Could the father of Caylee be a prominent married man? Is the reason Casey is not worried about Caylee is because she is with her fathers family? I don’t believe the story about the real father being killed & his family never knowing about a child. Just my thought.
The Father could be anyone I am guessing it was a “casual” relationship or she would have gone after somebody for $$$$$ … especially if it was the friend who died … social security would have helped her for many years. So I do not believe the father is known or like I said this family would have gone after the $$$$$ I am actually starting to feel a lot of sadness for George, Cindy and Lee. I hope they can make Casey talk and that they make her lead the authorities to Caylee … this is so sad.
So Sharon, how could that be possible? A prominent married man who now has in his custody a very recognizable three year old child and yet not come forward, REALLY??
Honestly, I believe that this hosebag has no idea who the father is, it seems she has had many, many partners and doesn’t have a clue who the father is.
Islandgirl …. Exactly !!!!
Ladies, check out the eyes of Jesus Ortez. They look just like Caylee’s (see his myspace page.) Although all of the above is true about Casey, he looks like the father. Casey, who is said to have dated 2 policemen in Orlando probably did take up with somebody’s husband, dragging his name through the mud, pissing off the entire department. I do not know this for sure but there is some reason that there is no love lost. Tonight, Geraldo had a statement from Orange Co. police, they were back pedaling so fast I almost could not comprehend it. The DNA test must be nothing! I am so upset. Watch it and give your opinion. Somebody knows something, please talk,
don’t let Casey get away with it! Tell somebody who will protect your identity.
Jean – your last two sentences should be posted on everyone’s website, myspace, and in large headlines in every newspaper—-including PR….wonder if anyone is passing out fliers in PR….if I had any info I would be talking to everyone and telling everyone what I knew, including the police….I do not understand why she had to spend so many hours with her lawyer, what is there to discuss. Her lawyer is obstructing justice just as sure as her parents are….and LEE too….. I don’t know if Cindy opened up a can of worms or if Casey is the only worm in the can…….liar liar pants on fire, indeed.
If she is such a hot item, why did she have to lie and steal to her own parents, to authorities, to her friends….sounds like some druggies I’ve heard of…..
Jean:
I reviewed the Geraldo segment from the Live Desk program (http://www.foxnews.com/video2/video08.html?maven_referralObject=3044845&maven_referralPlaylistId=&sRevUrl=http://www.foxnews.com/livedesk/index.html) and may not have gotten exactly what you did from it.
Geraldo described a “nightmare scenario” in which a body is not found and Casey is tried and convicted of child neglect and making false statements to police, and in which she goes to prison for only a few years . . . and I have to agree with Geraldo that this is entirely possible under the present state of the case. What Geraldo was saying, and I happen to agree to some degree, is that unless the DNA police find happens to show that the body of Caylee was deceased, it may not be probative.
Notice I am saying “may not be probative,” but it also could be to some degree, even if what is found appears to be of the ordinary (non-deceased) kind. We would expect to find Caylee’s DNA in various forms (hair especially) in a car seat in the car she usually travels in. But we would not so much expect Caylee’s DNA to be found in that car’s trunk, though that is not impossible. (Caylee would not necessarily have to have been in the trunk for it to get there, but something making contact with Caylee could shed a hair, for example.)
However, if the stain in the trunk contains blood or some other form of DNA from Caylee, this would be highly suspicious, even if it cannot be shown from the DNA that the body it came from was deceased. It would tend to show that Caylee had been in a place where she should not have been for any length of time, and that she may have been injured. The extent and nature of the stain could also help investigators determine the severity and cause of that injury. In some respects, with the knowledge that investigators have about the stain they found (which they are not likely to release to the public, by the way) they may have a lot better idea than we do already what happened to Caylee, even without having to wait for results of DNA testing. Make sense? Does to me.
