I almost think the Grand father is the father and maybe Casey is trying to keep Caylee away from the abuse she might have suffered. Something is goin on here and I really believe the police are doing an injustice by not looking at the grandparents a little harder. The grandmothers eratic behavior does not resemble that of some one in murning but some one who wants to keep a horrible secrete hidden for ever.
Wow – that’s a wild, but not unplausable theory, Scotty, and I have to agree; something deeply disturbing is threaded within the dynamics of this family and whatever it is has them all scrambling to piece lie after lie together in order to cover something up. It could well be incest – or kiddie porn – or a baby-selling operation. Whatever it is it is generating deep shame and completely muddying the waters of this entire investigation. If Caylee is found alive (I pray she is) I fervently hope that the State removes her from the care of any of her biological relly’s, finds a stable, healthy home for her and implements the supports / therapy that will sadly be needed in order for her to lead a happy life. Criminal charges and stiff penalties for the nut-jobs who have neglected and endangered her would be very welcome too.
totally agree w/ the incest thing. grandpa is caylees dad. casey is a pathalogical liar and devoid of emotion and capable of murder because she experienced this trauma. and this is why her parents enable her life style- because everybody has a secret they dont want revealed.
I agree Casey is traumatized perhaps due to death Caylee’s father in a car accident a year ago. Grandmother says she heard Caylee in background not long ago & stated Casey & she talked every day, sometimes 2 3 x day during those 5 weeks. Why would Casey call that often when obviously they had a rocky relationship. I heard grandma say that Casey was taking Caylee for time alone some week back. Grandma said she heard Caylee on phone in background. Cind’s report to 911 ‘I told you my daughter was missing for a month’..that’s a contradiction. Did no one pick that up on the statements cindy made prior to 911 tape release. That bothers me a great deal. Grandma could just be so traumatized and tired she misstatated. But when she said I gave me a month and I’m not giving you another day…something’s wrong she already knew Caylee was missing. Did the mother and grandma have a fight – daughter constantly lied to her, stole car, stole credit cards….They took in Casey and Caylee after Caylees dad died. She was threatening to call family court to get custody…so it would appear Casey was not the best mom. Didn’t the grandma know she didn’t have a job? Most kids I know have to give rent to parents as part of making them responsible adults. I don’t believe the grandpa was abusive to the child or Casey. Casey sounds like a strong willed girl and if that was the case she’d have taken off. She’d no doubt reported that. I think we have to not jump to conclusions where no evidence validates them. I think the brother has been handling the questions for the family very well. I think what he told Casey was right on and he meant it. I think she needs a new lawyer. She doesn’t want anything to do with her family but the judge has stated she must be home bound with elec monitoring when released. What was the check cashing place name and address the car was found in? DId she leave it there to project it was stolen? Many of us want to volunteer to be part of a search party. They haven’t asked for one yet so they must have their reasons. I did not want to condemn Casey or suggest her mother knows more that she’s saying. But if I knew one of our many kids were missing for a day much less a month, like the others on this site I’d be out every waking moment searching. I still have strong feeling it was an accident like leaving her in a hot car. This isn’t about condemning Casey – it’s about finding Caylee. When will DNA report be relesed Deputy editor or can you not make a best guess? Kids are my life, mine or not, and there’s nothing I wouldn’t do to help. If her lawyer is telling her not to talk then he’s not very good. He knows more than he’s saying too I think.
I’m interested in what stores she went on this shopping spree and the locations of all cell calls for those 5 weeks as they would tell every where she was (Casey). They will find this child and they will find the truth. If it was an accident why not say it? She wouldn’t be so suspect and the penalty would be far less severe. In fact if that happened, she well not have been charged with murder. Our prayers are with Caylee. perhaps her mom her mom is just a traumatized mom but she should have reported it day one. The longer kids are missing the less chance they are alive.

I do not presume to guess why Casey is a liar as she is..but I do know that a notmal reaction to a lost or stolen child is to react not hide it.

Just take 14 mins out to listen to the phone call from jail. Casey does not care about her daughter. Her best friend is crying and pleading for information. Her brother is trying to figure out what’s going on and ALL Casey wants is a “Tonys” phone number. She sounds like a selfish, lying thief. She has even stolen from her best friend let alone her parents who supposedly have been supporting her financially (whether they wanted to or not) I agree about the mom and grandma, they have been fighting forever and Caylee was the one person the grandmother held over her daughter’s (Casey) head! COLD hearted girl Casey is! I hope justice prevails in this case!

For all you who does not know this, Caylee’s father was killed in a car accident about a year ago. From what I understand, the authorities have confirmed this information. Unlike everything else Casey has told the police, this happened to be the only thing that didn’t come back as a lie by Casey.

I thought the same thing about the grandfather being the father. If not, It also crossed my mind that she wanted her out of the house away from him because maybe he was molesting her (Casey). I don’t know, unfortunately Casey has thrown this entire nation for a loop with appearance of disconcern. It bothers me as well that 2 different dogs pinpointed the same spot in the trunk for evidence of death. This young girl is obviously got something to hide and I just pray that IF and WHEN they find this little girl that she NEVER has the opportunity to put her in danger again. Not even the grandmother having custody is far enough away from Casey Anthony.

I totally agree with ladyhawk1 about all of the different scenarios that could have occurred. It is completely mind blogging of how Casey can’t seem to recall any phone numbers, dates, or anything to be frank. How, on earth, wouldn’t a grown woman be able to think back and calculate any times or dates that she may have spoken to someone that could potentially harm her baby. Her brain seems to be fried or scattered one!!. If my two year old son comes up missing for an hour, you better believe all hell is going to break loose!!. I know if this was me in this situation my mom would be all up and down my head within the first 30 mins. They all seem to be just a little too lenient for me, b/c why didn’t the grandparents ever question her about this “mysterious nanny”?? How in the world is this nanny still unknown after two years?? It just doesn’t add up!!… I mean come on you guys you have to be more cautious with your babies!! Sounds like a double life- Maybe is an escort and or dealing in drugs . I believe drugs are involved. Maybe an underground baby black market. I agree with adrienne. Something tipped me off when I heard their last conversation. It’s like she is holding something over him. She has a purpose in manipulating him. Their conversation was cryptic but seemed understandable to them. I also noticed that Caylee could be a combination of Casey and Lee.
By the way, DNA analysis should be able to clear that idea up (Lee being the father). I’m sure the police have that covered.

I’ve read all these responses. There are alot of cnclusions has to what has happened to baby caylee.
1. Where did the babysitter live? Does no one live at that residence? I’m sure DNA could be pulled out of the babysitters house if Caylee was there. The babysitters DNA could also be found there.
2. I say the police need to put more pressure on casey to talk. Shes’ not telling everything.
3. I just dont get it how the grandparents didnt miss the child for a month either.
4. Seems like this crime was well planned for sometime.

I am a grandmother of six…..If one of my grandchildren were not accounted for, for a month, believe me I would be asking some serious questions!! I know the grandmother wants to believe her “daughter” but come on, her main concern should be little Caylee and where she is….I would go to the ends of the world to get the truth, either out of my daughter or whomever I had to…to get to the truth…This is absurd!!!!! And also, no “Mom” goes out partying and having pics taken with another woman, smiling and yukking it up…with her own daughter missing…I have my own ideas as to what happened to Caylee…..either Mom got pissed off at her and hit her and accidentally killed her and is trying to cover her tracks…or she sold her because she wanted to live the party lifestyle….she is a sick sick woman!!!!
That’s what I think too, Casey probably killed her by accident left her in a hot car, or she left her with her boyfriend and he raped and killed her and they are covering it up, because Casey feels bad because she shoukdn’t have left her with him in the first place!!

Supposedly, the father is deceased!!! He never had anything to do with Casey or her child and family. I watched Nancy Grace tonight and I am still baffled about the whole thing. Casey stole gas tanks from her parents, which they reported as stolen and also asked the neighbors to borrow a shovel!!!!! HELLO!!!!!! I think the FBI needs a good interrogator to question Casey and get to the bottom of this. Of course, we all hope and pray that Caylee is still alive but I’m really thinking that Casey is the ONLY one who knows the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the TRUTH!!!!
I think either Caylee crawled in the pool in the grandparents backyard and drowned and Casey paniced and burried her temporarially until she could be alone long enough to move her to the trunk of her car later (when she asked the neighboor for the shovel and backed her car up to the garage) and disposed of her somewhere. She probably went along like life was normal so no one would suspect or notice. Giving it long enough for the trail of clues to deminish or more stuff forgotten. Her friends probably didn’t notice anything was wrong. She probably did all of this in between partying and visiting friends and shopping. Or if the child is still alive maybe Caylee is with the real father who no one wants to know is Caylee’s father and is probably a shady guy if he was with Casey in the first place. He might be in some trouble and not want to be found, but have the child. Casey might have thought he was safe to leave Caylee with if he contacted her to see his daughter. Now she doesn’t want to let on she knows anything about the father if he sees it on TV he might dump Caylee to not get caught. Her making comments she makes like “She’ll be home by her 3rd b-day” Might be on purpose hoping the father will hear it on TV and return her. She might be telling lies on publised material to speak to the person she knows has Caylee in some way they will understand. How does she have a babysitter for Caylee for 2 years and the grandparents not know the babysitter or a way to contact her. Wouldn’t they help pick her up sometimes or want to know who is taking care of their grandchild knowing their daughter can’t make good desicions. Maybe this unknown Nanny Cayle has been with all these years was the father or relative of the father that no one wants known. Have the grandparents ever asked Caylee about where she was or who she was with. Don’t they remember Caylee ever alking about who babysat her? Kids get atached to babysitters over time and will refer to them a lot. I know she is only 2 but she could had said some words about a person.
Anyways this is all bizzare and sad. I hope she is alive and I hope the person she is with has her because they love her and want to take care of her better than her mother was. Lets pray this child is in no way being harmed. She shouldn’t have been taken but if she has been let it be the best sinario posible.
Fact: No one knows the father as the family of Mr Ortiz never heard anything about this until Caylee went missing.
Fact: There have been no reports on Casey’s employment for the last 2 years. Appears that everyone including her family thought she still worked at Universal. Since Casey lived with her parents until 6 weeks ago, wouldn’t you think they’s have SOME KNOWLEDGE of what she did everyday, etc. AND, where do you get money for babysitter and partying etc when you don’t have a job. I know she stole from her parents but that isn’t enough to live off of for 2 years with the night life she had. Prostitution???
I understand that Casey made a “flurry” of phone calls to her parents on June 16th or 17th and was unable to reach them. What I’d like to know is, isn’t there a way to detect where Casey was when she was making these “flurry” of phone calls to her parents. I understand that cell phones get “pings” and can tell exactly where the person making the call is and even what direction and velocity they are traveling. I’m just thinking that the location of where Casey was calling from to her parents in this frenzy, might be able to help us locate Caylee. This case reminds me of the Scott Peterson case. Alot of people think that Scott Peterson drown Lacey in their pool and then took her to his boat and disposed of her body. Don’t you think that Casey might have done this same thing? I think she is a “party girl” and didn’t have room in her life for a little girl. Pathological in nature, of course, but stranger things have happened!!!
First, who know’s who is caylee’s father. Casey probably does not know either. Why would you believe that the guy who died is the father, after all the lies she tells. No, she probably does not know. And as for her Dad, I think he looks a little crazy. His remarks are off the wall. I would love to shake the Mother and Father to wake them up. How can two adults be so stupid to believe Casey. Something is not write and i really feel for CAYSEE if the child did accidentally drown Caysee will never be forgiven i hope this has a happy ending for everyone.

i am glad to see that i am not the only one obsessed with all of these theories. i think that she is trying to protect the adorable caylee and as long as she is in jail, she(casey) is safe… and as long as this case is in the media (thanks grandma, grandpa and creepy brother) then caylee is safe. whoever has her is not going to risk exposure by getting rid of a 3 year old.
also, i think the rents know more than they are letting on. does anyone else think it is suspicious that none of them seem the slightest bit upset about the missing child. my dog ran away once, and i cried more than them.
Here’s another theory which is at least a little fathomable….
Casey Anthony loves the attention she’s getting; she has created a situation to which she is in total control! She sees herself as as the star of a very bizarre story to which only she can provide answers. She comes from a very strong family background with very strong personalities, but maybe she’s never been the “star”…..so maybe she wants some limelight of her own (and a chance to “punish” her parents in her own selfish, perverted way).
I think that Caylee is alive and well and possibly out-of-the-country with a perfectly legitimate person who knows nothing of the frenzy going on back here in the states! In time, the child will come home and Casey will “conveniently admit and remember” that she had let this person take the child away on a vacation….. then she might say something like she knew her parents wouldn’t approve so she had to cover things up so she wouldn’t get in trouble with Mom and Dad.
Well, everyone will be sooo thrilled that this little girl is safe that all will be forgiven. Casey will go for psychological counseling and the grandparents will get temporary custody until she’s proven to be stable.
Then will come the book offers and the made-for-tv movies and Casey will have had her stardom with no legal consequences!
I have to admit there are some very good points made here. I believe and have from the start that George Anthony is the childs father and that Cindy know exactly what happened. I think Caylee is dead and her body was burned and the remains were either buried or dump in a body of water. Casey is a self centered and lying bag of crap.I think in the end all three will go down for this one. I hope I am wrong but this family makes me sick.
This was all very interesting to read…I have been doing a lot of reading on the case, and I have a theory of my own.
I think the grandmother took the life of Caylee. I think she did it to spite her daughter. Then they, her and Casey realized they could not go on forever with Caylee not being there. Cindy, the grandmother, figures out with Casey….let me pin this on you a bit…you did NOTHING….so you can’t have anything happen to you. It’s that simple. Its definately plausible a body would never be found. The grandmother has A LOT of things over the daughter , the daughter, Casey, plays in….poor little Caylee dead…the family caused a media circus…no blame to fall on Casey…

Could the brother, Lee be the father of Caylee? He was the one who said the real father was killed in a car wreck and it would not be fair to the parents of the father. The child’s name suggests that it is a combinatiion of Casey and Lee. (CAYLEE) Lying seems to run in the family.

Many people use their father’s name, their mother’s name, their grandparents names and/or combinations of them both to name their children. Are you saying that makes them the product of incest?
I find it hard to believe that Casey’s brother or father are Caylee’s father. That is just ridiculous and there is nothing out there that says otherwise.
Yes, Casey is a liar, and she probably did something terrible to her daughter. That does not make her an incest victim. Where is the proof/acknowledgement that the police or FBI have confirmed that Caylee’s father is dead? This cannot be confirmed unless Caylee is found and the body of Mr. Ortiz is exhumed. Why is everyone so blase about taking the family’s word on Caylee’s paternity?
Why won’t anyone step forward and say, “I kept Caylee while Casey was at “work”? This child was somewhere. Her parents are terrible enablers–the over 40K in credit card bills? Even AE would call the card member before the charges got that large in a short amount of time.
I think the truth/concrete evidence about the father will shed more light on this story.

JMM -If by some chance paternity does need to be established, there are far easier ways to establish the paternity other than exhuming a body, as long as members of his family are alive. Also, they don’t need to find Caylee to establish her paternity. They already have Caylee’s DNA, as far as we can tell, from her hairbrush, toothbrush and oral thermometer. There is a pretty good chance that regardless of whether or not the father is dead or alive, he probably doesn’t/didn’t even know he was the father. FYI, this isn’t an episode of CSI

Sarcasm isn’t becoming. However, I thank you for your comment. I’m well aware this isn’t an episode of CSI. I don’t trust any evidence taken from the home since the searches were done well after she was missing. Likewise, with the family of Mr. Ortiz, we know nothing of his family history either. There is no more room for guessing and taking the word of others in this case.
I don’t think knowing who the father is is going to find Caylee.

I believe Casey possibly left Caylee in the car while she was doing drugs at a friends house. Caylee died in that car from The HOT Florida sun. She lied to her mom and dad telling them that she had left Caylee with friends. But Caylee was in the trunk decomposing. Casey borrowed a shovel and buried Caylee somewhere. This is just a theory but people have forgotten that there children were in the car before especially when under the influence. It does not take long for a car in the Florida summer sun to get really hot inside.

I have been following the news reports as often as possible and am surprised to have not heard nancy grace or anybody talking about the possibilty of the body being burned, considering that Casey had apparantly stolen gas cans (and gas?) from her parents.. Anybody heard anything along these lines?
Personally, from what I have read of the dna found by FBI, I think a close family member is the father-either the brother or the Dad.
Regina – no DNA evidence has been released, only “scientific evidence” – they have been careful not to say DNA…. Also, Casey and Caylee would have similar DNA, they are related! The only evidence out there has been that it was difficult to distinguish who’s hair it was – because they test mitochondrial DNA, which is only inherited from the mother. To rule out Casey being the donor – all they had to do was “look” at the hair and see which one it belonged to – combined with the fact that the hair has signs of it having been removed AFTER the sample had been left. Since Casey is alive….. it means it could only belong to one other person – CAYLEE

Down off my soapbox for a moment . . . thanks for this insight into DNA collection and analysis. I wish investigators and forensics commentators would go into more detail in explaining how this evidence is handled and why a mother and daughter’s DNA might appear similar, and how they concluded that the hair sample belonged to Caylee rather than Casey.
I don’t know how many of you followed the OJ case, but I think part of what was responsible for the jury’s finding in the criminal trial was the success of the defense in raising “unreasonable doubt” about the massive DNA evidence presented by the prosecution, which was still somewhat unfamiliar to the public and to the prospective jury pool at that time. By the time of the civil trial, which found OJ liable for his wife’s wrongful death, this evidence may have been better understood; but even today I’m not sure how entirely up to speed the public is on this, myself included.
I am not interested in violance but some how Casey has got to be made to talk.

I’m sorry but I can not imagine that if Caylee’s real father did die in an accident that the family he left behind would not want something to do with his little girl. Unless maybe, he has other children, was married ect. but still she would of been a part of him and usually after a family loses someone they cling to anything that was a part of that person. caylee’s father’s identity is crucial to the investigation whether he’s alive or not. if he’s alive, he may be involved in a kidnapping. if he’s dead, then who were his family and contacts, and are they involved? i bet that casey has probably been hosed by most of the male population of south florida, and so she may not know herself, but nevertheless the absence of the father, alive or dead, is a big hole in the investigation.

There’s an exerpt from when they transfered the call between the 911 op to the police stat? or somthing like that in which Cindy, after just having said she just found out that her g.daughter was missing for a month, tells Casey that she already gave her a month to find her. Hmm, perhaps Casey got the pathological lying from her mother. And God bless that little girl but maybe she’s better off in God’s arms than with any of those psychos.
My theory:
I think Caylee ingested Casey’s drugs and overdosed. Casey was probably so out of it that she didn’t notice until it was too late. She paniced and buried her in the woods. I don’t think her parents know anything. I think Casey tried to take a while to think of a plausible story, but never expected her mother to call the police before she could come up with a better web of lies. She’s a tough egg to crack. I think it’s time for some water boarding (as opposed to the water-bedding she’s probably done countless times over the years….).
I think Cindy refused to babysit Caylee, so Casey, wanting to party, “gently helped put Caylee to sleep” at bedtime, with Cloraphorm”then placed her in the trunk to sleep “safely” while she partied.. finding out too late that Caylee had died.

There is no way it was truly “an accident” on all accounts. Falling in the pool doesn’t cover the chloroform.
I agree with Jody, I think she gave her daughter chloroform to make her go to sleep, and either gave her a lethal dosage or put her somewhere where Caylee suffocated or got heat stroke.
What’s sad is that Casey probably believes “no body, no crime”, and is keeping quiet to save her own sorry ass. I cannot believe that any mother could hurt her own child, but putting what little pieces the media has given us together shows that she most likely did.

Casey’s actions appear to be inconsistent with a grief stricken mother concerned about her daughter’s where abouts. The reports of Casey’s partying after her daughter was missing leads me to think she is only concerned about herself.
BUT, if this is true:
Why didn’t she name the father of her child? If the father was killed in a car wreck, Caylee could have been collecting Social Security off her father. I would think Casey would go for the “free” money, but that would have been cause for DNA samples from family members of the “deceased” father.

The Grand-father is without suspension in my opinion. He could have committed incest with his daughter and producing Caylee.
Lee Anthony is the father. He and Casey had an incestuous relationship and Caylee (a hybrid of Casey/Lee) was the result. I believe the two of them killed Caylee because they wanted to put the ‘evidence’ of their incest behind them. It is also why Lee Anthony refused to voluntarily give a DNA test.
I don’t believe the parents knew this until after Caylee was dead however. Casey and Lee hid their incest from their parents out of shame/embarrassment. Casey killed Caylee because she felt burdened with having a child and the responsibility that comes with one. She would rather be out partying and be free. This murder was most likely pre-meditated, as evidence says there were google searches about ‘neck breaking’, ‘how to make Chlorofom’, ‘Shovels’, and ‘Homemade Weapons’ from the Anthony’s computer (that Casey mainly used) months before Caylee was reported missing. Plus, her friends had reported to investigators that on numerous occasions Casey had stated that she was a bad mom, that Caylee was a ’snothead’, and that she was angry on a few different nights when her parents couldn’t watch Caylee and she wanted to go out and party. I mean come on, Casey shows NO concern over all of this. I’ll bet thousands that these remains are Caylee’s and I hope justice is seeked!! Nothing that Casey has stated to investigators has been the truth and nothing adds up. She is a habitual liar and a sick individual. Well, now that they confirmed the body is Caylee’s, I guess Casey is going to have to fall back on plan B, no doubt blaming some ficticious person or persons. I agree with Scotty back in July. I think that George needs to be investigated more. I also think that Casey’s Mom could be the dominate (bossy) type. Something tells me that he is abusive and that Casey is trying to protect her mother or other relatives and friends from him by not revealing the truth. This is just a theory but I think that they should do an unbiased (from someone completely unrelated to the case) DNA test to find out if George is the Father and Grandfather of Caylee. My theory is that he sexually abused Casey. She was too afraid to tell her Mother. She would run away from her friends and hide to get away from the abuse as a youngster. As an adult she turned to partying to hide her feelings of guilt and self-hatred from the abuse that she suffered. She then decided that she was going to tell her Mom and prove through a DNA test that Caylee was from her Dad’s abuse and he then took the child and killed her. Casey would then be too afraid to say anything and lie if necessary to protect herself and others.

Why did her brother refuse DNA test and they had to subpoena him? Kinda supports the theory that a male family member is the father. Also,,, if there the “supposed dad” was killed in a car wreck, the paternal grandparents would still be involved in the toddlers life. Of course this is all speculation, but one cant help wonder,,, especially when the family acts very cagey and changes their storyline constantly.
As a mother, I can tell you, the second I realized my child was missing, I would be on the phone with police, in hysterics. THAT is what stands out the most in this case. Who on earth conducts their “own investigation” when their child is missing?
I think Jodi is probably very close to the truth, well, based upon the facts that have been relayed to the public. We will not likely ever know the full truth. Casey is extremely good at keeping it to herself. Now that we know duct tape was involved, it’s plausible that Caylee was chloroformed, duct tape was placed over her mouth so that she could not cry out should she awaken, then she was placed in the trunk while Casey did whatever. It remains that there is no evidence whatsoever that Caylee ever had a nanny or even a babysitter, except, perhaps the Grund family members. Since Casey did not have a job, there wouldn’t have been a need for a babysitter or nanny, anyway. Of course, most people didn’t seem to know that Casey was unemployed. It’s possible she was receiving some form of welfare, but that would obviously not have been enough to support the lifestyle she chose to live. I do pray for this young woman. She is so self-centered that I fear she has sold her very soul to pursue her own version of happiness. This family is so very dysfunctional. I have to regrettably say that Caylee is likely much better off with The Dear Savior than she ever would have been with the Anthony family. She was not loved, nurtured and protected as a child should be. But then, I don’t know why we should expect it. If our society sanctions the killing of the most innocent pre-born human beings, why should we be surprised that a mother would kill a slightly older human being when she became an inconvenience or was no longer wanted?
As a mother of 3 boys, 1 1/2 yr, 3yr., and 18 yr. I cannot comprehend how anyone could do this. My 18 year old son was very small when the Susan Smith ordeal happened about 2 hours from where we lived–which by the way I was the same age as Casey, single parent, and wanted to enjoy life just like any other attractive 20 something would— but I knew the minute I heard the Smith news that she had killed those babies—MOTHERS DO NOT JUST LET THERE CHILDEN DISAPPEAR!!!! I would die a 1,000 times before I would spend one second in silence if my child was gone. Someone made a reference to the possibility that Casey was the victim of abuse or incest—- SO WHAT!!!! Alot of people in this world have suffered that and far worse, but they still don’t take the life of an innocent child. I truly wish the death penalty would be sought in this case. My thoughts on the subject of who Caylee’s father might be. 1) No way is Caylee’s father deceased. Casey, who we know does not like to work, would have done the paperwork to collect social security so fast it would have given everyone whiplash. 2) The father is not married and hiding. Again, Casey does not like to work, she would have outed the married man and had him in court to collect child support a long time ago. 3) It’s possible that she simply does not know who the father is if she had sex with someone she barely knew – a one night stand. 4) There is the nasty possibility that a family member could be Caylee’s father… but wouldn’t Caylee have some signs of deformality or learning disability?
I believe knowing who Caylee’s father is IS important. I believe it holds the key to everything about this strange secretive family and what led to Caylee’s death. From the moment I first heard Cindy Anthony speak in an interview, I knew something was “off” about the family to say the least.
I think that nobody wants to say what they really know in their hearts to be true because to do so would be to admit that seemingly “normal” people are capable of doing horrific acts of evil. This family has been hiding dark secrets and Caylee’s murder, which I feel was meant to hide those secrets, has ironically shone a bright light on the dysfunction that existed in that home.
Not listing the father on the birth certificate? Not collecting social security from the father’s “death”? Jesse Grund’s statements that Casey’s behavior changed once she learned that he was not the father and that Casey had told him that Lee had made “advances” toward her? Add to that George Anthony’s temper (documented and demonstrated), Cindy’s control issues and obvious tension with her daughter (made Caylee call her “Mommy” in front of Casey, allegedly “choked” Casey during an argument).
The levels of denial that Cindy is capable of has been documented by her own brother who told police that Cindy did not believe Casey was pregnant when it was obvious to everyone else that attended a family wedding. Cindy does not want to admit anything that would disprove her delusion that her family was ideal. Teen pregnancy, child murder, and certainly incest would not fit into her plan of family perfection.
All the dynamics of this family – the secrecy, the denials, the lying, the anger, the abnormal daughter, the irrational behavior – they all make sense when the common denominator is incest. Knowing the identity of Caylee’s father will unlock motive, accomplices, and reasoning behind her murder.
I read just a few comments regarding Caylee’s father. It is important, this man needs to know his child is dead and the mother of the child killed her. I did notice something about Caylee’s features. She does resemble her grandfather a lot, but that doesn’t mean I think he’s her father. But reading all the comments sort of make a person think. There is another web site where someone posted a picture of a guy that Caylee resembled. I wish I could remember where I was looking, I’ve been through so many sites. I just remember it was Jesse Grunds room mate. They posted a pic of Caylee side by side.
I believe that Casey has no idea who her daughter was fathered by. Why? Because she is a psycotic, nasty little whore. All of her exes or one-night-stands who had sex with her during the time of Caylee’s conception should come forward. If the stupid bitch didn’t want that precious baby girl she should have given her up for adoption no matter what her mother said, instead of killing that beautiful little girl. She was of age when Caylee was born so it was her decision. I hope Casey gets murdered by another inmate in prison and then burns in the pits of hell.

One more note on this very special day, Christmas Eve- Let us all who are parents let ourselves fully enjoy the blessings that are our children. Hug them a little tighter, smell their beautiful little heads, and take in all the joy and excitement they are feeling today. As I said before in a previous note, my middle son Aiden is exactly the same age as Caylee was when she left us. She should be here…Making cookies, getting ready for Santa, lighting up the world around her just as our children are. Bless her little soul and know that she is cradled in peace and love.
Yes, let’s remember Caylee tonight on this Christmas eve. Tomorrow is my middle daughter’s birthday (I am the mother of five children) and I can’t even imagine how someone could murder the child they carried in their body, so close to their heart. I have not ever written to or “gone into a blog” or made a comment to a positive event or unbelievable tragedy. However this goes beyond. The twisted mind of Casey will forever be examined and surely not answered. Any woman (and she gives women a horrific name) that has given birth to an innocent and precious child such as Caylee Marie must have their brain analyzed to the point of “why”. To a mother of two wonderful “functioning adult sons” it it inconceivable to understand why a “ummm” can not put this monster into words, WHY….If she does not confess to the horrid details of what she did and has done to that baby, it may never be known, nor will her analogy of her sickness ever be known. That baby is in heaven with my recently deceased mother, who was my best friend and my true soul mate. My mom, also known as Momo will hold and rock and protect her from any more harm.

The brother, Lee, is certainly up to his ears in this mess evidenced by the fact that his attorney is now predicting that Lee will face charges of obstructing justice. Yes, something appears to be more than a little odd concerning the relationship between Lee and Casey. The whole idea of incest seems ridiculous at first glance but as more evidencecomes forward I’m leaning somewhat in that direction. In an earlier blog it was mentioned that a product of incest could have a disability, but the small town I grew up in lived a family who produced incestuous children. Of the four two had physical deformities and one I graduated with was perfectly normal. Anyhow, I believe knowing who fathered Caylee is still very important to this case. I also still hate Casey Anthony and hope she burns in Hell.
I just finished a weekend of Nancy Grace where the “jailhouse” tapes were played over and over and I what I SAW is more important than what I HEARD. Casey was happy talking to her parents behind bars – and the reason she was happy is that she had her parents full attention! She was smiling and laughing which is so bizarre considering the subject matter was her missing child. When she was pregnant she had her mother’s (Cindy)attention – that’s why she continued the pregnancy, not because she actually wanted a child. Casey then named her child Caylee Marie Anthony. CA=Casey LEE= her brother, Lee. Then Marie which her MOTHER’s middle name if (I’m not mistaken I heard Cindy give her full name at a legal hearing early on). This is a name she knew her mother would approve of – again, she had her mother’s attention and approval. I believe Casey killed Caylee in anger after the fight she had with Cindy where Cindy allegedly choked Casey. The ultimate act of revenge on her mother who she could never make proud. The one thing that Casey could take away from Cindy was Caylee. Casey is one screwed up kid and she got that way from her Mother. Just my opinion.

Fact: No one knows the father of Caylee. It has been said he was Jesus Ortiz who passed away in a car crash. Well what you may not know is that she has told a few people that Caylee’s father was a one night stand and his name was Josh from GA. Josh was suppose to have been killed before Caylee was 2. So here is what we have. Jesus Ortiz was from FL. And Josh ? from GA. Casey’s brother told reporters that he was from out of state and he was killed. Again no one knows the truth!
The father of Caylee is highly speculated to be her brother Lee. The police reports state from Caseys x boyfriend Jesse – that her brother made advances at her and she told him it made her uncomfortable.

Lets be real here… if this was an accident, you do what any normal person with a heart does and you break down crying and say it was an accident and you take whatever punishment you have coming. If you all remember back to when the authorities requested DNA from George, Cindy and Lee that George and Cindy complied immediately. They had to get a court order to get it from Lee WHY??? What is he hiding? It is sad to say but I truly believe that Lee is Caylee’s father and the family has been hiding it ever since. I think that when Casey found out she was pregnant and told her parents what happened, Cindy said dont worry, have the baby we will help you raise it and everything will be fine. George on the other hand I dont think was ok with it. Reason being, if you look at the public records website for Orange County, George filed for divorce from Cindy in December of 2005. Caylee would have been about 4 months old. I think that once Caylee was born George realized what a bad idea it was and that people were going to find out and wanted no part in it and filed for divorce. They didnt reconcile until January of 2007. The fight that happened between Cindy and Casey right before Caylee went missing was over money that Casey stole from Cindy’s fathers account and Cindy found out about it and confronted her. She was choking Casey and Casey left and took Caylee with her. Cindy had quite a taking to that child often calling her “our baby” etc. I am quite confident that it will be found that Lee is her father and that will further prove motive in this murder. That she was so mad at Cindy after the fight that she decided to get rid of the one thing that meant the world to her. I hope I am wrong but I dont think I am.
Lee is the father. That’s why he didn’t want the family to submit to DNA tests; why there is no child support or social security payments from a “dead father”; why Casey is not upset over the loss of the baby who was a mistake for whom Cindy forced her to take responsibility; why George is “tired of living a lie”; why Cindy said that no one would ever know who the father is.

Is Casey getting psycological help while she awaits trial? Probally not, but clearly she is a sociopath who has severe problems. In her case I don’t believe any doctor could help her. She is missing a “sensitivity chip”. I hope and pray she is put to death because garbage like Casey doesn’t deserve to live. She dulled Caylee’s senses (or made her even unconscious) with cloroform and taped that little girls mouth shut because she didn’t have a babysitter. God forbid she couldn’t party. The Social Security Death index has 4 listings for “Jesus Ortiz”. Only one was in Orlando. He was from Puerto Rico. I believe Casey probably KNEW him …and KNEW he died (convenient excuse huh?) and used this as an excuse to everyone why “daddy” wasn’t involved in Caylee’s life – but here’s a kicker – Casey’s own Uncle “had words” (via email) with Cindy about the fact that Caylee doesn’t LOOK in any way – “Hispanic”.

I think it was an accident and she got out of hand with all the lies. Now she has to stick to her lies, which just makes her look like she did it on purpose. Unfortunalely (unlike casey ever did very much of), I had to work during the televised service and only caught bits and pieces of it. I am more convinced than ever that Lee Anthony is a freak!!!!!!! And Cindy doesn’t seem wrapped too much tighter either. Why on earth was she worried about Casey’s feelings during the service??? It was about CAYLEE and it was HER day!!!!!!! My heart went out to George, the only one in this whole circus of a “family”, who seems genuinely devestated over the loss of Caylee. That little girl was the only good thing he had in his life. I think the Anthony’s (particularly Casey and Lee) were not sure if Lee was the father and that’s why they weren’t saying anything. Now, they know Lee is NOT the daddy, so, I think things will take a turn and that Casey will start spouting names left and right!! Any men that “knew” Casey might want to run for cover!
I believe that Lee is the father of Caylee. I think she is named after her mother and her father. Look at it “Casey” “Lee” therefore….together you get Caylee. I have thought that all along and I believe that he is more involved with the death than we all know. She was getting bigger and the questions would start to come..Mommy who is my daddy??? We all know that Casey can lie, but we also know how bad she is at it. I think the whole family is sick and all need to be held accountable for the death of that precious child. I went to high school with Casey Anthony. I’ve realized she has some truth in her lies. There is speculation that a guy named Mark Hawkins is the father too. There was a news report recently stating that Casey made claims the father was a guy she had a one night stand with who use to work with her at Universal. Well, guess what! Mark Hawkins went to Colonial High school AND worked at Universal as a security guard with her. They both worked at Universal together, and she is not lying when she said, “the guy had a girlfriend.” Mark did have a girlfriend and was going to be engaged soon after. That’s why she didn’t say anything because she didn’t want to ruin her relationship with Jesse either, so instead, she just told Jesse he was the father.
Early on in the investigation, Casey also claims that she was going to flee to California to tell a friend a secret that only her mother and brother knew. This friend that she was going to visit was Mark Hawkins. The news she was going to tell Mark was that he was the father of Caylee.

Maybe Zanny is code name for Caylee’s father . For whatever reason Casey has been secretive about who the father is maybe is has been helping her with babysitting.

Channel 9 has learned the Orange County Sheriff’s Office is interested in an FHP crash report that might be a clue as to who Caylee’s father actually is or may reveal another lie told by the little girl’s mother.
Eyewitness News spent the day knocking on doors Monday looking for relatives and friends of Jesus Ortiz, a 21-year-old killed in a car crash. In death, he’s being dragged into the Caylee Anthony saga.
“I’ve never heard that name before,” Cindy Anthony told Eyewitness News. Caylee’s grandmother Cindy claims no knowledge of Ortiz, slthough she has said Caylee’s father was killed in a car crash. That crash investigation included a blood test for toxicology. Now investigators may use that sample in a post-mortem paternity test.
There seems to be a very interesting clue on the Internet, as well. Jesus Ortiz’s MySpace page is still online and a condolence message was left in the name of none other than Caylee Marie Anthony.
Meanwhile, when Channel 9’s Jeff Deal approached the potential father’s family, they were shocked at the mere possibility that Jesus might be Caylee’s father.
“The father? No,” family members told Eyewitness News Monday.
Another possibility has been tossed around as well, that even Casey doesn’t know who Caylee’s father is and made up yet another lie about the mystery father who died in a car accident.
The medical examiner’s office said the blood is still available for a paternity test. In the crash, Ortiz was found at fault and alcohol was not involved.

There has been one HUGE coverup long before CAylee was born. This should be a HUGE REDFLAG to investigators led by none other than MS CINDY ANTHONY.
