Padilla “Casey has an Invisible friend”

Padilla said he still thinks Caylee is alive and that Anthony handed her off to someone. But he does not believe the toddler was dropped off with a baby-sitter named Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez, which is what Anthony has told detectives. “We don’t believe [Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez] exists,” Padilla said.

“[Anthony's] got an invisible friend that’s called Zenaida,” he said. “She’s got a world that she lives in that’s apart from ours.”

Padilla said he is using Anthony’s cell phone records as part of his own investigation and has spoken to some of her friends.

Bounty Hunter Padilla having second thoughts

excerpt from the transcript Nancy Grace Show 8/26/08:

LEONARD PADILLA, BOUNTY HUNTER: After reading it, I don`t believe I would have talked my nephew, Tony Padilla, into posting the bond, and I certainly don`t believe that I would have come to Orlando after reading that. I mean, I`m still hoping that the little girl is alive, but there`s a lot of information in those 400 pages that would lead people to believe something different.

08-25-08 Nancy Grace Show / Caylee Anthony (video & transcript)

JANE VELEZ-MITCHELL, GUEST HOST: Breaking news tonight. Shocking, and I mean shocking new developments in the case of that beautiful three- year-old Florida girl named Caylee, last seen with her mother, Casey.
Little Caylee has been missing, as you probably know, for 10 long weeks. Bombshells tonight. More than 400 pages of key documents just released minutes ago reveal that while pregnant the missing girl`s mother, Casey Anthony allegedly wanted to give little Caylee up for adoption. Friends are also claiming that Casey has a history of doing drugs and you will not believe what Casey`s own mother allegedly said.

These hundreds of pages of documents, including arrest reports and witness interviews shed disturbing new light on what authorities are finding out during their investigation.

After 37 days in isolation, mom Casey Anthony is now out of jail. A California bounty hunter and bail bondsmen put up $50,000, predicting she`s more likely to talk about out of jail. Meanwhile, just hours ago, Casey Anthony leaves home confinement to meet with jail officials and undergo alcohol and, yes, drug testing. But tonight, the big question remains, where oh, where is Caylee Anthony?

Just released, 400 pages of eye-popping documents reveals stunning new information in the search for three-year-old Caylee Anthony. Not only did mom Casey Anthony give police the runaround, claiming she did not know what happened to Caylee, but now we learn when Casey Anthony found out she was pregnant, she wanted to give up her little girl for adoption.

A friend of Casey`s who was interviewed exclusively by the police told them that Casey often talked about what life would be like without Caylee. She said things like, she missed partying. This friend also revealed

From the Circus file – Publicity hounds have altercation outside Anthony Home

Bounty hunter Leonard Padilla swatted a mic stand into a local musician while he was playing with his rock band outside Casey Anthony’s home earlier this week.

A video of the Sunday afternoon incident, involving four members of the band Biteboy, has surfaced on YouTube.

The band was riding on a flatbed trailer — with their guitars, drums, amplifiers and a portable generator — when they began playing in front of the Anthony family home.

Rick Namey Sr., manager of Biteboy and father of member Rick Namey, said the band was playing a song written by his son: “Casey’s Song (Wine Sick Mind).”

“He wrote it for Casey basically to tell her the world’s onto her,” Namey said.

The lyrics include: So don’t bring me your pain You’re the only one to blame You’re the only one to blame You’re stuck on the outside Got nowhere left to hide

Padilla, a bounty hunter from California and uncle of the bondsman who posted Anthony’s bail, came outside and confronted the loud band.

“Leonard says, ‘Move it, move it. You’ve got to move it,’” Namey said.

At one point, Padilla hits the mic stand.

On Tuesday morning, Padilla told the Orlando Sentinel he did swat the stand.

“I was pissed,” he said.

“I felt sorry for the parents. I’m just glad they weren’t there.”

Namey said Leonard was “totally out of line.”

His son, who wasn’t available to comment Tuesday morning, wants to file a complaint against Padilla with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. Namey said his son was cut by the mic stand.

lol, poor kid couldn’t find his dad.  At least his “band manager” was there.  Looks like this whole Casey Anthony Fiasco may end up costing Leonard Padilla a little more than 50K.
