Cindy and George Anthony attended a county commissioners meeting Tuesday evening where their neighbors discussed their grievances with the protesters in their neighborhood.
The meeting concluded with the Anthonys agreeing to hold their weekly prayer vigils at a church, instead of at their house.
Neighbors were trying to work out a solution to prevent protesters from gathering around the Anthony home late at night.
Anthony family attorney Mark Nejame expressed the family’s frustration with the constant crowds at the house.”I will not dignify the miscreants that have been in front of their lawn by calling them protesters,” Nejame said. “As I said, they would not know the constitution if they threw that against the house.”Things had calmed down over the past week, but that ended on Sunday night when a prayer vigil was held in the Anthonys’ front yard for missing toddler Caylee Anthony.”Most of the people that come around here, they really don’t care about what’s going on at the house. They’re more concerned with getting themselves on TV and stuff,” neighbor Michael Ortiz said.An effort by the homeowners’ association to move protesters down the street to a vacant lot has failed twice in court. Neighbors are frustrated.”The traffic has increased a lot, so now we have to be watchful out there for cars coming in and coming out,” neighbor Rafael Torres said. The Orange County Sheriff’s Office said additional deputies are patrolling the neighborhood, but they want the Anthonys to do more.A spokesman for Orange County Sheriff Kevin Beary said the sheriff’s office has received and responded to nearly 300 calls from neighborhood residents since Casey Anthony was released from jail. He said they have posted undercover officers in the area, detracting from the amount of deputies in high-crime areas. The sheriff’s office agreed to assign two deputies to patrol the area around the Anthony home. Earlier today, a judge again denied a HOA motion for an injunctiion that would control when and where people could demonstrate outside the Anthony home.
As with the group’s first motion, this one failed because of inadequate notice to groups who might be impacted by the change.
But Circuit Court Judge Cynthia Z. Mackinnon denied the motion without prejudice, so it can be amended and filed again.
There should be no mistake that the Court’s action is not a license to protestors or the Anthonys to do what they want, where they want, whenever they want- MacKinnon
The Orange County Sheriff’s Department has announced Monday after a meeting that they are asking the Anthony family to hold their weekly vigil service inside the home or in the back yard.Sheriff officials said it is the most effective way to brunt the impact of protesters outside the home.
A woman who Casey Anthony named as her missing daughter’s baby sitter, Zenaida Gonzalez, revealed her identity as she fights to clear her name and end the death threats.
tracked down Zenaida Gonzalez nearly two months ago she wanted her identity concealed. However, Gonzalez is now revealing her identity to the world.
She said she is fighting back against Casey Anthony.”I won’t even be able to trust them,” Gonzalez said. “I don’t trust that family point blank as it is right now because my name is involved.”Gonzalez is now represented by high-profile attorney John Morgan. They have filed a defamation lawsuit again Casey Anthony for giving deputies Gonzalez’s name, Local 6 reported..”(Casey Anthony) made a mistake when she pulled that name because Zenaida — through us — is going to push back,” Morgan said.Anthony told authorities that Caylee was last seen with Gonzalez.”It was a lie,” Morgan said. “It was false and it was slander.”Gonzalez has said she has been threatened by people to return Caylee — or else.”(It) has been stressful,” Gonzalez said. “I’ve never been through a situation like this.”Gonzalez said she is having health problems and was hospitalized over the weekend for an ulcer. After a weeks hiatus due to angry protesters the Anthony’s held another Sunday night vigil. It seems as though the protesters have calmed down a little which is a refreshing change. Another refreshing change is what George had to say:
I am done lashing out. I want to tell them over there God bless them.
I suspect those two refreshing changes are of relation.
Here is the ever growing list of Document & Discovery. I will be adding to this list continually. I have given this table a Page of it’s own and will always be accessible from the Tabs at the top of the screen.

Last week Casey Anthony's defense team tipped their hand on how they intended to show reasonable doubt. Unfortunately for the meter reader that found the remains of Caylee Anthony, he's become public enemy numero uno. As the Anthony family hunkers down behind a theory of disproven leads and tired tips, alleged druggie friends and a nanny who exists only as code for Casey’s ex-fiancé, the State delivers a startling one-two counterpunch to the defense’s motions to dismiss Remember the photos of the trash from Casey’s trunk? Did anything unusual or out of the ordinary make a […]
