the bone as well?

  353. Brooke says:

i clicked on a link and it was for a fox news channel down in Florida.

  354. sosadinohio says:

Bexi, actually I think she and George had those shirts on when they went to visit Casey in jail (the first time she was in jail, but the last visit.) George got very angry at the reporters and snapped at them (which is why it sticks in my mind.)

This would have been before the air samples came back. I’m almost positive.

  355. nancy says:

no Denise – it’s not new. A band forms on the follicle when it has been removed from a cadaver…. And I’m sure they know whose hair it is – they just aren’t gonna release specific DNA evidence. They tested mitochondrial DNA – which is inherited only from the mother – that said it was either Casey or Caylee – then when you look at the appearance of it (because they have different color hair) and then the “band” around it – you can tell that it is Caylee’s. I’m sure that DNA has confirmed that – but they are gonna hold that close to the vest, let people “speculate” with what they’ve already put out there – and then prove it at trial, with DNA

  356. sosadinohio says:

HorsehungBoston, yep, LE (law enforcement.) You’ll be a pro at all of the abbreviations before the end of the week!!! :-)

  357. Bexi says:

    Brooke- I agree.. or drinking.

  358. nancy says:

sosadinohio – they did say they were animal bones – I believe a raccoon or something…

  359. Jaci says:

I have to say for lack of news from over the weekend involving much of anything, Nancy Grace’s show was good tonight. The callers had awesome questions, ones that I have been asking myself and wondered why nobody was asking in the first place.

The question about whether the car was really out of gas when it was abandoned was one of the first questions I had. Did anybody really check? And although Leonard Padilla answered the question, that the tank was on empty, how would he know? The people to ask would be the towing company, but I doubt they track that kind of information. George would be the next person, but if pathological lying runs in the family, his answer wouldn’t exactly be the truth either.

I also liked the psychoanalyst person and what she said that Casey is boy crazy. She tells Rob Dick the story, and talks about anything else (the weather, whatever) while he’s driving her around. I bet she has Baez under the exact same spell. He said she may not be talking to LE but she’s talking to him. About what? Her likes/dislikes? Which Jonas brother she likes? Because I can bet she isn’t talking about Caylee.

And that just made me absolutely sick when Padilla said Cindy treats Casey with kid gloves. After all that Casey’s done, and you’re allowing her to sit in your house for home confinement while she’s out on bond, and she’s babying her? What the hell is wrong with this family?

I told a friend earlier that had I lived in the same house as Casey or was related to her and she was under house arrest where I lived, I would not speak to her at all! I would say, “Since you’re not talking (about Caylee) and telling the truth, I’m not talking either.” I would drive her so crazy with my stubbornness, she would probably want to go back to jail! LOL

  360. nancy says:

sorry, forms on the “shaft” not the “follicle” -

  361. horsehungBoston says:

    Nancy….
But if they have that evidence, why dont they arrest her more officially now? Do you think they wanna wait until more evidence or a body is found to not ruin their case?

  362. Bexi says:

sos- I dont recall that. But still, they really should choose their words wisely.. “FLY HOME BABY” is not the best choice of wording.

nancy- thank you for clearing that up for me, saved me a lot of typing. haha!

  363. Evelyn says:

Will someone send me Casey Anthony’s website please? I am kind of new at this like getting on myspace. Thanks

  364. J. Garrett says:

Nancy Grace shows a photo of Lee and Casey partying cheek to cheek taken at Fusion just days after Caylee died. Shes in the blue dress and him in a cheap unpressed dress shirt with his face blurred out (this picture can be viewed elsewhere with his mug showing). Lee testified under oath that he thought Casey was out of town at the beach. Guess he never figured this photo would surface. Was this a “going away” Party for Caylee? Notice the blue dress and DJ in background.
Lee has a DUI history. Could Casey and Lee have put all the money she stole up their noses?

  365. Bexi says:

horse- they really dont want to try and charge her with murder without the body first.. just because that hair is in the trunk, doesnt mean she did the killing. (even though we ALL know she did)

  366. Bexi says:

    J. Garret- VERY interesting point there.. I have never heard of this until now.

  367. Denise says:

UGHHH! I am trying so hard to believe this beautiful child is still alive & out there somewhere!

  368. Jaci says:

nancy and HHBoston, I’m in Boston too!

  369. horsehungBoston says:

    Hey Jaci..

  370. Bexi says:

Denise- I too wanted to believe that and tried to for so long.. The thing about forensics is that it DOESNT lie. Unlike this monster mother.

  371. Brooke says:

Does anyone remember the remark nancy Grace made about Casey saying if she got drunk enough maybe she’d tell what happened to her daughter? i haven’t had the time to read the 400 page documents, but does anyone remember reading this?

  372. nancy says:

horse – because of double jeopardy. If they arrest her now, they only have so much time to try her, and only get one shot at it – it’s the law and she also has a right to a speedy trial. They want to make sure they have all the evidence they can gather, do all the tests they need to do – and then bring her to trial. They are being careful, in order to be able to prove their case. I do believe that alot of their case is circumstantial – and that all adds up – but it won’t be enough. They are doing a great job of making sure she goes on trial and is convicted.

Also, I’ve said it before on here….. although they don’t NEED a body, a jury likes to have one. And although they have a better chance of conviction without a body because she is 3 and not 30 – it makes a stronger case to have one.

  373. Bexi says:

Brooke- I remember that.. Not sure if it actually came out of Nancy’s mouth though.

  374. nancy says:

    J. Garrett – I don’t think you are correct – I don’t think that is her brother Lee

  375. Jaci says:

Brooke, I remember that being somewhere in the 400 page document. I think Casey said that to a friend, but I forget who.

  376. Bexi says:

Here is the myspace Casey supposedly made for her daughter:

    http://www.myspace.com/cayleeismissing

  377. Bexi says:

though the myspace casey “allegedly” made for her daughters where abouts were made a long time before she dissapeared.. maybe it was from an old account… who knows.

  378. nancy says:

those photos you are talking about are from the “hot body” contest at Fusion. Lee was not there with her

  379. Brooke says:

Thank you Jaci… what could her parents possibly think about that?? I know I wouldn’t be bailing her out or signing any promissory notes.

  380. nancy says:

all of the myspace pages – cindy’s, casey’s etc…. are linked on the left side of this page…..

  381. nancy says:

that photo is of Casey and I believe, her boyfriend Tony……

  382. sosadinohio says:

Brooke, I remember her making the comment – just don’t remember when. Anyone else recall?

Also, didn’t Nancy Grace say something tonight (or maybe it flashed across the screen) that Cindy is thinking about kicking Casey out?

Gosh, just so much stuff! Wish I would have started my own investigation board in my computer room. Of course, by now I’d be going down the hall, into the spare room, then into the master bedroom, bath, kitchen, dining room, living room, bath………

  383. sosadinohio says:

‘night everyone. All the new bloggers, hope to hear from you again. All you others, hope you let me come back again…..

  384. horsehungBoston says:

Well everyone, its time for HHB to hit the sack.
This has been a lot of fun. Glad I found the site and hope to talk to ya’ll again tomorrow night.
    Night..

  385. nancy says:

sosadinohio – I think she was referring to why Casey and Caylee were not living at the house at the time of the disappearance. They were planning on having her move out – and start raising her daughter – instead of living at home still, off of them

  386. Kat says:

I believe she was stealing from her circle of friends, lying to them (they all said how they knew what a liar she was) and when she wore them all out, she went on to a whole new bunch of friends. Her behavior changed drastically around the end of June when she did her disappearing act from home & “usual” friends and was found holed up at Tony Lozarro’s. They all started to put the pieces together (about Casey’s lies) when the police started questioning them. I wouldn’t be surprised if there were MORE financial crime charges. Ex bf ricardo Morales said he thouht she had taken & used HIS credit card also, but he just paid the bill and didn’t ask questions. She was lying to everyone about various jobs, etc.

Tony did say something about Casey saying she had been using “drugs,” smoking pot and doing “whatever is around”. He seemed to suggest, tho, that this was just something else Casey was making up.

Point being, I think she DID steal from all her friends & lie back & forth, covering her tracks & staying afloat financially by ripping them off.

OK early bedtime for me. Had a big trial today :) – I’m pooped! Catch yall tomorrow. I keep hoping I’ll wake up and hear that this thing has been blown wide open, Caylee has been found, and Casey’s lies have caught up with her. I hope this own’t be another Joren van der sloot!

  387. Brooke says:

Sosa… she was thinking about kicking her out before Caylee went missing… She was upset about all the partying and stealing her daughter was doing.

  388. Kat says:

Brooke – I floated a theory the other night about that- while Casey was gone, Cindy was calling her friends and questioning them, sussing out all kinds of lies. Which BF was it who said Cindy had called him & told him he should quit talking to Casey, he’ll just get hurt, because she is a lying SOCIOPATH – I think that was Ryan Pasley? No energy to go look it back up.

But I think Cindy WAS putting it all together, and that there was some big confrontation by CIndy to Casey over the lies which Casey responded by taking Caylee, moving out (Lee said she’d been MIA “for weeks”), and intentionally holding Caylee away from her parents, who were Caylee’s usual caretakers. To hurt them. See Cindy’s july 3 myspace “my caylee is missing”..etc.

  389. Bexi says:

Im looking through this myspace pictures, and this picture Cindy comments on.. does the comment seem weird to anyone else? Its on page two, very top.. She doesnt mention much about hoping to see her again, or whatever.. More of a “mourning” comment imo.

  390. Brooke says:

I find it strange that people are not coming out of the wood work, selling stories to the Enquirer about this little tramp. this suggest something very sinister. This girl was into some heavy crap… Not just petty theft.

  391. Brooke says:

Kat, maybe that was what all the loud arguing was about. Pot is a drug and should not be around children, but I just have this gut feeling that Casey was into heavy heavy heavy drugs. And like I said if she’s using her own product there is no profit. thats why she had to steal. thats why she had to use her mother’s credit card for cash advances. Dealers want their money at any cost.

  392. joe d says:

Someone asked if Alligators eat bones as well–they swallow everything they can. A decomposed body whether human or animal is a treat for them.Normally after killing something they’ll drag the remains underwater and “stash” it where it rots away and they eat from it at will. Croc’s don’t do that because they need to feed fast or it’ll be taken from them by other predators. If this child was placed somewhere near even a small pond down here chances are there are no remains(visible) left.Even the fish and crabs will partake in feeding. How’s that Horsehung?

  393. Bexi says:

Lees myspace status as of yesterday is “jedi” with a big smiley face.. doesnt seem too worried does he.

  394. Brooke says:

Joe, unfortunately I think Casey is that smart. People assume that because she is a liar that gets caught she’s stupid. That couldn’t be farther from the truth.

  395. Bexi says:

Thanks for the answer joe d. That is so sad to think that theyll never ever find this little girls body. I hope a alligator eats Casey.

  396. albatross234 says:

Grandparents silencing Casey by sending her to attys office during George’s work hours? Did they bail her out to prevent her from saying who disposed of the body?

  397. Bexi says:

Brooke, I believe she is smart enough to know that too. Shes smarter than people think.. She has us running around in circles, and it probaly was her plan from the get go.

  398. joe d says:

    Bexi
    THAT would be true justice.

  399. Brooke says:

Albatross, the atty office outing is probably good for the entire family…they can talk about her while she’s gone. When she gets home they can go back to pretending they believe her.

  400. Brooke says:

I just don’t understand while the parents are snapping on everyone accept her… Thats who George should be wielding a hammer at.

  401. Brooke says:

Did you see him push the old lady?? LMAO

  402. Bexi says:

joe d- true justice would be hanging this monster up by her toe nails, plucking out every single hair in her body one by one, covering her in red ants, and then dunking her in a tank of peranas. And thats letting her off easy.

  403. joe d says:

Bexi Don’t sugar coat it—tell it like it is!!! lol

  404. TashWitko says:

Like everyone, I am constantly thinking about Caylee and have so many thoughts going through my mind as to what happened, why people act the way they do and so on and so forth! Obviously there is more to the story than we all know. The senerio that just seems to make sense to me is Casey left with Caylee after a big fight with her parents (maybe she found out about Cindy wanting custody of Caylee, or Cindy was giving Casey a hard time about her lifestyle, or her stealing and what-not…or they were just fighting like families do) Perhaps after they left…Caylee was missing Grandma, which pissed an already angry Casey off even more… ( I heard that she was closer to Grandma than her mom, can’t be easy for a mom to know that ) and she hurt her…maybe not meaning to, but did it out of rage…
I have a hard time believing she drugged her or used chloroform on Caylee so she could Party…It seems she had parents that were all to willing to watch her so Casey could go out…
I don’t think she was a heavy drug user…who at 22 years old hasn’t smoked pot, or knows someone who did/does…not too many people think of that as a huge deal…might not be right, but it doesn’t make them “hard core drug users”
Casey drank…back to the above point…she’s 22…who hasn’t gotten drunk…who hasn’t pee’d somewhere you’re not proud of, and who hasn’t had a friend snap a picture of you puking…luckily most people don’t have their pics posted on TV and On-line…
I by no means am sticking up for her…I can’t imagine my child missing and acting the way she is…I would be be a blubbering waste, not a smug and un-emotional B****…I just think that things a getting blown out of context…yes she is/was a mom, but she was also single and 22…it’s not that crazy for her to be looking for a man, or out partying…or dressing trashy…
Focusing on that stuff seems silly to me, and doesn’t seem all that earth shattering…obviously the fact that she was doing it while Caylee was missing is wrong…but on a while different level…

My thoughts on the grandparents…especially Cindy…At first, up until recently I was thinking she was a flipping lying, physho like her daughter…now I am not so sure…
Maybe she honestly has a glimmer of hope left that Caylee is still out there…who knows what story Casey has told them behind closed doors…Maybe she has them convinced that she really is out there, and in danger…How much can you let yourself believe if you want somthing so badly…Maybe they think that getting Caylee back though Casey is the only way that’ll happen…If they piss her off or if she does something crazy she’ll be gone for good…
Cindy is so off the wall anymore, maybe she really is just trying to convince Casey that they are there for her…and that they believe her, just so they can get Caylee back…

I can’t the guilt that Cindy feels…As a parent she would have guilt that Casey is the way she is….and if something happened to Caylee because of a fight between Cindy and Casey, how could she not blame herself…plus if she is doubting her daughters innocence, but questioning if she’s guilty or not…that would bring guilt as well….I think it’s a lot for anyone to deal with…and deal with in a rational manner….

  405. Shelley says:

    hello

  406. Bexi says:

Tash- she didnt want Cindy to be in contact with her daughter, thus why I believe she used the chloroform to knock her out.

As for everything else, how can you stick up for someone who doesnt report their child missing until a month later? Threatened or not, she couldve gone to the police, told them about the “kidnapping” and “threats” that way they wouldnt have made it public like it is now. If she had done that in the first place, we wouldnt be here talking about it right now.

  407. TashWitko says:

    Bexi

I am by NO means sticking up for her…All I was saying is that her drinking, smoking pot and partying might not be the reason she did what she did…I think the focus is being turned to her lifestyle choices as a motive, instead of other possible explanations as to what happened…

  410. roller24 says:

Before any evidence of death, I had a strong feeling that Casey was hiding Caylee with a freind in fear of losing her to her mother in a custody battle. That still may be the case, and would explain Miss Anthony’s lack of greif or emotion.
Her mom said in one of the 911 calls that custody of Caylee was NEXT.
The only emotion seen from her thus far was when her parents were tesitfying at her bond hearing.
I think that this would be a logical explanation for an initial goose chase, but the unfolding evidence in the car leads me to believe that foul play took place.
I think that she borrowed the shovel from the neighbor to break the lock on the shed the day she stole the gas.
Ironic that in the movie “American Psycho 2, all american girl place two gas cans inher trunk before ditching two bodies. American Psycho appearred on Casey’s original myspace page.

Im thinkng maybe caylee was a victim of a failed murder-suicide by chloroform , but Casey couldnt go through with her suicide after killing Caylee.
Panic kicked in and she made a desparate attempt to contact her parents by cell phone.

I think she stashed the body in a new home developement called BELLE VIDA just 8 miles from her home. It’s quiet and accessible. Googlemap 700 belle vida blvd and street view the area.
The Tattoo was her head stone.
She wrote the script mentioned to the bounty hunter and has followed it until she conjured up a story to place Zanieda in the villianess’ postion of the park scenario.

  411. albatross234 says:

I can’t remember any time that the grandparents physically looked for their gd….same for the child’s mother. That looks like all three knew looking for her was a waste of time. The gdparents did busy work that would provide photo-ops (t-shirt, painted van with signs), but never looked for her. Too odd.

Cops think they are smarter than God, and I can see one trying to lay false trails, etc….. and certainly driving farther that 3 miles away to dispose of a body.

Nancy Grace is the only celeb. that is a victim’s advocate.

  412. Kat says:

Brooke & TishWitko – re: Casey’s relationship with Cindy – and apologies to all for re-posting, but I thought this exchange with one of the investigators was VERY telling…

Casey’s comments about her relationship with her mother – trom transcript of statement taken 7/16 at Universal:

    p. 45, starting at line 16
Q: . . .I think you might have some pressures in your life. Who…who put..who excerts the most pressure on you? Like my parents used to do to me.
A: Um, my mom does absolutely.
Q: She does not think you care for your daughter good enough or…
    A: Its…
    Q: I mean…
    A: My…
    Q: It’s kind of rough, you’re single, you’re a single mom.
A: I live at home with my parents.
    p. 46
Q: Got to be rough. Got to be rough. You’ll never live up to your mother’s expectations, right?
A: At least not right now.
    Q: Right.
A: But that no way means that I would ever do anything or let any harm come to that child. She’s the one thing in this world that I love more than anything.
Q: And I understand that and I believe it I see the tears in your eyes. OK.
    A: (no verbal response)
Q: My concern is, I know from my years of experience I kow what, I know what young adults and young moms and dads can do when parents exert too much pressure on ‘em. They don’t live up to their standards, they don’t…so not that you would hurt your child. Bt you ight, ah, because you…if your parent just constantly talks down on you makes you feel like crap You’re not good enough…
A: It’s not constant. I brought this on myself. The stuff she says, the thing that she said, she’s been right about everything.
Q: What kind of things did she say?
A: She told me that I took advantage of her and she’s right because…
    Q: And how?
A: for a very long time.
Q: How did you take advantage of her?
A: By using credit cards. When I had my own money I still used some of her money. I went and bought material things for nothing.
    Q: Right.
A: Whether it was things for myself, going out to eat
    Q: Right
    p. 47
A: Spend a little bit of time with friends or went and took Caylee shopping. For whatever reason I was extremely selfish.
    Q: Right.
A: I was extremely selfish for a few years, quite a few years.

“that thing she said” – “She told me I took advantage of her” – this repeats the rant on Cindy’s myspace entry (since deleted – the one called “my caylee is missing” 7/6 I think). Is she revealing here that the confrontation had taken place? Maybe her mom hit her with all the lies she was uncovering.

I’ll go find that business about “she said she’d tell me when she’s drunk” – I just read that again last night, I want to say it’s Jesse. I’ve been all hung up on him because he said Casey called him to come take a shower at 10AM one morning, seemed all normal, sometime week of 6/22-7/3, probably after 6/25 based on another call he related. I want the cops to check his drains!

Actually I’m sure it is Jesse. He was telling about 2 phone calls he remembered after the 6/25 call, he said they were “odd” – the first was the call to come take a shower, the second was a txt msg from her saying “if my parents call you don’t talk to them, I’ll explain later”. He says he msgd back asking what did she have to explain re: parents and she says something like “long story, I’ll probably call you drunk one night and tell you the whole thing” I will go find that.

  413. Shelley says:

Hey all! Finallly got back. Just checking what we are discussing tonight.

  414. Kat says:

Hi Shelley! Oh and welcome back yourturn!

I have been looking at the docs on a different site and the note I wrote down is that the Jesse Grund statement is at p. 41-43. He says he got that txt, then called her on 7/4 for an explanation and she said “it’s a long story, I’ll probably call you when I’m drunk and tell you.”

  415. Shelley says:

Hey yourturn & Kat! I was just reading what converstaions have taken place in the last hour. I think I am caught up! :)
Did any news happen since about maybe 6 tonight est? Didn’t see Nancy Grace :( or see anything new really on the few sights I check besides here (news channels) Anything breaking tonight?
Hmmm, I recall something about that Kat.

  416. Shelley says:

Roller 24 sure has some interesting insights.

  417. Shelley says:

Kat, maybe you should call OCSO and tell them to check Jesse’s drains! lol (&NOT lol)
    Seriously…

  418. Shelley says:

Were you here or did you see that LindaOz I belive it was called last night about Samantha Gonolez. She is REALLY a discusting, crimimal type.

  419. rachel.S says:

Thanks to Tim in Colorado, marpal and kat for your info on the case. marpal, you might want to check out the book The Courage to Heal-A Guide for Women Survivors of Child Sexual Abuse by Ellen Bass and Laura Davis (?). You will see other “caseys” there and the effects of other abuses and how they have shaped real people who are healing from their childhoods. Many times it makes people uncomfortable-this issue-because it hits too close to home. my best regards for the info….rachel.S.

  420. Shelley says:

Bexi, is Cyndi Cindy Anthony on that mypsace pic?

  421. Kat says:

Here’s a strange detail I ran across on Scaredmonkeys – OK when was it that Cindy said she first learned where Casey was & Caylee was still missing? Wasn’t that the evening of 7/15 when she found Amy’s # in the white car after they got it back from the tow yard? and called it and picked Amy up at the airport or whatever…

Well then how can it be that at the tow yard while picking up the car, earlier that afternoon, George Anthony told the guy who was walking him to the car that he had found his daughter but his granddaughter was still missing? The statements of 2 people at the tow yard are pretty strong on him saying this.

Yet they didn’t “find” Casey until later that night when Amy led them to her.

    ???????????

  422. Kat says:

    ….crickets…….

  423. Shelley says:

    Jiminy

  424. Evelyn says:

Oh my word !!!!! Something just clicked while watching Nancy Grace tonight, when a caller called in and asked would Cindy be charged for tampering with evidence? Do you know what clicked? I believe Cindy washed them pant’s of Casey’s because they were muddy. Think about it, if you had a loved one missing for that long, and you just found the car, and it smelled like a dead body had been in it, wouldn’t washing a pair of pan’t be the last thing you would think of doing? WRONG! I’ll bet you she noticed the pant’s right off the bat because they were full of mud. I believe she has took Caylee to the swamp area and got very muddy taking her. Tim needs to search the swamp area close to that airport. My gut feelings tell’s me this is why Cindy washed these pan’ts

  425. 2shado says:

    Re: Blanchard Park

( I believe this was thursday 9-4—couldn’t find a date on the site)

ORLANDO, FL — Investigators came to the Blanchard Park area where a search group is looking for missing toddler Caylee Anthony and collected evidence on Wednesday afternoon.

The evidence was placed into brown paper bags and removed from the scene, but it is unknown what was in the bags.

The leader of the search said the group stumbled upon what he thought were raccoon bones.

Casey Anthony has told investigators that Caylee was kidnapped by a babysitter at Blanchard Park.

  426. yayasister says:

what im trying to figure out is why casey didnt throw the clothes away, being right next to a dumpster and all, if cindy washed them cuz they smelled like death, and or if they were swampy and muddy as evelyn points out, why did she keep them in the car, why not throw them in the dumpster she parked next to? makes me think it was those clothes she had on when she went to jesse’s to shower, did he notice a smell like she had been handling a dead body?

  427. 2shado says:

Evelyn—— Cindy also said there were SHOES and or boots in the car along with Caseys PANTS and that LE does have them. I believe she said that she left them in the car so that is good unless she cleaned those off too.

  428. Kat says:

I believe I heard on another show that Cindy said the pants “smelled like the car” and that is why she washed them. THis is on one of the search warrants according to NG on 8/7 show.

  429. LindaOz says:

    Hope people are still here.

  430. LindaOz says:

Only comment I have on tonights NG show is that I’m disgusted with that woman protester who is charging George with assault and battery. She ignored “No Tresspass” signs. He asked her to get off his property several times and when she refused he used reasonable force to push her back about 2 feet. He didn’t push her hard, in fact I don’t even think he touched her body, just the sign she was holding and when she protested he took his hands off. The man is grieving over a lost granddaughter and these idiots looking for someone they can fight with are disgusting! I’ve got to side with George on this one! I don’t think I would do any better under the same circumstances!

  431. 2shado says:

Yes, she did wash them but not the shoes :)
I also believeI heard Boden or other expert say that “evidence” of sorts could be detected on some items even if washed.
How could that girl go running around smelling like that after being in the car???!!!!
I wonder if LE asked her “BOYFRIEND” or male friend who picked her up was asked about the stench coming from her. I’m sure they did. hmmmm

  432. Kat says:

    Totally different direction here -

What about the emails on Casey’s computer purporting to be to her from “work” people and her replies? They were dated May 14. And come to find out, her “work” friend email addresses on the emails were all bogus. Meaning the emails were also probably fabricated. They are dated from December 07 through May 08, and one of them is about an event (probably never took place, I’d imagine they’ve checked all this out) and there is a work schedule listing Casey and “Juliet” along with a few others.

There is a signature and date 7/29/08 on the emails, and I believe the signature says “Lee Anthony.” He had said he had gotten Casey’s email info and would forward detectives emails on Casey’s computer with leads about her coworkers.

    That she never had. Ooops!

So when did Casey make these emails up? Or did she? Lee could also have done it, couldn’t he. Somebody made them up. Wonder when? A forensic computer nerd might be able to determine the dates they were actually created….

Another thing that makes me go hmmmmm….

  433. Kat says:

Maybe she washed the stench off while taking a shower at Jesse Grund’s that morning at 10AM. Tho he didn’t say anything about a funk on her in his statement – said everything was “normal” with her that day.

Except that she was over there taking a shower at his house midday!

  434. Elle Drew says:

    Oh hi everyone!

    Greetings, Elle!

  436. LindaOz says:

    Hi Elle!

  437. Elle Drew says:

    Hey Linda!

I’ve been MIA for a day or so, what’s been going on? Any new details or ideas?

  438. Elle Drew says:

    Hey Kat!

  439. LindaOz says:

    Kat.

She probably just opened an email address for herself that sounded like Universal Studios and emailed herself. Question is why? Was she trying to prove to her parents that she was working? Perhaps they were harrassing her about money.

Other question is if the parents thought all that time she was working, she must have had some money coming in somehow. I’m wondering about prostitution, ID theft, con artist, stolen credit cards?

  440. Elle Drew says:

Here’s a strange detail I ran across on Scaredmonkeys – OK when was it that Cindy said she first learned where Casey was & Caylee was still missing? I didn’t know that Kat.

    wow.

  441. Venice says:

I happily await the day she is re-arrested.

SHE NEEDS TO BE IN POPULATION!!!!!!

    I happily await the day,

  442. LindaOz says:

    Elle,

Not much happening. George pushed a couple of tresspassers and a woman is pressing charges. Anthony’s refused to help K9 searchers with any of Caylee’s possessions so they could get her scent.

  443. Elle Drew says:

My girlfriend thinks she was selling drugs at Universal and was involved with some drug dealers real bad. Not necc that she was doing the drugs but just that she was selling them

Chloroform or the components that make it up also make meth.

  444. LindaOz says:

    Elle,

Oh and the search was called off until October due to weather (flooding).

  445. Elle Drew says:

Did Tim call off the search?

  446. Elle Drew says:

    haha great minds!

  447. LindaOz says:

    Elle,

I’d heard that about meth. Maybe she got it from one of her friends who had a meth lab.

  448. LindaOz says:

I’d sure love to search the HR files at Universal!

  449. Elle Drew says:

wow it’s 2am here, I need to hop in the bed so I get my butt up in 5 hours

  450. LindaOz says:

Yes, Tim called it off. Part of the search team will be going to Aruba to followup on a new tip on Natalie Holloway.

  451. LindaOz says:

Goodnight Elle. I’ve got to hit the sack again too.

  452. Elle Drew says:

I’m still convinced that it was an accident, a botched kidnapping scheme or a little neglect.

I don’t think that she honestly killed her baby.

I mean of course it’s possible that she did, but I just don’t (or maybe don’t want to) see that.

  453. Elle Drew says:

    Speaking of Natalie,

Did you catch that show that aired, where the reporter or whomever went undercover with Joran and he pretty much admitted that he did it.

  454. Elle Drew says:

    Linda, do you have myspace?

email me on my old email addy that I don’t use as my reg anymore and I’ll add you or give you my current email.

    laurasbeautimail@gmail.com

  455. 2shado says:

    Elle….
yes, Tim along with Sheriff Beary. They put in alot of thought and tears while making the decision.

  456. Kat says:

The info about the washing of the pants. It wasn’t until AUGUST 4 that Cindy even told them about the pants:

On August 4th, [investigators] conducted a second audio recorded interview with Cynthia [Cindy Anthony]. While discussing the recovery of Casey’s white car it was discovered that Cynthia had removed items from the car prior to law enforcement being contacted. Cynthia explained that she had removed a pair of gray dress slacks from the back seat area of the car. The slacks were reportedly on the rear floor board of the vehicle and were with a pair of boots and a pair of shoes that reportedly belonged to Casey. According to Cynthia she removed the pants and washed them due to the fact that smelled like the car. Cynthia reported that she ahd put the washed clothing in Casey’s bedroom.

Re: “work” emails – those were forwarded by Lee Anthony to police – not sure if forwarded by email, or printed out and handed over. They got those from LEE who “said” he got them from Casey’s computer. He could made them up just as easily as she could have.

Though I do think I remember her telling him about them in the jailhouse call.

Boy wouldn’t it be awful if she had been planning all this for months? American Psycho indeed!

  457. Kat says:

Link to search warrant cited above

  458. Kat says:

And in that same warrant affidavit it says that on 7/29 Lee provided “a copy of some of defendant’s email” – so I think he handed them some printouts, and you can see his signature and date 7/29 on the emails in the discovery documents.

  459. Kat says:

Annnd – also in that warrant, notes of August 4 interview with George Anthony when he says Casey was wearing the grey pinstripe pants the last time he saw her ,on her way to work with Casey on 6/9.

So whatever the actual date, the last time he saw them, Casey was wearing the death-smell pants. HMMMMMMM.

  460. 2shado says:

    Kat

re: your 1:51 post—stinky. well, if he said everything was “normal” then something’s wrong. even if you are in a car with someone who is smoking you reek. hmmmm And it was Jesse who picked her up when she left her car??

  461. 2shado says:

Curious to me . Seems like EVERYONE had the JUNE 9 date when speaking to LE. And then it all changed when Cindy SUPPOSEDLY REALIZED that the video of Caylee with greatgrandpa was filmed on the 15th (Fathers Day) I recall her being asked about the change when on the stand .
That they ALL had the 9th going on raises an eyebrow for me.

  462. Kat says:

2shado – yes they were ALL parrotting that date, see George’s first handwritten statement. Even bf Anthony gave that date. Let’s see, the last time she was seen was leaving for “work” from home with Caylee – was she going to work on Father’s Day? Or was her “going to work” day sometime after that? Lemme see a calendar…

Well! Interesting! Let’s say they did the visit to Great Gramps at the home in Mt. Dora on Sunday, 6/15. Casey didn’t go along. Cindy’s mom when interviewed said she, Cindy and Caylee saw Gramps and then went back to her house for dinner and then Cindy took Caylee back to her house.

OK now George said last seen 6/9 which was…a MONDAY. So then I guess it was really the day after the 6/15 father’s day visit, so Monday 6/16? Wonder if George has clarified that, if that is the new “last seen” date?

Whichever “date,” I think it’s really weird that those first notes of those first interviews, all start out, “The defendant lived at the XX Hopespring address until June 9th. On June 9th….” So are they saying she admitted that whatever day it was she left there with Caylee to go to the sitter, she no longer lived there once she left? She moved out? That was no longer her residence as of that day, whichever date it was? (which we now guess to be 6/16)? disc docs p. 11 for example. Past tense..”she lived at this address until June 9th” not “she lives at XX address”.

That would fit with the “big fight on 6/15″ scenario.

Haha this always happens I look for one thing and find other things….how about this tidbit from bf Tony’s statement? First of all he says they were together from around May 21 until “yesterday” meaning they broke up. I think we already knew that.

But he repeats Casey’s story about her father cheating on her mother, and he says this:

“And the reasoning for the whole thing with her being here and Caylee being at the nanny’s is the fact that she didn’t want Caylee to be in the house when that was happening.”

So! Partial truth from Casey via Tony…she WAS purposely keeping Caylee away from her parents.

Another random thought – they interviewed this guy Matthew Crisp who works at Cranes Landing Apts & knew Casey from HS. He said, Casey called and told him her bf Tony wanted to get out of his lease at sutton place apts, that the apartment was for “her and her boyfriend” (NO daughter?).

So she was going to set up house with Anthony – just the two of them – her little fantasy come to life?

Crisp said she brought Tony in on JUNE 17 to fill out papers to get an apt. there for the two of them. They never followed thru, he called her and she wouldnt’ talk about the apartment. But she did ask him out to the event at Fusion.

Then he saw her at Subway in Winter Park on JULY 7 at which time she said Caylee was with a sitter and she was picking her up that afternoon. Hmmm. Maybe she did pick up Caylee’s body and move it that day?

Re: picked her up when she left the car – I am pretty sure that was her “bf” Anthony whom she called to pick her up.

OK last one – statement of Sean Daly at Cast Iron Tattoo – longtime friend of Casey’s. Said his gf Anne Dowling told him that Casey spent the night with old bf Ricardo Morales the night of 6/9. There’s that date again! Wonder if they really meant that date, or whether they meant the Sunday before the last time she was seen (6/15)?

Don’t forget about Casey’s 7/10 call to friend Mark Hawkins in California – she told him she was coming out there……

More things that make me go Hmmmm!

  463. 2shado says:

Kat………you are SOOOOOOOO thorough and what a memory for facts! Excellent!
This whole thing is so twisted!!!! I will be looking fwd to ALL the facts when they DO come out. You just know LE has sooooo much that we aren’t privy to (naturally).

I still find it so interesting that, according to the emails sent to Baez FROM State Atty, apparently he is the one who initiated the limited-immunity deal!

I really do find it very weird that no mention of the big stink was made by the guy who picked her up! i think you said it was Tony. I’m going to snoop around :)
However, it does take 1-2 days for the decomp to become noticable (so says the “expert”). So then I wonder if one is deceased in a car and the body is removed if the :o dor” will appear at a later time?? Nooooo can’t be.
Okay, I’m giving myself a big headache now.

George never seemed to have the demeanor of a police officer, in my eyes anyway. Wonder how long he worked on the Dept. Maybe it was a “one horse town” in Ohio.

  464. sandra says:

Wow each comment is so informing. I do understand how everyone thinks the protestors are wrong , however if it shows the dynamic of the family then it does need to be shown. If they really cared about there neighbors they would have gone to a secret location which according to the state attorney’s office was turned down.I honestly feel the anger towards them also. How they just sit back and baby Casey is disgusting. That is exactly why she took Caylee to begin with . To punish her parents for demanding she step up and be a parent instead of the party Queen. I wrote the States Attorney Lawson Lamar and begged him to reconsider offering her limited immunity. He wrote back and explained what was offered and that they knew she wouldn’t take it. he also said everyone in his office is so effected by this case also and that he prays everyday that they find her BODY.
I wont comment on Cindy and George since they raised Caylee I can’t imagine how they feel but I do think they constantly put themselves out there for the protestors to attack. I think if they would not come out many of these people would go away. I do wish they would gather and go look for her body so they can finally arrest Casey.
I do think the chloroform was used in some fashion to either put her to sleep or kill her accident or not it was planned. I looked up chloroform : Also called trichloromethane. Chemistry, Pharmacology. a colorless, volatile, nonflammable, slightly water-soluble, pungent, sweet-tasting liquid, CHCl3, usually derived from acetone, acetaldehyde, or ethyl alcohol by the reaction of chloride of lime: used chiefly in medicine as a solvent and formerly as an anesthetic.
to administer chloroform to, esp. in order to anesthetize, make unconscious, or kill.
Since this is not regularly available she went to trouble to get it. She also stayed away long enough for the body buried or dumpster to decompose as part of her plan. Remember they found her she didn’t just finally come home. I do think she would have gone out to California and hid, telling her parents Caylee was at home with her parents and telling her parents she moved . The bottom line they need her body so everyone please pray they find it. Those of you in orlando go look for it. This girl must not get away with this.

  465. roller24 says:

George was a deputy in Ohio for 10 years.

The fake emails were just Casey’s way out at night whilst living at home. I think this because one of the emails stated that she should bring jeans because not everyone would be in costume. An event planner works reg hours .
Her parents were most likely at this point, giving her grief about all the nights out, when she should be home with her child.
So, work emails her and she and her jeans are out on the town.

  466. Laura says:

hey guys, does anyone think that maybe cindy cleaned up that trunk knowing there would be evidence found there against casey i mean she is a nurse and maybe got choloform somehow from he job and went online to see how to use it i mean im just grasping at straws but on nancy grace she said there was ALOT of choloform found in the trunk

  467. Laura says:

also does anyone if and when mr.miller will come back to search i mean i understand the weather isnt good but the longer they go without finding caylles body wouldnt they lose even more evidence.I mean i am a bit disapointed that they suspended the search though im sure there are reasons why i just hope were getting all the info on why they stopped searching for now.

  468. ohio says:

    Laura,
I don’t feel like Cindy had anything to do with it. She had been to a therapist because she was at her wit’s end with Casey. She was wanting to get Casey out of the house, and wanted to keep Caylee. This is all Casey’s deal. She didn’t want to Caylee, and didn’t want her mother to have her either. As far as I am concerned, they are going over and beyond the call of duty in being behind her and supporting Casey is all this. I don’t think they are total loonies as some suggest. I just think desparation has taken over.
George is on the brink of insanity over all this. I am a grandparent myself, I don’t know how I would react if something like this happened to one of my grandchildren. Do any of us really know? He is deffinitely short-fused and hope he has gone or goes to a Dr. cause I deff think he needs some anti-stress meds. IMO

  469. Laura says:

    I do agree ohio,
geroge has been ready to explode for a while now and i dont think these people (protesters) should be pressing charges im just trying to make sense of the anthonys and beliveing casey 100% knowing the evidence at hand i just hope they are loking at the possibilty casey had an accidet and something happened to caylee

  470. Laura says:

i am also a bit suprised with lee caseys brother i thought he might understand the evidence found but him and casey high five the other day i mean they have no care in the world that is why the people of orlando get so upset the anthonys they seem to live in caseys world and donot care to see what the FBI lab says, people do care

  471. ohio says:

I thought he was staying out of the limelight, and lately I have seen him around again. I dont know what to make of it. Except his parents need him.
If it was just Casey living there I wouldn’t give one iota about protestors being there. But don’t they have better things to do? The neighbors didn’t ask for all this. I wouldn’t be surprised if some for sale signs don’t start going up. But who would want to buy into that? I would hate to live there and have lights, camera, action, all the time. It was a LOT quieter when Casey was behind bars. She’ll be back there, I am sure she will get charged. LE is just letting the timer wind down on the current charges, that gives them more time to refine their case and get her convicted on a murder charge. Believe me they wont let her get away with it if they can help it.
They have more, they are just saving the goods for a grand finale~

  472. J2 says:

Laura- I agree with you that this baby girl needs to be found. I am in california so the weather here is great and I have no idea what it is like to be in Florida’s weather, but I do wish the search would continue. I wish more though, that the Anthony family were the ones asking for the search to continue. That is their grandbaby, why dont they care??? OMGoodness it hurts my heart to think that I, a single mom in California, is more distraught by this case and the inability to find to Caylee, then her own blood relatives. My mother would do ANYTHING to find my son if he were gone for ONE second longer than planned, as would I. Very sad family.

Suck it up Anthony’s, your daughter might just be a killer….hello? Wake up and look for that grandbaby!!

Whew I feel a little better, guess I should try coffee before posting :)

  473. J2 says:

okay so I just went back and read the transcripts from last night…I got an idea

Why not get really, really, REALLY cute cops with no wedding bands to talk to her. Find one cute guy to use as her gaurd, or whatever. SET HER UP! We knoe she started to open her mouth, whether true or not, to Dick. She is boy crazy and it has been mentioned a few times that she won’t talk to save Caylee. She wont try to save herself or her family. But a cute boy!!!!! She’ll talk for that. Its just an idea but if you put time into it I think it would work. Get some handsome fella to befriend her, gain her trust, she might just spill it to get closer to him….

    Anyone else have this idea??

  474. Shelley says:

    hey all

  475. J2 says:

    Hi Shelley

  476. Indy Deb says:

Hi! I changed my name on here to Indy Deb. I was out all day yesterday and another Deb showed up. HOw is everyone doing?

  477. Jan says:

On http://www.wftv.com a lady is searching through the Anthony’s garbage…….doing her own investigation into the disappearance of Caylee. People want this little girl found……Goes to prove they’ll stop at nothing.

  478. J2 says:

Jan- Thanks for the link…Can you do that? I think once they toss it to the curb it is public but could that (any evidence found) become inadmissable in court???

Glad to see people want to help in productive way too!

  479. roller24 says:

I thought the same about Cindy using chloroform on the trunk to sanitize the evidence, but they specifically stated that it was casey’s cpu that had the chloro searches and im sure that they also confiscatied cindy’s laptop. Im not sure which cpu the searches were actually on, but the car sat in the garage a full day prior to being seized.
If regular bleach was used and there was urine in the car, chloroform could have been formed as well, but again the searches for chloroform on the web is very incriminating. I wish we had the date of those searches.

  480. ohio says:

    roller,
It was a vaporized form of chloroform, therefore it was the “pure” form of it. Not due to a mixture of bleach and urine.

  481. ohio says:

    Jan,
Yes, once it’s to the curb, it’s “diver’s choice.

  482. roller24 says:

also, In recent photos of Casey, ive noticed that her nose seems to be getting longer. I cant wait for the donkey ears to sprout.

  483. J2 says:

    ohio- lol Diver’s”

  484. J2 says:

I also missed the high five that happened but am appauled at their lack of heart

    poor babygirl

  485. Indy Deb says:

My bf made a point last night that kind of floored me. By her having a relationship with a cop (which was recently terminated from his job for lying about the relationship), could this be used to eliminate some use of history or evidence in this case. A relationship with him could leave room for her legal defense to say some things are “inadmissable” because of that. Anyone given this any thought?

  486. roller24 says:

Thanks Ohio, I had pretty much ruled out that theory due to the web searches, but had heard on the NG show about the mixing.
    and thought it worth mentioning.

any comments on the Vida Bella theory?

  487. J2 says:

    Indy Deb,
I believe it was mentioned on NG last night. They could have a field day with it. Certainly could have been part of her plan the whole time….

  488. roller24 says:

I believe the deputy claimed that they met at a party, and only had brief encounter(s).

This would have them knowing each other prior to the arrest.
Im not certain, but I think that it was finished before any sh*t hit the fan, she may have tried to contact him after though.

  489. KATH says:

I’ve been watching this since day 1 and read all the interviews etc. I honestly believe that the ONLY reason Cassie’s parents are standing behind their daughter is because Cassie knows something that she is holding over her parents head and it could destroy them. They seem like a very close bonded family not to mention very SPOILED CHILDREN. And don’t forget where the name “Caylee” originated from. “Cay” from “Cassie” and “Lee” from her brother.
No one in their right mind could or would believe this cockin bull story Cassie is telling and her parents know little Caylee is gone. Cindy claims to be getting lots of calls of “Caylee sightings” but does not go herself to check them out. Cassie’s family is holding out hope that whatever Cassie knows and is holding over their heads will never be revialed.

  490. J2 says:

I still wonder if it wasn’t part of her plan. Use him for information if nothing else. Betweeen he and George she may have had some good insight into the workings of the police…maybe even good places to hide things…idk

  491. Indy Deb says:

    What high five?

  492. J2 says:

Read on here previously about a high five between Casey and Lee…

  493. Brian says:

    Kath,

Who is Cassie? Don’t you mean cock and bull?

  494. KATH says:

    sorry brian,
I have a neice by the same name and she spells is cassie

  495. Jan says:

Regarding the fact that her (Casey and her brother, Lee) were “high fiving” yesterday………

When Casey is locked away they say that she doesn’t cause any trouble and is an avid reader…….makes her look “intelligent”,,,,,,,but, when out in public acting the way she always does……you’d think it would have to be a PLUS for the prosecution……..Think about it.

  496. ohio says:

roller are you talking about the tatoo? i felt like it was a clue casey would always have with her where she dumped Caylee if she were never found.

I also feel as if Lee may be playing Casey “high-fiving” is just to prefriend her. Has anyone ever watched “Sleeping with the Enemy”? No… he’s not sleeping with her, but doing what he needs to do to get her to slip up and give information.

So far he seems to be the one that hasn’t totally lost it. I hope Lee doesn’t disappoint me. His parents need him to keep them in check. I wonder what their attorney had to say after George’s episode? The more this goes on the more and more he boils inside.
And Casey is lapping it up. She got back at her parents in the ultimate sense. She’s loving all the attention. She may as well enjoy it while she is getting it cause when she goes to jail she will be forgotten

  497. KATH says:

My husband, who is a detective, thinks that one theory Cassie is working on, is that she changed her story about leaving Caylee at the apartments to having her kidnapped at the park cause he thinks they will find the body near or around the park and possibly in a dumpster. Than Cassie can say the “nanny” did it. Also, Cassie met Tony, her boyfriend at the apartment where they were going to get a place together and told the Landlord it was going to be just her and Tony. No mention of a child. That was stated in the documents with the interview of the person at the apartment building

  498. Jan says:

What do you guys and gals think would happen if they didn’t put her on home confinement? How much more circumstancial evidence do you think they would have then? I think letting her out and having a team of secretly follow her 24/7 (each armed with a video camera) would have made this whole case…….WAAAAY more interesting.

  499. Chloe says:

I just pray and hope they find Caylee for burial purposees and closure for the people who truly did love her. This Casey and Cindy need to both go to jail.

  500. KATH says:

Chloe your right! After watching and seeing Cindy’s actions you can see where her daughter gets it from. In fact, the other day Cindy was talking about something and used the words “gut feeling” which is exactly what Cassie would say in her conversations to her family when she was in jail

  501. Jan says:

    Hey Kath,

Does your husband also think they turned up something “BIG” in their search this weekend? Being that he was a detective and all…………Equuasearch searched the bottom of the ocean floor for Natalee Holloway, but, I’m just thinking out loud!

  502. Jaci says:

Anybody see the new thing added to Casey’s MySpace headline?

“(only positive messages, please. all others, are being reported and blocked.)”

It was updated today at 3:26 a.m. Casey must be some night owl!

  503. KATH says:

No Jan, athough he believes Natalee was tossed in the ocean he doesn’t believe there could be anything left to find. But “if” they do find something they will never be able to prove what happened or who did it

  504. KATH says:

As for Cindy, if she REALLY believes someone out there has her grandaughter why doesn’t she have her face in front of the camera everyday begging that person to please give Caylee back. Thats the way other people do it when their child is missing. They beg on camera for the safe return of that child

  505. Indy Deb says:

Kath-I agree on the park scenario and her feeling she would be able to blame it on the babysitter should Caylees body be found there. Does anyone know if they have yet searched ALL of Blanchard Park and J. Blanchard Trail? I think she’s trying to set up her defense. As for the family (and I used to not include Lee but he is looking shadier by the minute), I think we should all just stand on the fact that this child has become America’s child and in our hearts, our child. I wonder if it would benefit all of us to just ignore the family and let them go on with their sick lives while we hope and pray and search for Caylee.

  506. Jan says:

    Thanks Kath……….

  507. ohio says:

    Kath,
I agree, I think we just need to leave the Anthony’s alone. Let them deal with it. If Casey weren’t in the house, they would have a lot more privacy. But as soon as she gets out all hell breaks loose.
At times I get tired of guessing scenarios, and trying to figure it out. But then something new comes out and there I go again.

  508. Laura says:

    hey guys,
ya know i was thinking if there are all these sightings why isnt cindy on a plane right away looking into them or Lee oe someone in the family with all the money they got from 20/20 they can afford it

  509. KATH says:

Laura, thats exactly right. I don’t understand why Cindy isn’t in front of a camera everyday begging Caylee’s kidnappers to return their grandchild. If she is so sure someone has her then she needs to speak to the public and ask the kidnappers to release her!

  510. Jan says:

If she had sold the baby……the family that bought her would have been so sorry for Cindy Anthony in the beginning that they would have willfully come forth with baby. I don’t think any of Casey’s friends would have kidnapped her either. Why would anyone who would be into drugs and things kidnap a child anyways?????? It’d just slow their lifestyle waaaay down.

Blood Money never lasts long anyway, God will see to that……………

  511. Laura says:

You guysgotta see this lady Lorannie who went threw the anthonys trash this moring this is so hilarous!

  512. Sandra says:

hey does anyone know where Caylee was born. On another blog I read she got pregnant in Ohio and then they all moved to Orlando where Lee was and she gave birth in Orlando. I would really love to know why they left and also why George did not get on a forse here instead he’s a security guard? somethings not right.

  513. roller24 says:

OHIO, Yes, I think the tattoo is significant, and in my previous post last night I mentioned this….
(quote)Before any evidence of death, I had a strong feeling that Casey was hiding Caylee with a freind in fear of losing her to her mother in a custody battle.

She wrote the script mentioned to the bounty hunter and has followed it until she conjured up a story to place Zanieda in the villianess’ postion of the park scenario.(quote)

Check out he google street view to see this for your self, you can virtually drive the enitire BELLA VIDA Blvd.

ON a side note, I believe in the interview with the Tat artist he spelled VIda with a T as Vita. Which is the Italian word for life. Vida is the Portugese word for Life.
Lindsey Lohan recently got an identical inking with the italian spelling used. Perhaps she idolizes lohan and is just copying her, but the proximity of Bella Vida neighborhood is spooky.

  514. K. says:

I left long comments under….More Protestor Drama.

I was a volunteer searcher, and that’s my side of what I saw!

    Please read.

    Nancy,

Why is Casey getting “special treatment” on not having her bond revoked over them finding a gun? Didn’t George know the conditions? It almost sounds like he was tryin to hide it in a wheel well, so it wouldn’t be found out. If it was anyone else, they would be back in jail.

I can understand the frustations of the family, but believe they are bringing it on themselves.

I also think if George is a retired police officer, they still are held to higher standard for code of conduct. Whereas, he should be accountable for his assaultive behavior. Especially with his law enforcement background, for conduct on or off duty. He does have the choice to not be out there and has no right assaulting people, and they were on public property. If you look at the video, and I was there to witness, he was walking away toward the house and then turned back around and walked back toward the protestors, when he started pushing them. He provoked his own actions at that point. And from other videos, this was not the first time for him to assault people. (Remember the two guys that set up camp?) He assaulted the skinny guy. I consider his actions wrong, and he looks and acts like a “bully” and I hope the charges stick.

  515. Brian says:

Roller the Bella Vida thing is pretty eerie. Good work.

  516. Amanda says:

I believe that Cindy and George atleast know something about Caylee. Both of their stories have changed since Casey got out of jail the first time. Stories aren’t adding up.

  517. Amanda says:

I never heard anything about a tattoo. What is that about?

  518. KATH says:

has anyone heard the interview with the newly hired lawyers for the grandparents? here is the link http://www.myfoxorlando.com/myfox/MyFox/pages/sidebar_video.jsp?contentId=7363422&version=1&locale=EN-US

    rachel.S -

Thanks for acknowledging my thoughts on this thread.

  520. ohio says:

    roller,
thx, very interesting on that “tat”. I am sure LE has thought of that scenario. If not, you might want to call it in.

  521. KGeauxLSU says:

I have pondered this many times about her employment. How in the world could her parents think she had a job for 2 years and not realize this was not the case. Did they EVER call her at work? I know my Mom and Dad would call me at work just to say hi, make plans, check on me, etc. This family is so dysfunctional that it is frightening. Did she never talk about or bring her “work” friends home? This is just ridiculous to me that they wouldn’t know that she had no job. Also ridiculous to me is that they wouldn’t have made more of an effort from day 1 to find Caylee. Believe me, my mom and dad would have had every LE agency out looking for both me and my child were I in this situation, and I’m 43 years old. They also would have pressed charges against me for the theft of $45,000. I feel like these parents are enablers and they have created this monster that Casey is.

  522. roller24 says:

    Thanks Ohio,
I did email it to the OCSO caylee tipline.

  523. ohio says:

Good job roller. It can’t hurt. I am sure LE only has so many heads to put together in their department. And with all of the thousands of bloggers, maybe, just maybe something that is said here and reported just might be the tip that puts it together! Wouldn;t that be awesome?

  524. joe d says:

    Evening all
Am convinced the protesters are all nuts.

  525. Laura says:

hey guys did you hear that gail saint john the other team that was helping to search for casey is being inveatigated for credit card fraud now she over charged her donors credit cards and now she left the search to everyone is tryig to make money from poor caylle

  526. Arleen says:

Jan …. If someone had the baby they would have been turned in by a friend, a relative, a neighbor. This is too high profile for anyone to keep the baby hidden this long.

  527. Cindynotanthony says:

On NG they mentioned finding bones, probably animal bones….. along with clothing ? Could it be that they believe it is Caylee but are keeping quiet until they get the results. …. Equisearch left soon after that discovery.

  528. roller24 says:

I believe they were racoon bones, snd they were still searching by the UCF last nite.

  529. Tim in Colorado says:

We’re into speculation again here in a couple of theories here, including the tattoo and the idea that bones found by Equusearch may actually be Caylee’s.

As to the first, I think it’s clear that the police were interested in the tattoo angle, but not so much for the tattoo itself as for the fact that the tattoo artists were some of the last people to see Casey just hours before the Anthonies finally get back in touch with her, the Pontiac is recovered and Casey is arrested. More than one detective was dispatched to interview them, and I think it’s fair to say that investigators were definitely interested in what they had to say. (See Discovery Documents, Part 3, pp.37-41).

I am not discounting the possibility that Casey may have been creating a headstone in her mind with the tattoo — and I agree that the angle of the housing development in the Orlando area with the similar name bears checking out, as does the angle of imitating Lindsay Lohan’s celebrity tattoo, if that is in fact true — but it also must be acknowledged that there is evidence here that Casey did not expect to be caught or charged with anything. She made an appointment for the following Saturday, July 19, anticipating that she would be free to keep it.

As to the theory that Equusearch actually did find something of value but they and the OCSO is being hush-hush about it: that seems doubtful, especially as you observe the palpable frustration and disappointment of Tim Miller and his crew in the interview in which he announced the suspension of the search. I’ve heard some speculate that this is a cover for having found something they wish to remain secret, but that seems far-fetched too, as I’m not sure Tim and his volunteers could be expected to pull off that much of an Academy Award-worthy performance in front of news cameras.

Speaking of that “performance,” did anyone notice the woman in the white blouse behind Tim in that interview, who was actually crying and wiping away tears as he was making the announcement that the search would be suspended? I was struck with her empathy for Caylee in that footage, and was wondering if that might have been Mrs. Miller. Regardless of who it was, it occurred to me that her emotional response is the one we ought to be seeing in both Casey and her parents . . . but we’re not.

  530. roller24 says:

God forbid there ever be conjecture in a blog thread. (looks for rolleyes smilie tag.)

I went over to Belle vista today and drove the hood.

I really feel a dog search is warranted for this area, it’s close to deputy Tony’s apt and Fusion which places it well in the radius of interest.

I even see a strong resemblence to the psychic’s descriptions of a park like area with wildflowers and a cinderblock building. which are the construction material for the new homes being built there.

Interesting enough on the site that I drove to see, Google Street View showed an empty lot, which now has a nearly finished home upon it., I would love to get the date on that concrete pour.

  531. Amanda says:

You think Caylee may be under that new house?

  532. roller24 says:

everything I write is just conjecture. but If i had to dump a body, and knew of this location, it would be high on the list.
